Why is it always about Orpheus turning back foolishly and never about Eurydice following him out of the Underworld, likely knowing she was doomed. That Orpheus went all this way, singing the story of their love, hopeful that he will return her to the surface and finally build their life together— but they will not. She knows her Orpheus will turn back. And yet she still follows him, all the way to the top, because the simple pleasure of seeing his back again is enough for her. Isn’t that a foolish thing to do for love?

I find it really funny that Henry says "this job listing not intended for you" in ffps because like imagine if it wasn't Michael who ran the pizzeria and it really was just some random dude. Like imagine being that guy and you're excited to run your own business and there's these horrifying robots that keep showing up in the back alley but your contract says you have to salvage them so you do, and something is definitely wrong with them because they keep moving and talking on their own and you're pretty sure one of them has an actual dead guy inside. On top of that you can hear them crawling around in the vents during the day and the company you're working for gives you an audio lure to keep them away from you like this is just no big deal. Then at the end of your first week the CEO burns down your restaurant and then just dissolves the company. What would you even do after that.
