As soon as he opened the door, the difference in the air was clear enough that it had him reaching behind himself. He took a second before stepping further int other place, purposely allowing the door to slam loudly behind him. It wasnât long before his eyes landed on Sienna and while she was a familiar face his shoulders didnât loosen in tension. If anything, he straightened up even more, lifting his chin slightly as he took in her little set up. âComfortable?â He questioned, moving his hands in front of him, one now carrying the gun he had reached for beforehand. With Sienna he never knew what stunt she was going to pull and while he typically enjoyed an actual challenge for himself, there was enough he had to deal with. She wasnât something he needed to add to his plate but whether he wanted it or not, she would help herself onto it. âHow long you been here?â Both in his apartment and town, he meant.Â
for: @leocortezâ
Sheâs been waiting a while, sheâs actually clock watching at this point. Where is she? His apartment. Sheâs let herself inâ- no, she doesnât have a key, sheâs just there. Having been out of town for a few months sheâs catching up on actual gossip she had apparently missed. Gossip meaning murders. Thereâs a newspaper spread on the table, one she had read and one she was now disregarding as sheâs sitting licking a spoon. Sheâs been here long enough to set his oven going. Inside? Something for him to give someone he hated. In her bowl? A batch of packet cake mix she had bought herself, made and then instead of actually baking the ingredients, sheâs eating them. Itâs silent enough for the click of the clock handle to be the only present noise she could hear, sheâs waiting for his apartment door to turnâ sheâs waiting rather patiently, in fact. Itâs a toss of a coin, would he be alone or would he have company? Either way, the only company she wanted him to have was her.

What do they normally dream about? nightmares or nonsense?
He doesnât sleep a lot but when he does usually itâs of nothing good. Heâs gotten use to it though so once he actually does fall sleep he doesnât let them interrupt it. On rare occasions heâll wake up in a sweat, thatâs when itâs the worst, but he forgets about it as soon as he wakes.
Do they critique others easily? do they judge from afar?
All the time, second nature to him - from afar or right in your face. He very much has the I am above you mentality and has absolutely no shame in that.

âTheir oil wouldnât be what I would be emptying.â His magazine might do, unfortunately it wasnât his call for now. The fact that Katrina had shown up after Martinâs death, it made sense to point fingers at the Devilâs for what had happened. Of course he was keeping room for anything planning to come out of left field just as the whole ordeal did but it would have been easy for him to blindly lay blame in their direction and take it out on even those looking just as confused as everyone else seemed to be. That was his impulsivity wanting to get the better of him but in the end that had no place in his position. He had to be ten steps ahead and typically he was good at it but with this, he was at a loss.
His mind was constantly running and the more time passed the more irritated he was. He didnât want to be around most people currently since his patience with others was non-existent at this point considering how low it was to begin with beforehand. Eris was one of the few he could stand to listen to. Finishing off the rest of his glass he set it down, looking over at her. âSo you got no reason to believe none of them know anything?â Them, being those she was in charge of keeping in order. He was asking more about what she read off of each of them, words would hardly mean anything if they were worried of what might come their way if they knew anything or worse, had something to do with any of it.
location: la luna with: @leocortezâ
With each throw of the dart she was imagining hitting one of the bastards in leather that had to be involved in Katrinaâs death. She didnât know for sure of course and maybe thatâs why she wanted to pin the blame on the Devils more and more. Because then there was a name to the pain that she was feeling and thus someone to take the blame. She knew the man on her left had to be feeling the same which was why she was actually spending time with Leo now. Although being out in the open where a MC member could waltz right in to the particularly popular bar was dicey with how she was feeling towards them.
Walking over to the board to pluck out her darts she turned towards Leo and asked, âRemind me why going down to their precious clubhouse and emptying the oil out of a few bikes would be a bad thing?â

Just as he was approaching the door with it being swung open he eyed Cash for a second, mumbling something to the person on the other end of the phone before hanging up on them. âLooks like iâm just in time.â He walked right in, coming face to face with someone that was trying to slip out. Leo simply looked them over before walking further into the place and waiting till those who needed to leave to dismiss themselves. The few he recognized that remained he hardly gave a glance at, only looking to speak to Cash and go about the rest of his busy day. âYou do what I ask?â He questioned once she was no longer occupied with ushering the unwanted out. What he ask being if she had gotten any of her girls to cough up to being cozy with Martin. He wasnât sure if it would lead to anything but at this point he would grasp onto any bit of information because not being able to do anything in regards to losing one of their own was not cutting it for him.
Location: Mayhem Maidens (7am) Open to: Everyone / @charmingstarterâ
Mornings at Mayhem Maidens were⊠bleak, to put it softly. Too quiet, too cold, too depressing with itâs spills of liquor on the floor by the bar, and panties and purses laying haphazardly like artifacts telling the story of the night before. It wasnât uncommon for people to wake up there, but the deaths of Katrina and Martin had dawned a new day, and with it, new safety measures.Â
âAlright, kids,â Cash addressed to the handful of men and women either waking up in the booths or looking around for their wallets. âUnless youâve got tits and they work here, I need everybody out. You donât have to go home, but you canât stay here. And so on, and so forth,â she continued, speaking firmly but trying not to split anyoneâs head open as she unlocked the front door from the inside and held it open, letting early morning sunlight flood into the club.Â

Eyeing the container, it wasnât like Leo to not loosen that almost permanent tension in his shoulders and soften up at the sight of Addie or Faith but this time around, it didnât seem to want to happen. âIâm sure they are.â Rather than taking them into his grasp he opened the door up some more and moved to allowed her entrance. âNo deberĂas haber venido.â That coming from him, aimed at anyone else wouldâve sounded normal from him but aimed at Addie? It didnât come so naturally, almost leaving a bitter taste in his mouth even. He knew she was here with only good intentions, he wasnât sure if Addie could do anything with the wrong kind and while she was all for remaining neutral right now Leo could only think of how sheâd be returning back home after this, with the president of the opposing side. He didnât hold it against her, he couldnât really, but with the current on-going situation he also didnât feel like sugar coating anything. That along with the fact that he was even less pleasant than usual, he didnât want her getting any kind of treatment he was trying to reserve for others.

Addie refused to feel guilty for still wanting to see Leo because even though she understood that her loyalty was to Marcus now that they were back together, and especially after she had seen the toll on him, Leo was still one of her closest friends, and she was worried about him too. The fact that the tension between the Devils and the Wolves grew stronger doesnât change the fact that she wanted to make sure all the people she cared for were actually okay. That was why she came unannounced to Leoâs place, bringing along some tres leches tat she made herself. âHey, you,â Addie said, showing him a small smile once the door was opened. âHope you donât mind me just barging in like this but I made a lot of these and wondered if youâd like some,â she said, holding out the container enticingly. âI promise theyâre really good.â

Leo stood there a few seconds, first staring at her then glancing around the cafe. The tension could be felt throughout the town once again but unlike the last blow up, he wasnât stuck to a hospital bed which wouldâve been lucky for everyone else if he was again. It wouldâve meant that he wasnât about to jump everyones throat so easily. Nellie was lucky she typically got a better side than most others do but even then, he wasnât much in the mood for everyones shit with what went on. âYouâll get over it.â He responded, while he stared off at a few other customers currently stealing glances in his direction. Of course plenty of others around Charming were thinking the wolves had something to do with it and while he was use to getting stares, he didnât like being just as in the dark as they were. He had done and would continue to do things that showed no morals which heâd always own up to, at least to the extent that didnât actually implicate himself. Having something pointed towards them when he didnât know what was going on, that was pissing him off and if it had been someone in the wolves to begin this little mess, if they didnât own up soon then the only thing waiting for them was a bullet. âYou fucking around with any of those grease boys?â He finally turned to look at her.

like most people, nellie could barely function without a cup of coffee. the caffeine itself rarely had an effect on her these days, but the withdrawal headaches she got if she didnât have some form of caffeine were almost unbearable. one of the many consequences of picking up bad habits at a young age. hidden away at a table in the back, she sipped at the americano sheâd ordered, trying desperately to ignore everyone else around her & focus on the music playing through her earphones. however, the approaching figure was making that a little difficult. avoiding eye contact with him until it was absolutely necessary, she sighed, pulling the earphones out & rolling her eyes. â whatever youâre here to yell at me about, can it wait until iâve finished my coffee ? i donât think my headache can handle it. â

All Leo knew, was that it definitely hadnât been him even if he had been plenty tempted to pull something when having to deal with the company of the MC. He also knew it hadnât been any of those he looked to just as Fran did with him but whether anyone lower than them did? Well, he couldnât trust everyoneâs word in the gang but in the end whether it was one of them, theyâd have a mess to clean up. Well, two really, because if he found out someone stepped out of line without good enough reason then theyâd be found the same way Martin had. It wasnât personal, just business. The stares they were getting from the others around the room wasnât surprising, Leo got use to those kind of stares just from entering a room. Even here he hadnât had much of a chance to fly under the radar thanks to the ink of his. âOne of theirs shows up dead, who else they gonna blame.â He commented, glancing over the same way she had shortly after her. The tension in the air couldâve already been felt before, so now? One wrong move and it would get ugly. While he couldnât say heâd trust everyone just by their word, it was also hard to imagine those around to actually have murdered someone and not seek some help with it afterwards. âIf it ainât any of us then weâve still got a problem. Iâll round them up but you better stick to this side of the room.â He raised his chin in gesture towards the exit nearest them. âIn case shit gets a little crazy in here.âÂ

âI need you to round all our people up, figure out if anybody knows anything, if someone was outside, if someone heard something, any little thing,â Francesca murmured, her voice low as she spoke with her right hand in a secluded area of the town hall, her hand resting on the crook of his arm. âTheyâll try to pin this on us, because thatâs all their Neanderthal brains can piece together on their own,â Fran said, her steely eyes looking over the Devilâs Disciples on the other side of the room. Even a few of the other townspeople had been giving them dirty looks and as much as Fran wanted to snap at them, she knew composure would be her saving grace. They were not guilty, so it would do well for people to stop being so judgmental without any proof. But this was Charming, after all, so she canât really expect much from these simple folk. âI donât think this is one of us but if it turns out to be, you bring them to me personally. Alive, as much as possible.â

He hadnât even finished the first drink he got when he first had arrived, leaving it somewhere unattended to never return to. Some time had already passed between then, going to grab another one which would probably only end up the same as the first. Unlike most of the other party-goers all night, he wasnât looking to get himself drunk or anything else, he was going to stay sharp. The familiar voice caught his attention and once the drink was in hand, he turned to give Marcus some of his attention before turning even more to give the crowd his attention as he leaned his back against the bar, taking a sip of his drink. His eyes scanned the area nearest him, trying to find Addie amongst them but no such luck. âWhy?â The two of them were noticeable amongst the crowd on their own but practically side by side? It wasnât a surprise when he saw the way others glanced over at them. âCanât keep your boys in line for a night?â
Adjusting the mask on his face he looked out at the people around him. He hated things like this. He didnât even know why he agreed to come aside from the fact that Addie had made him. Said it would look bad if heâd not shown up. And it didnât hurt that she threatened to never let him touch her again if he didnât go and put in effort. So here he was standing by the bar as she danced with one of her friends. âHow the fuck do people do this all the time.â Marcus tugged at the sleeves of the suit jacket. âThis is a recipe for disaster if Iâve ever fuckinâ seen one.â He muttered, these masks. He knew just about everyone, it didnât hide much when half the town had noticeable tattoos. Heâd for sure stand out, the tattoos on his hands, Faithâs name on his neck, no one would struggle to know who he was. @charmingstarterâ
