mumboing my jumbo... been thinking of an AU idea recently, but the lore im cooking up means he'll have to be based on a minecraft mob, so silverfish time!

The other night husband and I were watching a documentary about the yeti where they were doing DNA analysis of samples of supposed yeti fur, and every one of them came back as bears.

Anyway, the next night we watched a thing about some pig man who is supposed to live in Vermont. People said it had claws and a pig nose but walked upright like a man. Now, I happen to know that sideshows used to shave bears and present them as pig men. So every piece of evidence they gave of this monster sounds to me like a bear with mange.

So now the running joke in our house is that everything is bears. Aliens? Bears. Loch Ness monster? Bear. Every cryptozoological mystery is just a very crafty bear.

Bears. They’re everywhere. Be wary. Anyone or anything could be a bear.

As someone who almost exclusively uses stone tools and always keeps a boat in the 2-3rd slot of my hotbar, I can confirm that there is so much player habit you can infer from it.

there is! when i play in singleplayer i often always carry around an unbreakable efficiency 5 stone pickaxe.... its like enrichment to me actually. either that or various other oddities that a regular player wouldnt, just because i know my way around commands and like playing in ways that you wouldnt in an average survival playthrough. i love my efficiency 5 unbreakable stone tools

my best tip for anyone trying to get back into reading is to remember that you can read books to avoid other responsibilities in ur life and it can become a vice if you play your cards right
