I love the idea that Gree took one look at Barriss and said "little sister, must protecc" and periodically I like to explore that relationship via arts. Recently been thinking about how difficult it must've been for Barriss - and really any padawan and Jedi - to adjust to the trauma of war and losing people when that wasn't something they ever expected to have to go through. A big part of a Jedi's whole thing is how to cope with attachments and letting people go, and that must've been put under great strain during the Clone Wars. I figure who better to talk about this with than the clones themselves and thus this comic took shape.
