Male House Finch (Haemorhous mexicanus)

I am sure this little fella would have looked more beautiful had the weather not been so crappy and I’d had my canon with me, but I’ve had to make do with the sony and “English weather”. Hardly taken any photos at all in the almost 3 months I’ve been in rain-sodden Northern California.
