5 PLYOMETRIC CONCEPTS I WOULDN’T SKIP
If you stop overcomplicating plyometrics and bring it back to the basics - you’ll actually pick up on plyometrics a lot quicker :
👉🏼 Every time you take on a plyometric day - include one movement for each of these concepts, master them before switching them out and trying another
👉🏼 You don’t need to do this every day, in fact, you really shouldn’t - 1-2x per@week is good to start
👉🏼 You are going to F up even when you get good at it - I STILL get cock eyed in the brain and lose my connection with plyos, I just don’t post those reps 😭
👉🏼 Non-plyometric concepts (like balance, stability, control, etc.) are just as important to mastering plyometrics as the plyo exercises themselves are
Get after it - maybe next time i’ll post beginner friendly exercises for each concept listed in this video 🤔
