Naqsh-e Rustam is an ancient necropolis in Fars Province, Iran, with a group of ancient Iranian rock reliefs cut into the cliff, from both the Achaemenid and Sassanid periods. The best thing about this mosque is that when you enter it, you find yourself in a heaven! You can simply meditate and worship your own god or beliefs. The positive energy in this mosque is more than expected. Maybe it’s “The Effect of Symmetry” that impressed us. مسجد دارای دو ایوان (طاق نما) شمالی و جنوبی است. ایوان جنوبی ایوان قبله است که با دو گلدسته زیبا و حوض سنگی مستطیل شکل مقابل آن بلافاصله پس از ورود رخ می‌نماید. انعکاس ایوان در آب حوض حس جلال و شکوهی خاص را به همگان منتقل کرده و باعث شده که این نما به قاب عکس، عکاسان زیادی تبدیل شود. و جز آن صدای آبی که از فواره به داخل حوض می‌ریزد و شمعدانی‌های گل قرمزی که دور آن چیده شده صفای خاصی در حیاط مسجد ایجاد کرده است. در تقارن با ایوان جنوبی، ایوان شمالی زیباتری قرار دارد که به طاق مروارید نیز معروف است و مقرنس‌کاری، کاشی‌کاری و کاسه‌سازی زیبایی دارد. Salt Lake is a seasonal lake that has different colors due to the drop in water level and its salinity changes in each season. Chaharshanbeh Soori, one of the most beloved festivals among Iranians, is celebrated on the eve of the last Wednesday before Nowruz (Persian New Year). On this night, people gather over the fire, jump over it, and they sing to the fire: “sorkhi-ye to az man, zardi-ye man az to,” which loosely translated means “take my sickly pallor in exchange for your beautiful red color.” Ghashogh Zani (meaning spoon banging) is another custom which is celebrated on Chaharshanbeh Soori.
