But of course where would I be if I wasn't letting folks know what I've been up to! Because boy howdy have I seen a lot in my time over here. So many dinosaurs! I did not expect to ever see sights like these, but yet here they are.

Like legitimately this place looks like what the entire world was like millions of years ago! The number of people currently alive today who could have seen the world like this could be counted on one hand. But oral history and tradition remains to give us the whole picture. Sometimes I wonder if getting into history might be worthwhile. The guides I have make it sound almost as incredible as the biology at play.

My first and most memorable occasion would have to be the raptor pack I encountered fairly early into things. Velociraptors I believe. A lot smaller than what one would expect, but remarkably clever and social animals. A bit like turkeys, but a little more sleek and vicious... still, getting to see them in the flesh was an incredible thing.

There's been muttering about a Rex in the area. Guides aren't too keen about encountering it. But it would certainly be the highlight of the expedition if we did!

Ladies and gentlemen! I once more return to these endless seas of blue! Well there arcane ones. I'm on the mundane seas of blue too, but that's a whole different kettle of fish.

But of course, why I'm here has nothing to do with fish. I have some incredible news. I'm heading out on a new solo expedition. Out into the savage untamed wilderness of a new continent!

I was thinking. I've seen dragons, manticore, mermaids and ghosts in my adventuring career. But you know what I've never seen before? Dinosaurs! So for the next little while I'm heading out into dinosaur country to see what I can learn from them!

Anyways. How are we all tonight?

Ah, I suppose in that case we have that much in common. I wasn’t raised among my kind. Adopted by humans, not sure how that came to be. Everything I’ve learned about fey has been trial and error. Mostly error! I know that holding iron is uncomfortable, that much is certain...

But you’d be correct about that part! Or so many people have told me. Means I never have to worry about keeping my legs warm. The fuzz keeps them warm. Though I do have to cut tail holes in things, which can be a pain. :/

That's valid! I will keep those questions back. I get the feeling I would be explaining a really complex thing to you, but it's like. A natural thing to you. Like teaching a dragon the Dragonsbreath spell. If that analogy holds any water.

Well from the waist down I am deer shaped. And the other half is mostly human. The exception being the antlers of course. Normal humans don't have those. There are some more fundamental differences of course. But those are more along the lines of what I'm made of compared to humans. Which is complicated.

Ah! With you now. We talking Far Realms stuff here? I most recently ran into an Aboleth. Those things are kinda terrifying. But don't worry, we dealt with it! Though I doubt your partner is terrifying. She's probably a sweetheart.

Ah, we talking about portal thaumic resonance theory here? Not my speciality but it is a fascinating field of study I will admit.

If you imagine a triangle made up of bird, deer and rabbit. Well the wolpertinger is in the middle. Jackalope is between deer and rabbit. Peryton between deer and bird. Which then nicely brings us to Skvader. The one between rabbit and bird. Apparently the creation of a fey who felt it necessary to complete the picture.

Not sure what "voidy bits" are. But I know plenty of elves. Worked for and with a fair few of them. And quite a of them have very in depth knowledge of magic. Though some subsects can be a little... insular.

I will take your word on it! Even if every fibre of my being is screaming at me to ask questions. ^_^;

Her name is Rosemary. She's a Skvader. Type of winged rabbit. Seems fairly quiet, but that's because she can only communicate telepathically to me. Which is probably for the best.

Oh my! Getting down to business I see! I like the style.

Travelling scholar/wizard for the most part. I study magical fauna up close, unravel the secrets to what makes them tick such that I might replicate that! Some might call my school Blue Magic, mostly because I wear a blue robe and am the leading (albeit only) expert in my field!

But I also follow the adventurer's path too. Slaying monsters and all that jazz. I am normally among a group but we've disbanded momentarily while we each take care of personal matters. Then only current follower I have is my familiar. Who would speak with you. Alas this enchantment is not suited for tiny rabbit paws...

Aye, I've encountered some real doozies on that front. Like working for someone for nearly a month thinking their name was something completely different!

They were too polite to correct me. Was very embarrassing when I found out.

I think this site is... somewhat finicky about introductions though.

I think its about time I started posting my art again now. And whats the best way to start than to show a redesign of an old (but not one of my first) OC’s.  Allora has a special place in my heart because through her I was able to find a lot about myself… sadly not that Im a devil with a bright future of becoming the overlord of hell no… but many other things.  The original design is the right right and new design left… Shes turned out even more gay and gf approved.
