I tried that cauliflower pizza crust finally. It's.... different. I think I need to cook it longer than the 14 min. recommended because it was too soft. More like a pizza casserole - we had to eat it with a fork. Still tasted amazing though. Welp. Today's advice card is 7 Cups which is essentially make a decision and do it. 7 Cups warns against too much daydreaming and too many options - none of which are very real because we're just standing around daydreaming instead of doing. Part of the hold up on 7 Cups is that we can't see clearly where any of the options go so we're reluctant to take a step in any direction in case it's the "wrong" step.
