Mahmoud @ma7moudgaza2 has gone through a lot. From the destruction of his home to surviving the Al-Shifa massacre to starvation due to the price of flour to struggling to pay tuition fees to be allowed to sit for exams remotely.

Now Mahmoud has decided to leave Gaza.

He has complicated feelings about this as he loves Gaza dearly and parting from his family is difficult, as they have chosen to remain come what may, but he needs to be able to work and continue his education.

Like others who seek to leave Gaza, he faces the problem of being at the mercy of the border, which the occupation and Egypt seem to operate at their cruel whims.

On top of that, the money from Mahmoud's fundraiser is being constantly depleted to make ends meet. In paying for the basic necessities for his family and his brother's family, he is left with little to afford his passage across the border when it opens. His campaign has also been stagnating severely no matter how much he promotes this.

I ask for your generosity in helping Mahmoud overcome this.

i'm really sorry I have to make one of these again, but even now that we have a stable source of income we are still struggling. the paychecks are about $300/w and most, if not all of it, goes to paying off debts that we couldn't pay before as well as rent. I'm aware that's just how life is but if we could get some help it would be appreciated. I am disabled and cannot work proper jobs myself, not to mention my bf works 8 hour days 5 days a week and we only have one car.

my friend ibrahim and his family still need help! in addition to ibrahim only being 15 years old, he’s also been struggling with repeated illnesses that make it difficult for him to function, let alone campaign for himself and his family. every time he seems to recover from one, he gets another.

iyad (20) is fundraising to rebuild his life after an israeli airstrike completely destroyed his home. he developed a severe sensitivity to smoke and phosphorus, and needs treatment for his respiratory issues:

After fleeing to southern Gaza, we now live in a very small tent. We have no home, no food, and we are not living a humane life with even the minimum necessities. Our means of livelihood have been cut off, as my father's company was completely destroyed, with the machinery burned and the goods and vehicles turned to ashes. I am Iyad, and my dream was to continue my university studies, but my university was destroyed, and my dream ended there. I have always aspired to study accounting and become an accountant. I appeal to anyone with a sense of humanity to help me and my father Abedenasser escape to a safe place. I need assistance in treating my sensitivity and respiratory issues, as well as support to continue my education and fulfill my dream.
