In the track thinking about it too the scene goes where Anya is looking at the mouthwash and when jimmy asks what’s she’s doing she’s describes to him that she’s think about drinking the mouthwash too( aka suicide) in this track there is muffled breathing/crying.(im like 99% sure it’s not included in the game but only in the track) And its very implied that it’s Anya since this scene probably marked the start of her thoughts about being serious about suicide
