Search Engine Optimization - OPPORTUNITIES
This standardized SEO opportunity framework is designed for RFP (Request for Proposal) presentations or documents. Each opportunity is broken down into three key parts:
Issue – Identifies the specific SEO problem or deficiency (e.g., missing H1s, slow load time, weak backlink profile).
Opportunity – Explains how fixing the issue can improve organic performance (e.g., better rankings, higher authority, improved user experience).
Solution – Outlines the recommended action plan to resolve the issue (e.g., content optimization, technical fixes, link-building strategy).
This format helps communicate the value of SEO work to clients by linking technical problems to business outcomes and showing a clear path to improvement.
Example
OPPORTUNITY 1: ON-PAGE OPPORTUNITY
Issue: 558 pages are missing H1 headings, which are essential for signaling content hierarchy and relevance to search engines.
Additional Problems: 484 pages have low word counts, reducing their ability to rank due to thin content. Duplicate title tags are also present across multiple pages, which can confuse search engines and dilute SEO impact.
Solution: We’ll implement a comprehensive on-page SEO overhaul—adding clear, keyword-focused H1s, enhancing content depth, and eliminating duplicate metadata to improve visibility and user engagement.
OPPORTUNITY 2: TECHNICAL SEO OPPORTUNITY
Issue: 218 pages are missing content in either their title tags or meta descriptions, which weakens how your pages appear in search results and lowers click-through rates.
Additional Problems: Unminified JavaScript and CSS files are present on multiple pages, increasing load times and harming user experience and SEO performance.
Solution: We’ll audit and fix all technical issues, including metadata completion and asset minification, to enhance crawlability, improve user experience, and support better rankings.
OPPORTUNITY 3: OFF-PAGE / BACKLINKING OPPORTUNITY
Issue: Your site’s backlink profile is weak, limiting its domain authority and trustworthiness in the eyes of search engines.
Opportunity: Backlinks from high-authority websites act as votes of confidence. The more quality backlinks your site earns, the more likely it is to rank higher for competitive terms.
Solution: We’ll develop and execute a white-hat backlink strategy by promoting original content, digital PR, and targeted outreach to build a healthy and diverse link profile.
OPPORTUNITY 4: CONTENT STRATEGY OPPORTUNITY
Issue: Several important service and product categories lack optimized landing pages and blog content. Many existing blog posts are outdated—some haven’t been updated in over 18 months—reducing their ability to rank and attract traffic.
Opportunity: Expanding and updating content allows your site to build topical authority, rank for high-converting long-tail keywords, and capture more organic traffic across the customer journey.
Solution: We will create a strategic content roadmap focused on building topic clusters, refreshing outdated content, and publishing high-quality, keyword-optimized content tailored to user intent.
OPPORTUNITY 5: CORE WEB VITALS IMPROVEMENT
Issue: Your website is underperforming on key Core Web Vitals metrics like First Input Delay (FID), Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS). These slow load and response times negatively impact user experience and rankings.
Opportunity: Improving Core Web Vitals enhances both SEO performance and on-site engagement, as page speed and stability are now ranking factors and strongly influence bounce rates.
Solution: We will optimize site performance through image compression, lazy loading, minimizing CSS/JavaScript, and improving server response times to pass Core Web Vitals benchmarks.
OPPORTUNITY 6: INTERNAL LINKING OPPORTUNITY
Issue: Your site’s internal linking structure is weak and inconsistent. Orphaned pages exist, and many high-traffic pages do not link to related content or service pages, reducing SEO impact and user flow.
Opportunity: A strong internal linking strategy helps distribute link equity, improves crawlability, and guides users toward high-value pages—ultimately supporting keyword rankings and conversions.
Solution: We will implement a structured internal linking plan that connects relevant content, improves site architecture, and boosts the visibility of key pages in search engines.
OPPORTUNITY 7: IMAGE SEO OPTIMIZATION
Issue: Many images on your site are missing alt text, have generic filenames, or are unnecessarily large. This reduces accessibility, slows load time, and limits visibility in image search.
Opportunity: Optimizing images improves SEO, enhances accessibility for users with screen readers, and speeds up page performance—contributing to both usability and rankings.
Solution: We will add keyword-rich alt text, rename files using SEO-friendly conventions, and convert images to optimized formats like WebP to improve both speed and visibility.
OPPORTUNITY 8: LOCAL SEO ENHANCEMENT
Issue: Your current local SEO setup is underdeveloped. Google Business Profile listings are incomplete or missing, and your content lacks optimization for local search terms.
Opportunity: Strengthening local SEO enables your business to appear in local map packs, earn more visibility in location-based searches, and drive foot traffic or service inquiries from nearby users.
Solution: We will optimize your Google Business Profile(s), add local schema markup, build citations, and create location-specific landing pages to boost local search visibility and engagement.
OPPORTUNITY 9: SCHEMA MARKUP & STRUCTURED DATA ENHANCEMENT
Issue: Your website lacks structured data (schema markup), which limits how search engines interpret and display your content. Important content types like articles, products, FAQs, and reviews are not properly marked up.
Opportunity: Implementing schema markup enables eligibility for rich results (e.g., stars, images, FAQs) in search listings, increasing visibility and click-through rates.
Solution: We will audit your site for relevant schema opportunities and implement structured data using JSON-LD format for key content types, improving both visibility and SEO performance.
OPPORTUNITY 10: DUPLICATE CONTENT RESOLUTION
Issue: Duplicate or near-duplicate content exists across your website, such as copy/paste service pages for different regions or outdated blog content reused in multiple places.
Opportunity: Eliminating duplicate content improves crawl efficiency, avoids keyword cannibalization, and strengthens individual page rankings.
Solution: We will identify and consolidate duplicate content, implement canonical tags where appropriate, and rewrite or merge pages to ensure each has a unique SEO value.
OPPORTUNITY 11: HTTPS & SECURITY OPTIMIZATION
Issue: Some pages on your site still load insecure resources or have mixed content warnings, which can affect user trust and search engine rankings.
Opportunity: A fully secure website (HTTPS with no errors) not only improves user trust but is also a confirmed SEO ranking signal.
Solution: We will perform a full HTTPS audit, correct all mixed content issues, and ensure all internal resources are securely loaded to maximize security and SEO benefit.
OPPORTUNITY 12: 404 & BROKEN LINK CLEANUP
Issue: The site has multiple broken internal and external links, which can create a poor user experience and limit crawl efficiency for search engines.
Opportunity: Fixing broken links ensures users and search engines can access important content, improving trust, crawl paths, and reducing bounce rates.
Solution: We will audit for all 404s and broken links, implement redirects where appropriate, and update internal link paths to maintain site health.
OPPORTUNITY 13: SEO-FRIENDLY URL STRUCTURE
Issue: Some URLs on your site are overly long, include unnecessary parameters, or lack keyword relevance, which can reduce clarity and indexation efficiency.
Opportunity: Clean, keyword-optimized URLs improve search engine understanding, are easier to share, and boost rankings for target terms.
Solution: We’ll create a URL optimization plan, including shortening and standardizing URLs, removing session IDs or filters from indexable paths, and ensuring they reflect page content accurately.
OPPORTUNITY 14: SITE ARCHITECTURE & NAVIGATION IMPROVEMENT
Issue: The current site structure is overly flat or inconsistent, making it difficult for users and search engines to navigate and understand content hierarchy. Important pages are buried deep or not properly grouped.
Opportunity: A clear and logical site architecture improves crawlability, distributes link equity more effectively, and guides users toward high-value content and conversions.
Solution: We will audit and restructure your site’s navigation and page hierarchy to reflect your core services and user intent—making content easier to discover for both humans and bots.
OPPORTUNITY 15: SEO COMPETITOR ANALYSIS & GAP CLOSURE
Issue: Competing websites are ranking higher due to more comprehensive content, stronger backlink profiles, or targeting of keywords your site currently lacks.
Opportunity: Identifying and closing SEO gaps with top competitors can unlock new traffic sources and improve visibility in areas you’re currently missing.
Solution: We will conduct a full competitor SEO analysis using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs, identify keyword/content/link gaps, and build a plan to outperform competitors through targeted content and outreach.
OPPORTUNITY 16: BLOG OPTIMIZATION & ENGAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT
Issue: Existing blog content is under-optimized with poor internal linking, no structured layout (e.g., subheadings), and limited engagement features like CTAs, related articles, or share buttons.
Opportunity: Enhancing blog structure and optimizing posts for SEO can significantly boost dwell time, organic traffic, and conversions from content.
Solution: We’ll optimize each blog post with keyword-rich headlines, improve layout using H2/H3 tags, add internal links, and introduce engagement features to improve performance.
OPPORTUNITY 17: REDIRECT & MIGRATION CLEANUP
Issue: Old or improperly implemented redirects are leading to redirect chains, loops, or irrelevant destination pages, confusing users and wasting crawl budget.
Opportunity: Cleaning up redirects ensures a smooth user experience, preserves link equity, and improves crawl efficiency.
Solution: We will audit all site redirects, eliminate unnecessary chains, implement direct one-to-one 301s, and ensure all redirected pages point to the most relevant live content.
OPPORTUNITY 18: XML SITEMAP OPTIMIZATION
Issue: Your XML sitemap is either missing, outdated, or includes URLs that are no longer active, redirects, or blocked by robots.txt. This limits Google’s ability to discover and crawl your most important pages.
Opportunity: A clean, updated sitemap helps search engines efficiently crawl and index the right pages—especially for large or complex websites.
Solution: We will audit, clean, and regenerate the XML sitemap to include only indexable, high-value pages, and ensure it's properly submitted in Google Search Console for optimal crawl guidance.
OPPORTUNITY 19: ROBOTS.TXT & NOINDEX DIRECTIVE CLEANUP
Issue: The robots.txt file may be disallowing important sections of your site, or key pages may be incorrectly tagged with noindex, preventing them from appearing in search results.
Opportunity: Correcting these directives ensures that search engines can access and index your most valuable content, improving site-wide visibility.
Solution: We will review and update your robots.txt file and meta directives, removing unnecessary restrictions and ensuring only low-value or duplicate pages are excluded from indexing.
OPPORTUNITY 20: MOBILE-FIRST CONTENT OPTIMIZATION
Issue: Your mobile experience is inconsistent with desktop, with poorly sized fonts, unoptimized tap targets, or hidden content. This can result in reduced mobile engagement and SEO performance due to Google's mobile-first indexing.
Opportunity: Aligning mobile and desktop content enhances usability, engagement, and rankings—especially as mobile traffic continues to dominate.
Solution: We will audit mobile rendering and performance, optimize layout and content visibility for mobile users, and ensure mobile parity with desktop content.
OPPORTUNITY 21: USER INTENT ALIGNMENT FOR KEY PAGES
Issue: Several key landing and service pages are not aligned with searcher intent—they’re either too generic, overly sales-focused, or missing content users expect based on the keywords.
Opportunity: Matching content to user intent improves engagement, conversion rates, and ranking signals like dwell time and click-through rate.
Solution: We’ll audit search intent behind your top keywords, rewrite or supplement content to better match what users are seeking, and optimize CTAs to improve lead generation.
OPPORTUNITY 22: VIDEO SEO OPTIMIZATION
Issue: Your website includes video content that lacks schema markup, transcriptions, or dedicated landing pages, making it less likely to rank in video search or appear in rich results.
Opportunity: Optimizing video content can drive visibility in Google Video, YouTube, and SERP features, increasing organic reach and time on site.
Solution: We will optimize video elements with VideoObject schema, embed transcriptions for accessibility and SEO, and create optimized video landing pages with supporting keyword content.

Loving you is not writing you love poems; is being love when I write to you, and when I don´t.
Loving you is not expecting something from you; is simply waiting for you, in the silence, at night and in the day.
Loving you is not to shelter myself  in you; it´s building a shelter together, with our hands, where the whole world can fit in.
Loving you is not to demand from you, it´s not forcing you, it’s not to put pressure on you, is not convincing you, is not defeating you; it´s to help you to break free from yourself, from me, from it all, it´s to give you my breath, to seduce you without any desire, nor an objective, it´s to enjoy you.
To love you it´s not to want you only when you love me, when you´re pretty, when you smile, when you kiss me, when you caress me, when you walk with elegance, when you are calm, when you are happy; it´s to accept you completely just as you are, always and everywhere, with simplicity, and joy.
Loving you is not projecting ideas about you, it´s not idealizing you; it´s to see you from afar, from up close, from inside, (from you), from outside, see you beyond me.
Loving you it´s not to reject your flaws; it´s to become sensitive to them, without ever expecting you to change them. Loving you is not to desire to be the center of your Life; it´s to lead you, if you allow me, if am able to, to the Life of your core, without looking for any rewards.
Loving you it´s not always being by your side, is not always thinking about you, is not always dreaming about you; it´s to be available for you, it´s to be you, become one with you, it´s to be aware of your dreams, and of mine with you, it´s allowing you to know me completely all the way to the very center of my pain, and of my love.
Loving you is not flattering you, it´s not enhancing your vanity, it´s not weakening you, it´s not confusing you; it´s to show you the value of your shadow, the wonder of your own light, it´s to help you to live alert, it´s to want you to fly while I watch you, absorbed, joyful.
Loving you is not just looking at you, smelling you or tasting you; it´s to look along with you at anything at the same time, to become one with your scent, to be a part of you.
Loving you is not to look at you from above, or from below, from behind, from the front; it´s to cultivate a balance that goes back and forth passing by our common center.
Loving you is not to fear you, is not to own you, is not to guard you, Is not to watch you; it´s to hug you warmly, it´s to open my door to you, it´s to observe you in plain sight, in total darkness, with the eyes of my soul.
Loving you is not saying that I love you, is not thinking that I loved you, that I will love you; it´s to ask myself whether I love you, it´s to feel it, allowing it to develop in me, without even needing to tell you about it.
Loving you it´s not renounce to my dreams for you; it´s to awake from my dreams with you, held by your hand.
Loving you is not to write that I love you; is sharing with you the best of me (love), without ever turning back, without a horizon.
