their family history is not common knowledge, they were cast without everybody knowing, but they resolve to be professional because this is valaena’s big break and aemond wouldn’t jeopardize her happiness at the opportunity

besides,,; they’re not playing love interest right??

WRONG

they both took the job without knowing for sure they’d even play romantic leads, but their chemistry is undeniable from the start

they’re not leads initially, they’re side characters who start as enemies but slowly begin to rely on each other, chemistry out of this world from the first season as they banter and he pins her to a wall and she holds a knife to his throat

and while aemond has always known that he is attracted to valaena and wants her, she realizes it while they’re filming a scene where their characters are hiding in a tight closet together and she realizes that the heat in her stomach isn’t from nerves or the temperature of the set,,, it’s aemond pressed up against her, hard and unyielding to her softness

it doesn’t help that in interviews aemond can’t stop staring at her lips and catching glimpses of the generous décolletage, getting caught in 4k and being put in fan cams
