Napping while regressed feels so pure. Like I’m a sleepy baby, snuggling my stuffies while lullaby’s play in the background.

Shout out to all the guilty littles! And the guilty caregivers!
I feel guilty about literally every single thing no matter how small, i get you guys <3
You’re doing great and you have no reason to feel bad. Sometimes our minds play tricks on us and make us feel like we’re a problem when we aren’t.
You are not a problem.
You are not a burden.
You’re not bothering anyone by simply existing.
It’s okay to have big emotions AND to need to express them sometimes!
You don’t need to apologize for everything you do.

Nursery/Daycare idea:
A growth-chart style graphic for Littles next to the door of the nursery that functions similar to a clip-chart so that Caregivers don't need to use cues from their Little to figure out how old they feel and so that Littles don't need to pick a hard number, but instead it's more organized by "height" (more like baby, toddler, preschooler, elementary school, middle school, middle and adult).
And then if you have two Littles you can have multiple clips and kiddos and move them around to keep track. This could also be helpful if you're a flip or are working with another flip!
Here's how I envision it looking :D

self care tips for tinies who struggle with taking care of themselves
this account is a safe space for those who have "gross" habits if you're going to be rude kindly block me
plan out showers ノ baths, if that's too much of a struggle that's okay you can always use baby wipes
use sweet smelling soaps so you smell nice & clean
dry shampoo is a good alternative to washing your hair
use body sprays to smell nice
put flavor packets in water so it tastes good
have granola bars ノ shakes near your bed if you get hungry
keep self care items (baby wipes, body spray, etc) near your bed as motivation to use them
drink water, floss your teeth, or use a disposable toothbrush if brushing your teeth is too hard
take it day by day, sometimes it's easier one day but difficult the next and that's perfectly normal listen to your body & don't force yourself to take care of yourself if it's too much
if you can't fully wash, wash under your armpits
eat an apple for dental hygiene
use flavored toothpaste ノ cool toothbrushes
use cute apps (such as Finch for example)
