Today, as i wake up in Arkansas, i look back 1 year.. I was using cocaine most days and drinking myself to death.. Nicole had her own demons fo face.. last year For my Birthday she invited friends over ... 2 days in a row... one person each day showed.. it was my WAKE UP CALL! Feeling like i had completely hit rock bottom and NEEDING something to change ... I did just that.. with Nicole we made a decision that day to just QUIT... Quit dinking, quit ruining our relationship and lives with drugs .. so TODAY 09-09-2020. I celebrate TWO BIRTHDAYS. my birth from 1977 and my sobriety 2019. I have made big BOLD choices over the last year, I believe all of them are for the better .. i still go through stages of grief of things i have given up.. I know whole heartedly i am making the right decisions for my life and family’s future.. Ive done my best to lift people up, and often times pulled them down.. im learning more and more about myself and who i really am... it may not be what everyone has come to know or expect from me, i cannot apologies for that.. this is my truest version and Happiest version of me , I have ever met... be well my friends!
