Omg I am so happy to find more Wangjue art. This ship is so rare but all the fics I have read about them are so great and make so much sense. Do you plan to draw more Untamed style Wangjue? It is super rare to find any content like that. Maybe Mingjue carrying Wangji in bridal style (because he would look so pretty and like a prince who deserves to be carried around). I love your art.

I'm so glad you were able to find my Wangjue art. I noticed there wasn't any (or at least that I'm aware of) besides this one I found on Twitter. So I felt compelled to feed myself and other's by proxy 🤭

The closest I've come to doing Untamed style Wangjue is my art with Riaball's Awakened Hearts versions in mind. It's something I'm still trying to get comfy with as they look quite different from the donghua/manhua.

I really like your idea, though! Perhaps I'll give it a shot 🙏✨️💕 I can't guarantee when, but know it's on my mind, and I've been hunting down references!

My 4 month old wip is finally done! I highly recommend heeding LQR's advice and going to the work on ao3 .

I also recommend giving the fic "A Fine Line" by @riikaa-chan a read too because this is fanart for it 👀 2 versions because it'd be a sin to cover NMJ's abs LOL

So this is what happens when I get carried away while doing studies and am tired of my own self inflicted Wangjue art drought LOL Please go to ao3 to see this in all it's glory

So basically, I read chapter 6 of "Come Down, O’ Child Of War" by @riikaa-chan and got super fired up! It's like she added more wood to my fire that was slowly dying out (due to art block/an art slump).

Anyway this was a study turned fanart inspired by content in chapter 6. Thus, I recommend reading the fic first because I feel like this has spoilers (?) even though it's not necessarily a 1:1 copy of what happens.

I look forward to making proper fanart in the future!

Wangjue plot bunnies/future art idea

Okay, I'm currently working on a spicy wip (A Fine Line fanart), but I just had to take a moment to speak this idea into existence LOL.

While filling out the form for the All Zhan exchange 2025 I kind of unlocked some inspiration for a little snippet/comic. It depends, because I'm not much of a writer, but a comic/art is very likely.

Alright so this idea involves Hanahaki disease and the Siege Hunts from Book III. I'm a sucker for the angst, slow burn, and one-sided love (in the beginning) of Hanahaki au's so keep that in mind here LOL

While reading the third novel, I immediately got fascinated by the opening processions taking place. Particularly, the tradition of onlookers throwing flowers and cheering at the attractive men on horseback. The fact that NMJ never gets flowers, but cheers from men instead was so amusing and made my Wangjue shipping heart swoon at the possibilities. If we combine that with Hanahaki disease, there is even more potential! The main scene/idea that came to me was LWJ watching the Nie Sects' entrance and struggling to keep his petals back. Just as NMJ is about to pass, a single petal/flower (?) escapes and flutters to him. Remaining unnoticed by most spectators, safe for LXC and the petal's destination aka NMJ. I feel like NMJ would kind of double take or be slightly taken aback, trying to fathom where it might have come from. But the roaring of fellow cultivator men will snap him out of his momentary loss of focus, prompting him to tuck it away (or grip it tightly in his hand holding the reigns).

Perhaps NMJ will consider discarding it, chalking it up to be someone's mistake or an insignificant stray petal from another's flower. But something makes him unable to relinquish it. He probably doesn't want to admit it, but deep down he treasures it as his first "flower".

Potential flowers? Forget Me Nots, primroses, lilacs? These are just some quick examples I found looking up some flower language stuff.

@aceeijunweek had this fun "take a selfie with Eijun" post and I just had to participate! Especially since it's been a bit since I last drew something related to daiya haha.

At first I wasn't sure how I wanted to approach it, but last minute I decided to try mimicking the manga's style for fun and this was the result!

Hey daiya peeps, I can finally share what had me busy in January hahah. Here is the chrisawa print and Chris photo card I worked on for the Seido Cup Sleeve Event in the Philippines!

It took place last week and it looks like everyone had so much fun! I'm honestly a little jealous LOL But it was an honour to be invited to another one of these and getting to draw what I love!

This fanart comes from a scene in chapter 4 aka PROLOGUE: PART IV. I couldn't help myself after reading Riikaa-chan's description of NMJ walking down a dimly lit hallway in this state of dress ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).

I'm so excited to draw more from this au, but for now enjoy this little taste!

note: background lines/drawing was purchased with clippy from the csp brushes & assets shop. I just added some magic with colours/lighting! (⸝⸝> ᴗ•⸝⸝)

Making the tough decision to work on art vs reading/catching up on fanfiction 🤧😭 I had to delegate my time and energy for the night lol.

Just know that I'm super close to finishing a wip relating to another Wangjue fic I'm obsessed with, A Fine Line by @Riikaa-chan.

It's on the darker side, but I highly recommend it to y'all who want to join the dark side 🤭😏

Hey Wangjue enjoyers, I cracked my artblock by putting this au into existence! I randomly considered this a few days ago after remembering some details about my own High School.

Mainly the fact that the locker rooms were near the music room and it would be a great place to hide and make out LOL

Thus this High school Teachers au featuring Wangjue was born!

I did my best to layout this part of the school to the best of my abilities, but I'm probably forgetting stuff. Hopefully no one here recognizes this LOL

Anyway we have Music teacher LWJ and Physical Education teacher NMJ!

note: I imagine this au being more of a slow burn with an enemies to friends to lovers kind of timeline. I hope to add more doodles to this au sometime soon, I just had to get this little info page done and out there!
