I’m so tired man, it’s not even been two weeks yet, we still have just over 5 weeks left and I feel dull as hell. But hey I’m not gaining weight despite not counting cals cause I’ve actually been the type of sad to eat less

The last like week has been BRUTAL. My husband and I tried to spend a lot of time together but it never felt like enough or “right”. Last night he started to get upset about him leaving and then got so upset this morning when I took him to the airport that he vomited on the plane and the whole plane had to deboard. We’re just a hot mess rn

I ended up eating my entire BMR yesterday instead of my normal limit. I have mixed feelings on it cause it did allow me to eat some of my feelings cause yesterday was bad but also it would slow the wl. Granted my body has been acting like I’m taking lax even tho I’m not so I lost weight anyway.

I didn’t really get to eat breakfast so I just had a coffee and string cheese. And then had my tuna casserole for lunch. Feeling kinda snacky cause my friend is eating lunch but trying to keep it low cal as possible cause I think we’re having ramen for dinner

Snack instead of dinner

I had a protein bar earlier and just don’t feel hungry enough for my whole dinner plan. So having some popcorn and two date balls (probably gonna regret that later) so that I can have some satiating stuff. Ending the day just a hair under my limit

After a 3 hour nap I did my dishes and made a tuna casserole like dish

It’s just broccoli, tuna, and cheese. I needed the protein lol. And it’s just shy of 180 cal! I made two of these dishes and split on can between the two of them so one is premade for a later meal :)

I think I’m gonna clean the kitchen (for the millionth time hurray!) and vacuum and clean the litter boxes this morning and get my sour dough starter made after. I just gotta wait for my tummy to not hurt so much (it is not handling the drastic change in how much I’m eating very well)

I had to take my car to a shop and it’s a couple miles from where I live so I had to walk about 50 minutes home. It was a really good walk! I also helped a turtle cross the road (it almost got hit right before I saw it so I put it in the grass in the direction it was heading)
