Little Red Riding Hood lived in a wood with her mother. One day Little Red Riding Hood went to visit her granny. She had a nice cake in her basket.

On her way Little Red Riding Hood met a wolf.

‘Hello!’ said the wolf. ‘Where are you going?’ ‘I’m going to see my grandmother. She lives in a house behind those trees.’

The wolf ran to Granny’s house.

The wolf arrive at granny’s house and ate granny up.

He got into Granny’s bed. A little later, Little Red Riding Hood reached the house.

Reasons why I took Psychology

To begin with, I have always been wanting to learn and study all about people and minds known as psychology. It is most usually used to refer to the study of discipline, which is an applied science that aims to better understand different people with different behavior, ideas, actions, interactions, and emotions.

So, I decided to create an infographic design about Psychology.

Upon obtaining my thoughts and information, I now indicated certain ideas, however it is still unprocessed. I considered organizing my thoughts in the same way that I had to ask myself about the content of my infographic.

Narrate

In making the infographic understandable; in this section, I put my thoughts into words by transforming all of my thoughts to a short yet succinct explanation.

Sketch

Before designing in Canva, I made a blueprint of my infographic's depiction for any changes, additions, or new ideas for the elements, content, and designs.

Visualize

In this section, I was able to completely visualize my infographic and insert the basic principles of design into my infographic.

Test

I tried checking and testing my infographic for finalization. 

Improvement 

I go over the contents of my infographic and double-check for any inconsistencies or revisions in the style and coordination aspects.

PRINCIPLES OF MY INFOGRAPHIC DESIGN

CONTRAST

Contrast is clearly employed in my infographic. The use of the different contrasting colors of the elements and designs which are mainly yellow, orange and dark brown which also blends with each other in the outcome of the infographic.

BALANCE

I employed symmetrical balance in the design to smooth out the details and to keep the style consistent throughout. Shapes, figures, and text were all used in a balanced manner.

EMPHASIS

Emphasis is a design technique that makes crucial aspects stand out from the rest of the design. Clearly, I positioned the bookmarks element in the middle and indicated the topic information that illustrates my reasons for choosing psychology as my program.

HIERARCHY

In my infographic, hierarchy plays a significant role in the orderly presentation of my reasons for taking psychology as a college course, from the title, which serves as my heading, to the subtopic and associated elements, which are arranged in order of priority.

The platform that I used in creating my infographic was the Canva. Canva is a free online editing tool that is very convenient and so easy to use and navigate. By the help of I Canva i was able to make a very informative yet stylish output design because Canva offers so many features to choose from. Canva is a perfect platform for those people such as students who wish to create a great product out of scratch with easily navigation process.

I began gathering questions pertaining to my topic as a result of the mini-survey process. From the fundamentals to the important points to the final question. I conducted this poll in order to learn more about and raise awareness about the detrimental impacts of video gaming. Dopamine addiction is the most common negative effect of gaming, according to the majority of respondents in my poll (9). (34.6 percent ) With 9 respondents, Repetitive stress injuries and health risks is ranked second (34.6 percent ). Poor mental health ranks third, with 13 respondents (50 percent ). Poor academic and professional performance ranks fourth with 9 respondents (34.6 percent), while social disconnection ranks fifth with 8 respondents (30.8 percent ). 

According to the results of my survey, many individuals are aware that the most prevalent bad effect of gaming addiction is Dopamine addiction, which affects a large number of people, particularly teens. I performed this mini-survey to encourage individuals to take care of their health. We all know how much fun social media platforms can be, but there is always a risk in having fun, so remember to take care of your mental and physical health.

Video gaming can be a fun recreational activity. However, video game addiction can lead to a number of problems. Video games have a harmful impact on our minds, bodies, relationships, job performance, and other areas.

It's important to recognize that video games aren't necessarily bad. The majority of the detrimental impacts of video games are caused by excessive use and addiction. 

Here are 5 of the negative effects of video games:

1. Dopamine addiction - A few of the grounds video games are enjoyable is because of your brain's reward network. Dopamine, a chemical released by your brain, regulates the sensation of pleasure from video games. You feel joy when dopamine activity occurs in the nucleus accumbens, your brain's pleasure center. Whenever you play computer games, your brain produces a steady supply of dopamine, with occasional random surges. Your brain becomes accustomed to this constant flow of dopamine, and the nucleus accumbens demands even more dopamine release for gaming to be enjoyable. This inhibits you from enjoying anything less engaging than a video game. Even though you try to avoid gaming, your subconscious will entice you to engage in other sorts of stimulation, such as watching YouTube or skimming through social media. Simple activities will appear unappealing, and you will be unmotivated to perform anything that isn't exciting. That's the pinnacle of dopamine addiction. This is a serious risk if you allow your gaming habit to spiral out of control.

2. Repetitive stress injuries and other health risks - RSIs (Repetitive Stress Injuries) are quite common among gamers. Gaming necessitates repetitive, demanding motions of the hands and wrists (sometimes for hours on end). These movements can result in irritation and damage. We've all been immersed for hours in a game, often forgetting to eat or munching on harmful foods. It should come as no surprise, then, that obesity and malnutrition are risk factors for excessive gaming. Eyestrain is a common problem among gamers. For hours on end, staring at a screen. On a video screen, the eyes focus very differently than on any other flat surface, such as a notebook. Staring at a notepad is less taxing since the distance is constant and the eyes know where to focus. On a video screen, however, the focus is constantly changing, causing eye fatigue. It becomes difficult for the eyes to focus on other objects, even after the gaming session has ended.

3. Poor Mental Health - Computer games might not always cause mental health issues. However, if you have depression, anxiety, or another mental disorder, you are more likely to develop a video game addiction. This is because of how video games affect your brain. A study on the impact of gaming on mental health discovered that problematic gaming behaviors were associated with maladaptive coping methods, unpleasant emotions, low self-esteem, a propensity for solitude, and poor academic achievement.

4. Poor academic or professional performance - Your academic and career success are likely to suffer if you are addicted to gaming. People who play video games excessively find it difficult to concentrate on their jobs or schoolwork. When your performance in these areas fails, it is fairly usual to turn to video games. When the duties in your life become too much to bear, games become an escape. Someone can have a healthy gaming habit while still performing well at school or job. However, because of the way games affect your brain, it is far easier to lose yourself in the virtual world than it is to try to deal with difficulties in the actual world. Many youngsters and teenagers, for example, begin gaming because they discover a community that does not judge them based on their socioeconomic status or physical attractiveness. They become tied to this community and begin to lose interest in their academic work, causing their grades to suffer.

5. Social disconnection -  In the gaming community, social separation is a serious issue. This is the most widely publicized of all the harmful impacts of video games. We rarely connect with the individuals in our games, despite the fact that we play multiplayer games. Some communities are better suited to genuine human interaction than others. Those are, however, the exceptions. Isolation can be exceedingly harmful to one's mental health. Humans were not created to be solitary creatures by evolution. Human engagement is a competence, and if you spend the majority of your time alone in your room, playing video games, and not engaging with other people in real life, your skill will decline. This might lead to social anxiety, exacerbating the problem.

1. Opening a google in just 1 step.

Rather than going to a blank page on Google Drive, simply put “docs.new” or “doc.new” into your web browser's search box, and you'll be taken to a new document.

2. KEEP THE WORD COUNT ON DISPLAY RIGHT IN YOUR DOCUMENT.

Reduce the hassle of several visits to the "Tools" section by checking the box at the bottom of the word count pop-up box that says "Display word count while typing." 1. The first incident comprised nine kids, two boys and seven girls, who were rescued on March 21, 2019, during an investigation led by the Women and Children Protection Center Visayas Field Unit (WCPC-VFU).Three female suspects were detained and charged with qualified trafficking under Republic Act (RA) 10364 (Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act) and breaching RA 10175. 2. The second case stemmed from an investigation conducted by the WCPC-VFU on February 26, 2018, after “Annie” (not her real name) was found promoting her three-year-old son and a five-year-old girl for cyber sexual exploitation in exchange for money.Numerous sexual offences resources were also transported by Annie to various nations, as evidenced by money transfer receipts from overseas sources discovered in her home by police officers.

The investigations were prosecuted in collaboration with the International Justice Mission (IJM), an organization that works with local governments to rescue victims of abuse, bring criminals to justice, rehabilitate survivors, and build justice systems. Violation of the Cybercrime Prevention Act and Anti‐Child Pornography Act imposes penalties ranging from 20 years up to 40 years in prison. The photographs went viral, with not only PH ARMY condemning the homophobia, but also AMRY from all over the world, as well as non-fans. The problem garnered more attention when, in the run-up to the introduction of the BTS Meal in the Philippines, screenshots from a Grab PH Facebook group revealed Grab PH passengers mocking BTS and calling them biot. 

In the Philippines, Republic Act 10627, otherwise known as the “Anti-Bullying Act of 2013,” was enacted to address the growing incidence of bullying inside school premises, locations adjacent to the school, in school-related or -sponsored activities, and by means of technology or any electronic or modern devices, specially in any social media platforms.

REASONS WHY WE SHOULD FOLLOW THE RULES OF REPUBLIC ACT 10175, ACT OF 2012.

1. Cybercrime law establishes rules of behavior and norms of conduct for the use of the Internet, computers, and relevant modern devices, as well as the motives of public, government, and private organizations; legal principles and civil litigation, as well as other law enforcement issues in cyber world; and legislation to minimize costs and/or alleviate harm done to individuals, organizations, and individuals. 2. An alleged crime must be strictly outlined and forbidden by law.
