Björn told Mia that he was Sophies ex boyfriend and that they went together to Bali after school, to travel etc. He told Mia that Sophies & Alex' family was always against the relationship of them because the family wanted to keep that picture of a 'perfect family' and Björn didn't fit with that. Also they accused him to get her into drugs (he said they only consumed a bit weed). She commited suicide because she couldn't take the pressure from her family anymore and had depressions. He also told that this was also something that didn't fit into the 'perfect family picture' so the family didn't handle it well. After her death they don't wanted Björn to attend the funeral etc. and he said that he was the only one who ever really loved her. He said that Alex always only tells people his version, that he's dangerous and Mia should stay away from him.
