Hello! Since you like the apothecary diaries i would like to reccommend an anime from last year that is very underrated!! 'Yatagarasu. The raven does not choose its master'. It has the same political mystery ring to it and it maintains the historical feeling even though they are all youkai. The only downside is that it has 24 episodes and this is just the prologue to the whole story haha
