I guess , at the end of the day, this all is a Shakespearean play .I’m not so skilled in fighting for who I am if you haven’t noticed….but as much as I don’t like it,  I would fight, because I don’t want to be used to hurt or become a test rabbit and be locked away

This isn't a matter of race or social class that'll get better over decades, it's a matter of life and death and power, and if you don't want to fight for who you are, you'll be thrown out all your life. So would you fight or submit?

Part of me still believes in peace between our kind, but you are right, we are the bears, and one day the time will come to make a choice, fight them or submit to them. And that day will be an ugly day

How are we not better than them? They're afraid of us for a reason, Dawson. Of course they want to poke us with a stick, but we're the bears here, so we should be biting back. No, we're just locked up by them like freaks.

We’re not like them, but I still don’t really know if we’re really better than them.  They do give a fuck when it comes to tormenting you …just to provoke you and prove the ’ mutants are dangerous’  point.  At least , we don’t have to deal with this  in here

Well hey, maybe some of the greats were like us. But we do have that power, and that's the point. If we didn't, they wouldn't be coming after us. So no, I don't think we're like them. Those teenagers don't give a fuck about us, and we have to give a fuck, because it's our lives on the line.

They do, but some of them don’t seem to really appreciate what they are doing.   I don’t think we’re better than them, after all if you take our power away, we’re like them…teenagers trying to fit in a world that is changing.

You sing, and maybe compose…  I play the cello and compose sometimes.  That’s also poetry you know.  It doesn’t need to be a sonnet, with all those rules.  We are poets in our very own way

Liss rolled her eyes at the name. "Yeah, yeah." She shifted in her seat, taking an Oreo out of the box and biting into it. "So how 'bout that gossip blog?" She hadn't been mentioned on it much herself, which was admittedly  disappointing, but Molly had been outed as pregnant, which had to be getting to her. The blog had mentioned her in a post with Chambers and Lora, which was a little depressing. Not the Lora of it all, but the fact that she'd slept with one guy and now he was a "lady killer"? Please. Apparently she just hadn't done much here worth talking about. That would have to change.

Even though most of the time they were annoying, Molly really didn’t mind the cravings. Or well, she didn’t mind it right now, because the macaroni she had made was delicious, and Liss was coming to join her, bringing Oreos with her. She sat alone at the small kitchen table, silently happy that there weren’t any other students around. Before she knew it, Liss was taking the seat across from her, dropping the box of Oreos onto the table. Molly rose an eyebrow, and looked over at the girl. “Hey there, Sunshine.” She teased, smiling at her friend.
