hiya, havent posted on here in so long... . ,, since then ive read loads of books, travelled most of europe, got my degree, ,, . . and gained 20+ pounds fml. old dogs cant learn new tricks

low(er) cal kettle corn!
here鈥檚 my easy recipe for homemade lower cal kettle corn! it鈥檚 120 cals for like 7.5 cups popped since it only has as many cals as the plain popping corn聽
1. spray PAM (0 cal cooking spray) into the bottom of a cold pot. use liberally to coat the bottom of the pan (more than you鈥檇 use to fry something)
2. add salt, pepper etc to taste
3. add ~ 2 tsp of jordan鈥檚 butter toffee 0 cal syrup or to taste, this also help the PAM to coat the bottom
4. heat up, add your 3 tbsp of plain popping corn! be careful to keep the kernels moving once they start popping, i suggest shaking the pot鈥檚 handles instead of uncovering it to stir!
5. serve and enjoy!!聽
the butter toffee makes it so sweet and movie-theatery, so this is about 15 cals per cup popped (versus Skinny Pop is 56 cals per cup) also this is waayyy cheaper than buying it store made. a win-win! my normal bf approved this as super tasty :)聽

food diary for 8/4
grapes - 10 cals
circus peanut - 24 cals
DQ cheese curds (i ate 4 while in the car they were my sisters) - 100 cals
the WOAT shrimp tacos - 700 cals
hot coco - 70 cals
i was planning on only eating @ dinner bc i went out with a friend i hadnt seen in forever but i was so hungry i ate a little in the car on the way over and i only googled the cals after bc i was driving RIP. all the salads had shredded chicken pre-mixed into them so i had to change up my plan and i got shrimp tacos thinking that unbreaded shrimp + coleslaw would be fine if i ate around the tortillas but instead it was deep-fried buffalo-sauce smothered shrimp over ceaser salad?? it was yuck but i ate 78% of it bc i was p hungry and once i started it was hard to stop. i had another cup of cocoa to avoid eating mor eonce i got home but since i went so far over my cal limit, today i am only having 100, will update later tho.
