look at me, agere community. look me in the eyes.
you better behave normally about this post, or else im turning off reblogs and i will get Even More Obnoxious about this. okay? you cannot change my mind about this. you will never change my mind about this. do you understand me? yes? good.
anyway. a special good evening, good morning, or good afternoon to the regressors who have sexual thoughts and urges while regressed.
to the little ones who get horny while small or while halfway there. the ones who aren't hypersexual but still have the urges. the ones who Are hypersexual, and experience the symptoms even more strongly while regressed.
to the tinies with impulse issues who act on the urges anyway, the ones who get off so they can regress easier afterwards, to the ones who have to stop having sex because they started regressing in the middle of it, the ones who have an active libido and seek out those pleasures.
to any critter who gets uncomfortable with the things their brain comes up with, even though you know it's normal and it's not your fault. to those who Are comfortable with the thoughts, and have won against fear and shame, and can accept the thoughts without cringing or having to take a deep breath.
none of you are broken. none of you are dirty, or wrong, or sexualizing your regression. you are in a human body with human desires. there is nothing repulsive about that.
i am proud of you. and i love you. and it will be okay. feel free to pick out a sticker and reward yourself today, i'm glad you're here.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞: 𝐀 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬! ❤️🩹
*NSFW, @GEPLAY, K!NK + VARIANTS DNI.*
-> When you’re not regressed, identify triggers that cause you to have these emotional outbursts. What is it feeling like physically? What typically happens before these feelings overflow? Are you able to identify what emotion is prompting these episode? (Anger, fear, sadness, etc)
-> Create a “regulation kit” for yourself full of items that help calm you. If you have comfort items like a paci, a stuffie, a nice blanket, a fidget toy—these are all very helpful options. Other things can include comforting notes from a caregiver or your big self, soothing scents and textures, snacks you know and enjoy.
-> Try and take a pause to feel your body. This can help identify what emotion is weighing on you the most. Clenched teeth or fists? Maybe you’re angry. Your tummy hurts? Possible anxiety. Lump in your throat, tears? Could be sadness. Or sometimes, it may be more than one thing.
-> Once you identify the emotion, say it out loud. Ex: “I feel yucky in my tummy. I’m nervous.” From there, use a coping strategy for that emotion. So, say you identify anger. Ex: “I’m angry. I’m going to scribble really hard with my crayons this paper.”
-> Another helpful tool can be acting it out through stuffies, action figures, toys, or even a caregiver. Pretend they’re the one experiencing the feeling. “Teddy bear feels sad. Teddy bear wants a hug. What would I tell my Teddy bear?” It can help process those feelings, and give yourself empathy as well.
-> If you have a caregiver, ask them for help in advance! Try creating an emotion chart that they can help identify with you. Ex: “Let’s look at all these faces from the chart. Can you point to what you’re feeling?” Additionally, ask them to use simplified language so it’s easier for you to understand and work with. Like, “is your tummy feeling yucky and fluttery?” rather than “are you having an anxiety attack?”
*What works for one little one may not work for the next, but you deserve to work through tough moments and get through them. Regulation is hard when you feel so small, but it is possible and you’re worthy of it.

ᯓ★ tips for hidden/closeted littles . ݁₊ ⊹ . 🌞
note: There is nothing wrong with your regression, but I understand the need to hide it from others. But please know you are not gross, wrong, or bad for regressing. These are tips I've gathered as a closeted regressor myself, hope they help<3

╰┈➤ look into mobile games, they're great for regressing! There's lots of cute and soft games on the appstore and google that can help with regression and slipping into little space.
╰┈➤ im big on asmr. as a tool to relax, unwind, and regress. linked here and here are two videos I think are great for littles who would like to try asmr to help their regression!
╰┈➤ if you're older, look into adult coloring books and other crafts and hobbies. Sewing, crocheting, etc. are good options! Creating, in general, is a fantastic way to slip into little space!
╰┈➤ if you have a form of control over when you regress, try to regress when you're alone and safe to limit being caught.
╰┈➤ ring pops are a good alternative to paci's, and water bottles with straws work well, too!
╰┈➤ try purchasing gear at second-hand shops, make sure to clean and sanitize everything, of course! My baby bottle, rattle, and plushies are from a second-hand shop!
╰┈➤ make yourself a regression playlist of songs that help you feel small or fit the vibe you'd like to experience when regressed
╰┈➤ watch your favorite kids' shows! Or shows you watched when you were physically younger!

Affirmations for age regressors
I am a good kid
I am caring and loving
I am very cute and deserve to have my needs met
I am a good friend to all people, animals, and plants
Nobody is mad at me
Even if I do a bad thing that doesn't make me a bad kid, I just need to do better in the future
All of my friends and stuffed animals love me very much

Does anyone else view their regression/dreaming as more of an autistic trait than anything else?
I don't even know if I should be saying it's a trait?
For me it feels like I'm unmasking and even when I'm not regressed I still do/enjoy childlike things.
I wouldn't say I have trauma nor that my regression stems from trauma. My regression just feels like a vulnerable, soft headspace where I can just unwind and unmask. I honestly just didn't grow out of things -like toys and playing- and started masking (I especially noticed it when I was 10) to fit in with my peers who were growing out of things. I didn't want to be left behind and friendless.
