the problem with water is like. it's the cleaning fluid right. that's the obvious part. you stop drinking and you stop peeing and your kidneys are like ough. ough. ough. ough. but you don't die. unless you're not drinking anything At All and not eating watery food either. so all it is is you pee less but you're okay. kind of.

BUT THEN when it gets too hot it starts being the coolant! and suddenly there are so many ways it can get out! you have so many sweat glands and so much skin and they all need to be cooled down before you DIE.

but then. you realize the least obvious one. it's the transmission fluid. it's the fucking transmission fluid. you can't transmit SHIT without your fliud. which is still fucking water somehow.

so now you're LEAKING your transmission fluid out of every goddamn pore and your kidneys are like hey. gimme that cleaning fluid cmon dude. while your pores are like ITS COOLANT. NEED COOLANT. FOR THE FIRE. NEED MORE COOLANT. SO MUCH FIRE. KILL IT. KILL IT MORE. MORE COOLANT. and then. the rest of you. that uses all that fluid to transmit things. it's like hey. hey. hey what the fuck.. i need that. hello? can anyone hear me? hello? it's so dark in here..

and then you drink more water or you die.

we do need to revisit the wording of "you can't have your cake and eat it too" because i don't think it clearly enough conveys that it's more that you can't simultaneously retain a cake and also get to consume it (which would render you cakeless). for years i was like But why not....it's my cake....?

A good chunk of tumblr is someone making a post like "I wonder if anyone has ever applied this unusual, unconventional method to serve this commonplace function", speculating something that could potentially exist, hypothetically.

And there's people in the comments going "I don't know about that, but omg did you know that people actually 100% really do this function in this conventional method normal style? :DD"

I am so charmed by how Travis goes red when Laura as Jester talks to someone else about kissing Fjord, and how Fjord himself is very overwhelmed by anyone hitting on him and doesn't know how to cope, because that seems to be how Travis reacts too lol. And this is all with his real life wife! It's just so adorable, the biggest guy there going all red and awkward and yet he can't stop smiling too, because it's Laura and he loves her IRL too. It's the sweetest thing.

I love that Laura decided to RP romance with him in this campaign because we get to see a really different side of his role playing. From what I've seen, Fjord is a different kind of character for him in CR too, the more straight forward leader, reacting to the more wacky party members brilliantly. It's really fun to see him trying something different, and finding himself seduced by his wife lol.

Also compare this to how Travis is the biggest cheerleader for every other ship in any campaign lol. He gets so excited and happy for other characters getting together. The contrast is so funny.
