Hello , can you please reblog or publish a post for my campaign? Due to the slow pace of donations, they pass slowly as ice. I hope you can help me. A small amount like $5, $10, or $20 will be more than useful to help me and my family. Thank you for everything💔🙏
‏Vetted Gaza Evacuation Fundraiser🍉🍉🍉‼️💔
I am #310 on the Vetted Fundraisers List‼️
‏Right now, donated money is being used to help us survive this war. Food is very expensive and my family has to pay rent for the land that our tent is on. However, I want to save up enough money to evacuate my family to a safer place where we can rebuild our lives. I dream of returning to university to finish my computer science degree. I want to provide a better life for my family than is possible in Gaza. My family and I have many dreams we would like to fulfill after this war. We are grateful to everyone who donated and helps us during this time of suffering.
Thank you for reading ♥️
I have been verified by @apollos-olives, it is in my pinned post.

This is a shopkeepers AU
Warnings: Like one Major Spoiler!!! for Agatha All Along, sickness, a little bit of vomiting, Reader is going through it! Not proofread so ignore the plot holes and mistakes.
Synopsis: Rio is the annoying shop-owner next to yours. She’s constantly bothering you and making your life a living hell but you can’t deny you have feelings for her. What happens when you find out not everything is as it seems.
Word count: ~4k
There you were, standing outside, gawking at the new store next to yours. It was massive compared to your tiny shop. You almost couldn’t believe someone would have the gall to put it there, but you could see why they were confident. This new shop had everything you had and more. It was pure madness. This new witch, Rio, wasn’t someone to be messed with. She had basically set up shop overnight.
You were frantic, it was the end of her first week in Salem and you had only gotten ten customers. Sure there were window shoppers, but they quickly moved on to the next one when they saw the floating lamps and the books that turned themselves in Rios display.
It got to the point where you had to rent out your apartment while you slept in the back room of your store.
Back at your store, you were lost in thought, trying to come up with cost-effective ways of advertising and special merchandise that could draw others in. You didn’t notice the bell ring, signaling someone had entered.
“Um, hello?” You had nearly fallen off your step-ladder.
You grab the shelf to steady yourself and step down. “Oh hi there, s-sorry about that. How can I help you?” You look up and are almost knocked off your feet again at the sight of the most gorgeous woman you’ve ever seen. She had piercing eyes, rich dark hair and all around looked like a goddess.
“Well, I was just scoping the store out. Not sure I need anything though,” she smiles at you. You return it.
“Just let me know if you need help. We have anything from talismans to herbs. Everything is locally and/or humanely sourced,” you say, setting down the last of the stock. You brush off the invisible dust on your apron.
The woman hums… “Tell me more about the store,” she decides. You contemplate what you could possibly tell this gorgeous woman.
“Well, it was given to me my grandmother. It was originally just a ‘holistic’ store but now that everyone’s more accepting of witches in Salem, I changed the name. I want to make her proud, she taught me everything I know. I love my job,” you finish with a smile. She returns it. The more you look at her the more you see something sneaky in her stare. She has a mischievous glint.
“What a story. I feel like I should buy something now. Makes me want to make your grandma proud too,” she smirks, roaming around the store.
“Well you don’t have to but I’m certainly not saying no. Have a look at anything. If you’re interested in the item but are wondering if we have it in a different color we definitely do,” you chirp. You yourself make your way to the counter. You can’t help but feel giddy.
You watch as her eyes light up. You can’t see what she’s bringing up to the counter but from the looks of it it’s one of your custom sigil pendants.
“Here, I’ll take this,” she holds it out. You can definitely tell she’s flirting now, the rune she picked was a love rune and she shows it to you with a wink.
“Oh, got anyone… special, you plan to use this for? Like maybe a spouse or an estranged sibling. Any kind of love really,” you note, ringing it up. She smirks.
“Well, I’ve got my eye on someone I’ve recently met,” she purrs. You blush, not wanting to read into it just in case but flustered simply from hope.
“Oh nice” you say.
She frowns, still with a playful glint harbored in her eye. “Unfortunately,” she takes the rune, “I gotta go back to my own shop.” Your eyes widen.
“Oh you own one too? That’s cool… cool! Um, see you around?” You hate to admit how much it sounds like a plea. She gives you a nod and leaves. You could swear she’s exaggerating the sway of her hips. “Bye,” you murmur.
“Bye.”
You can’t help but watch to see in the direction she goes, thinking maybe her shop is close by. And you’re right it is, but much to your surprise, she walks right into your biggest competitors shop.
“That bitch!” You grit out.
***
It’s been another week of poor sales and you’re getting nervous. The stress, coupled with you having to sleep it in the back on the floor has been horrible on your back. There’s a resentful part of you that believes Rio came in here to mess with you. It certainly seems so with the fact she’s come in about 3 other times. You curse yourself for getting so worked up about it but you literally told her about your fucking grandmother. You were only a simple potions witch, you couldn’t magic up money like some of the other witches out there. Hell, Rio probably could. Stupid sexy Rio.
As if she could sense you were thinking of her she walks in smug.
“Howdy neighbor,” she tromps in like she fricking owns the place. Your gut boils at the fact she very well could in less than a year if you can’t figure out a way to fix this mess.
“What do you want Rio…” you say. Her eyes widen as much as her grin does.
“Thought I’d come by to check on my new best friend.” Her tone is almost sadistic. You scoff.
“Sure best friend. Just remember that when you’re in my store you can’t do anything funny,” you spit out. Her hands go up in surrender, but her face remains smug.
“Of course, I can let you be in control,” she says it low, something that makes your heart beat uncomfortably fast.
“Whatever… how’s it going with the love rune, I’m sure they’re charmed,” you exaggerate, stretching your words.
Rio puts the back of her hand to her forehead and leans backwards dramatically with a drawn out sigh.
“Alas, I don’t believe it’s achieved its purpose quite yet. It will; now’s just not a good time.” You fight the urge to role your eyes but it’s replaced by a yawn. Rio returns to her normal position and stares at you.
“Did princess not get enough beauty sleep,” she coos, pouting.
“I’m fine. I hope whatever your situation is works out so you don’t have to bore yourself with little old me.” You don’t mean it truly but boy do you need a little alone time without a failed crush gloating via very annoying body language.
“Nonsense, our little chats are entertainment to me.” She says. You grunt.
“Righttt, okay you do know I can kick you out if you don’t buy anything right?” Your brow arches. She laughs.
“Of course, I’m a shop owner too. You know that silly,” she boops your nose and you fight the rage coming over you. “Oh my god you’re cute.”
“Get out!” You growl, pointing at the door. You feel like ripping some of your hair out at this point. And Rio can tell, she’s just biting her perfect lip enjoying your frustration and it just infuriates you more. “No seriously you need to leave!” You throw your arms in the air and regret it, the twinge in your back making you wince. Rios smile falters ever so slightly.
“Didn’t mean to make you so worked up,” she chuckles. You sigh and put one hand on your back and the other pinching your nose.
“Just- I need to go get something in the back, please have left before I come back,” you (and Rio) hate how defeated you said that. Rio never feels bad for being her fun self… but, she might not feel great about this. You leave slowly to the back, cracking the door. Once Rio hears the telltale sound of a pill bottle she decides she should give you space.
When you come back out you’re a little confused at the pang you get in your chest when you don’t see her.
***
You were miserable, sick and miserable. But, the show must go on.
Time flew by in some increments and went painfully slow in another. You were debating closing the store today but your most recent electricity bill told you that isn’t a good idea.
Since it was the weekend you made a whole 20 sales, something you were extremely proud of. You were surprised too, considering you felt absolutely disgusting and maybe a little loopy. Perhaps it was the new promotion deal you worked on.
You decided to stock the merchandise that was selling the fastest, and of course once you turn your back that’s when the viper strikes.
“Hey bestie!” A voice rings out. You whip around and get dizzy, stumbling. Rio steadies you. “Woah there.”
“R-Rio?” You say.
“You don’t look so good there Y/n, maybe you should take a b-“
“No!” You interrupt, “I’m doing so well today you can’t stop me now you little devil,” you sneer. She chuckles. It’s supposed to come out threatening but your stuffy nose doesn’t exactly help you achieve that. Rio smiles.
“Well, not exactly. And I certainly understand why, you’re practically giving away free merchandise.” She says, tilting her head.
You puff out your chest with pride. “Yeah well I buy one get two for five deal will do that.” Rio pats your shoulder.
“Oh, uh, honey, your deal out front says buy one get five for two.” Your eyes widen and you scramble outside. Sure enough she’s right. After inspecting the writing it clearly wasn’t tampered. It seems that you weren’t even paying attention and you didn’t notice. You put it in the system as five for two as well.
“No no no no no!” You screech, taking down the sign. “Shit, oh my god. How did I- how did I not notice! No wonder people came up to me with so many friggan candles.” You run your hands in your hair. And go back inside, putting the closed sign up.
“Maybe you should sit down.” You agree and put your head in your hands with a groan.
“Are you here to gloat?” You ask, afraid of making eye contact.
“No… do you seriously not have anyone to help you run the store?” She asks coming closer to you. You shake your head. While you’re looking away you miss the genuine concern on her face. Without asking permission, Rio holds the back of her hand to your forehead. “You’re burning up, where do you keep your illness remedial potions? Have you even taken anything?” Her questions make you feel dizzy and you genuinely feel like you’re gonna vomit.
“Third shelf up to the right by the window,” you say drowsily. You’re too out of it to see the way Rio rushes to get it. The pain in your forehead seems to grow with each passing minute. The pain relievers for your back have stopped doing their job but you can’t remember the last time you took one regardless. She comes back. You gag as she hands it to you but you push it away and grab the trash can. Rio winces as you vomit.
“Oh shit…” she says. “Y/n as your bestie I got to say, I’m a little worried about you not taking care of yourself.” Her voice is abnormally soft. You can’t help but cry, partially due to the burning in your throat, partially due to the pent up emotions and the fact that the person making your life hell is being so nice to you.
“Why, why are you being so nice, you should be having a blast. Just my luck,” you hurl again, “Business has been really bad and on my good day I’m violently ill. It’s still objectively bad too, five months ago I’d get 20 sales before noon. And all of it’s because I fucked up.” Rio is stunned, she’s never been good with many emotions but she feels awful and knows she has to do at least something. She holds your hair back. She’s regretting this elaborate plan.
“Hey, hey. It’s gonna be okay. You’re clearly in a lot of pain right now, you don’t deserve to be mocked at all.” And her words only make you feel worse. If you think about it, she’s never been a hundred percent awful at you. You actually really really liked her up until you found out who she was. It was her business that was causing all these problems.
“I’m sorry, you should go. You- I can take care of myself,” you sigh. Everyday it looks like you’re gonna have to sell the store more and more. You’re terrified. You think that it’s all your fault that you took your grandmothers beautiful store and ruined it. You were a shit witch, and shit at your job in your opinion. Rio bit her lip and stared at you.
“No, no… tell you what. I’ll leave you alone but you have to promise me that you’ll take care of yourself. And your grandmother is so proud of you. She says so all the time.” She says and you’re mostly grateful. The pang in your chest returns again at the thought of you leaving. You realize she said something weird though.
“What, my grandmother is dead… are you also a medium which? I thought you were a green witch?” You say, picking up your head.
She looks to the side and let’s go of your hair. “Um… sure, let’s go with that. Anyways, I’ll leave you to it,” she stands up, “and take care of yourself missy.” She finishes in her usual mocking tone. She leaves out the door soon after.
Your left there confused before you see the potion. You remember you need to take it and you down it, gagging at the flavor.
“I have got to invest in flavor drops.” You say.
***
It’s been awhile since you’ve seen Rio. Her store’s also been closed for a couple of days. You should be ecstatic but you have to admit it’s been lonely without her popping in to bother you. On the bright side business was back to usual and you were making enough money to actually pay your bills again, the renters check wouldn’t come until next week but you might have enough to spring for an actual mattress.
You were honestly worried about Rio, worried you made her feel so uncomfortable she’d avoid you forever. You couldn’t sleep because of this thought and stumbled out of the back room in the dark. You managed to crash into a mop bucket and trip into one of your shelves causing it to crash and for all of your potions to shatter.
“Fuck!” You yell, you try and get to the light and manage to cut your foot.
Rio didn’t have to sleep, she stayed late at the shop looking over everything over and over. She was getting bored when she heard the crash coming from your shop. She quickly runs out the door to your shop, thinking someone broke in. She doesn’t need you having any more problem. She feels awful for the ones she caused. The door unlocks with a waive of her hand and just as she opens the door you flick on the light showing everything in its chaos.
“Uh, hi,” you awkwardly chuckle, wincing at the sting of your cut and the bruises that were already forming. “Good to see you”
Rio stands in confusion at the sight of your limping form in your tank top and lacy sleep shorts. She has to fight the urge to lick her lips.
“Are you…. Are you sleeping in your store?” She asks and you sigh, dropping the awkward smile.
“Yeah, I had to rent out my apartment on extremely short notice and now I live in the back room.” You have no clue why you’re being so honest but you really need to sit down as standing on your one foot is getting really tiring.
“Crap, you’re hurt,” she notices (originally it was because she was taking her eyes over you in your skimpy sleepwear glory) and goes over to you. She casts a spell and heals your injury. She waves her hand to get rid of the mess too and any other glass.
“Thanks.” You say. A beat of silence passes. “Why are you here?” You ask, suspicious.
“Well I thought someone was breaking and entering and I can’t have my bestie getting robbed. You roll your eyes, silently grateful she’s back.
“Alright. Um thanks. Yeah…” you trail. Now that she’s in front of you, you decide enough is enough. You have to tell her the truth. “I don’t want to put you on the spot but business has been really bad up until you closed your shop for the past few days. So- I live here now. I can manage into next month but I might have to sell the store. I guess what I’m asking is- would it be possible to get a job at your store when I do?” You felt awful about asking her for this, and you fully expect her to say no. She gives you a smile.
“I’m um, I’m actually closing the store.” She suddenly says and your eyes go wide. You stammer in protest,
“W-wait why? What about your employees!? You’re not moving away are you?” Your concern makes her smile bigger, confusing you more.
“Well… to tell you the truth I didn’t need it at all and it was interfering with my actual job.” She admits, enjoying the puzzled look on your face.
“What actual job?” She isn’t quite sure how to approach it, nevertheless, she tries.
“I’m death. I know it sounds ridiculous but I’m actually death, that’s me.” She says. A grin breaks out on her face.
“You’re joking” you start laughing and while she loves your laugh she’s not joining and you stop. “You- YOU’RE DEATH!” She waves her hands.
“Surprise! Um yeah, anyways, so funny story actually. Remember when I said your grandmother talked about you all the time. Well basically… we’re besties too,” she sees the shock on your face grow bigger and bigger. She’s about to make it worse.
“You know her, as in you took her once she died and you became best friends?” You interrogate. It doesn’t make much sense. She rolls her eyes.
“It’s not like I killed her and she’s funny. She basically talked the world of you. And she was worried about you, said you were lonely single and sad” Rio pouts briefly before her grin returns, “so she sent me. And I personally agree with her. But I’m single too so I thought I could do something about it.”
Your head is reeling, Rio is death and the only good thing about this is that your grandmother is happy (for the most part) and that the crush you’ve been trying to ignore because she’s been destroying your life reciprocates.
“Let me get this straight… you are ‘besties’ with my grandma. And you heard all about me, including the fact I’m single and you decided to run me out of my fucking house and almost my business. That’s not gonna get me to like you back and I don’t exactly think my grandmother appreciates that!” You yell, pacing back and forth. “It doesn’t fucking make sense!” You let out a huff.
Rio wants to be patient but she’s getting a wee agitated too. “Well in my defense she told me you like romcoms and I wanted to make a big impact. I wasn’t aware that I was so good at it, I hated running the store!” She crosses her arms as you still pace.
“No, no, no, no, no. You don’t get an ‘in my defense,’” you mock in a high-pitched tone, “This store was my baby. I don’t care if you didn’t like running yours and it was for a twisted sick romcom move. You saw what it was doing to me, maybe not all of it but you did. How could you honestly think I’d like you. How!?” At this point if the crash didn’t wake your neighbors then your screams did. You didn’t care, you were hurt, and so confused.
“Look I’m sorry okay! I’ve quite literally never told anyone I’m sorry for anything but I am. It was wrong of me and I let it get way out of hand. I used my magic way too much and rather than it being a cute little competition I got sucked into the feeling of one-uping you to prove I could one day help you and to show you I’m worthy. I didn’t become aware that it was that bad till I saw you when you were sick. I immediately closed the store and went to your grandmother who filled me in on all of the other horrible things I caused for you. I’m so sorry.” Rio chest heaves as she spews her words.
You stop pacing, biting the skin on your thumb. It’s a nervous tic that’s recently reared its ugly head again. Rios crying, and she hates it. She looked so much like a scolded child that you laugh. She’s confused now. You actually feel like you’re going insane but you just want one good thing so you get right up in her face and look into her eyes. She thinks you’re gonna slap her, but you grab her face and give her the angriest kiss you’ve ever given anyone. Okay and maybe you do slap her but not too hard. You just laugh at her nervous look.
“You bitch,” you say incredulously, “You really did all of this just to ask me out? You do realize I would have said yes the second you walked through that door right? Rio… I like you, I do. You can be the most annoying and conniving creature I know, but you’re charismatic and beautiful. So… since you’re so powerful, I will go out with you on several conditions. Would you like to hear them?” Rio nods her head eagerly.
“Please.” You smirk.
“Look at you, using your manners and everything,” Rio rolls her eyes, “Alright, I will go out with you if you give me everything you earned from your store. I know for a fact you don’t need it and since it wasn’t supposed to be a real store those are my profits. I want you to apologize to my grandmother too and tell her I said thank you for the gift. Secondly, I want to go on a vacation with you to wherever because I’ve wanted to for years and I deserve one. So pack your bags or this ain’t happening” you look between the two of you.
In any other situation these demands would look absolutely insane and maybe they still do but you don’t care because you were stressed and this relationship was already extremely unhealthy on both sides. She pretends to think about it but eventually smiles.
“Of course,” her devilish smirk returns, “but don’t think I don’t still have any power over you dear. I may have been naughty and will prove to you every day that I can be better but watch yourself. After all you can’t cheat death.” She winks and you sigh.
“When I get a couch and a real bed you’re sleeping on the couch,” You simply say and her smirk falters slightly.
“Touché. Oh before I forget,” she puts her hands on your hips. “Check my right pocket.” You give her a raised brow and check, immediately figuring out what it is.
“The love rune,” you hold it up, “you bitch.” It’s said fondly.
“Told you it’d work,” she whispers holding your cheek. And you scoff lightly.
“It’s my own product, I knew it would. But for the record, I knew I would love you from the second I saw your devilish smirk.” You admit. She bites her lip briefly before pulling you into another kiss.
“I’ll give you the world,” she murmurs against your lips. You laugh,
“First give me my money back… but after, all I want is you.”

Way I request a Rio x reader x Agatha where while they hate each other, Rio and Agatha both adore reader? And reader trues their best to make them be at least somewhat nice to each other while they're around
Down the Right Path
Warnings: not proofread. You are Sharon’s replacement. I had only watched the first to episodes when I started writing this. Ignore the plot holes.
Word count: ~2.9k
The witches road was a dark place. The leaves beneath your feet may have been soft but the cold and misty air bit into them. Overall you were scared, but part of you couldn’t wait for the reward. You may have been a young witch, but you knew of the roads powers. Not long after you entered a witch named Rio joined you. You could not deny both her and Agatha were totally smoking but they seemed to have a weird tension. You could only notice it briefly before you were consumed with worries of the path ahead.
“Hello replacement,” Rio purrs into your ear. You startle. “Relax, I don’t bite too much.” You give her an awkward smile.
“It’s okay, um… my names Y/n, by the way. I’m a newer witch if you couldn’t tell. It’s Rio, right?” You question, falling behind the group slightly. Rio gives you a grin.
“Lovely name, baby witch. Yes, I’m Rio. Did you know Agatha before this, you seemed to be sticking to her like glue before I arrived?” Her grin sticks but the question is said with underlying bite. You glance up ahead to where Agatha grumpily walks fast.
“Yes,” you sigh ,”Back when Wanda was hexing everyone I happened to get swept up in it. Funnily enough I was her wife. Even though it wasn’t real it stings that she knew the whole time it was a spell and didn’t help. After she forgot everyone and became a mean detective she didn’t remember me so I didn’t see her much.” You admit.
“Wow such a sad backstory. I guess that makes you another one of her ex-wives. Even if it was fake,” Rio says with an airy laugh.
Your brows furrow, “She was actually married at one point, who got the real deal?” Rio bites her lip and wiggles her eyebrow.
“Looking at her. Welcome to the ex-wives club hot stuff-“ Rio is interrupted by Agatha’s angry beckon for her.
“See you later babe,” Rio finishes with a wink and teleports up to Agatha. You stay wide eyed in the back.
“You called?” She questions with a huff.
“I don’t know what you think you’re doing with Y/n but leave your no good mitts off of her. She’s too good for you and you know that.” Agatha scolds, keeping her voice low and eyes ahead. Rio laughs.
“Oh come on, you of all people appreciate a little corruption now and then. Besides she already told me you weren’t interested in her herself. As far as I’m concerned she’s free game and a delicious way to get at you Aggie” she responds. Agatha fumes.
“Oh so you’re playing dirty now, got it,” Agatha glances back at you and you smile, making her heart beat a little uncomfortably fast. Rio’s eyes light up.
“No way, you really do care. This is going to be so fun!” She gasps. Agatha groans.
“Whatever, I’ve got places to be.”
***
The coven decided to set up camp, much to Agatha’s dismay. Agatha lit a fire for light and everyone sat around it. You sat on a log immediately followed by Rio to your left and Agatha to your right.
“So baby witch, you’re an earth witch too, what a coincidence. Seems like Wanda knew Agatha had a type,” Rio whispers in your ear, but loud enough Agatha could hear it. You feel your face heat up.
“I guess, yeah,” you laugh awkwardly, staring a little too intently at the ground. Agatha looks behind you at Rio with a death glare. Rio responds with a smile and slowly puts an arm around you.
“We have so much in common already. Tell me baby witch, you seeing anyone? It’s been three years after all.” Rio’s question takes you off guard and you look at her.
“Um, no.”
“Well what a shame.” She pauses and her eyes light up, “A pretty girl like you ought to have someone. Something… real.” Her voice sent shivers down your spine. You couldn’t for the life of you figure out if she was genuinely flirting with you or planning something else. You stand up quickly.
“I- I’m gonna go get more kindling for the fire,” you rush out before speeding away.
Still at the campfire, Rio cackles and Agatha clears her throat. Grabbing Rio by the collar and pulling her up to stand.
“You’re coming with me,” she grits out, tugging Rio harshly to the opposite direction you went.
Once alone she lets her temper burn much like the fire at the site.
“You miserable bitch, why are you going after her like that?!” Agatha hurls, her arms flailing.
“Well… hmmm. Maybe because it’s so delicious. And at first it was just to get back at you… but, and I can’t deny this, she’s a pretty thing. You never did like sharing your toys, but you mistreated this one and now she needs a new home,” Rio’s eyes light up as she watches every angry twitch on Agatha’s face. Agatha puts her foot down.
“I know I did, but that doesn’t mean you can too-“
Rios eyes widen, “Now now, who said I would mistreat her? No no no. I want her terribly. I want someone a little more malleable. Someone I don’t have to worry will trade me for silly magic tricks.” She takes turns her back to Agatha.
“Don’t you turn your back on me! You’re such a child Rio. Don’t act like you weren’t gallivanting naked with young witches in the woods while we were still together!” Agatha groans in frustration as Rio walks away, “Hey, come back here!” Rio gives yet another cackle.
“You’re still invited to the wedding!” She calls back.
Agatha, disposed of her magic still, is forced to run to catch up. Just as she’s about to jump and tackle Rio, the other witch teleports back. Agatha is left huffing on the forest floor, spitting a stray leaf out.
***
Once enough time has passed, it never really was morning on the road, everyone continues the trek. Once again you find yourself at the back of the group, trailing behind everyone else. Everyone else but Rio and Agatha of course. The both of them cling to you like urchins. They aren’t actually touching you, but they’re a breath away each.
“So…” Agatha clears her throat, “haven’t been able to talk to you much since… you know. How have you been?” She hates that Rio had to be here too while this happens but it’s better to her to clear the awkward tension between you and her asap.
You sigh slightly, “not bad, um… how’s Señor Scratchy? I miss him.” Agatha gives you a soft smile despite the pang in her chest.
“Alive and well, still my little trouble bunny. I think he got it from you,” she says, tilting her head back and forth. You giggle and roll your eyes.
“Nope, all you. He’s your familiar after all. I’m glad he’s well. I’ll have to give him a treat if I see him again.” You offer it, an underlying sadness to your tone. Agatha picks it up immediately. You missed her too but would never admit it, after all you were the entranced one while you two were together.
“When. You’ll see him again…” she corrects, making you smile softly. The sight brings hope and warmth to Agatha’s chest. She looks at you, but she’s distracted by Rios maniacal face behind your head. Sensing it’s her turn to speak Rio seizes it.
“So… Y/n, you like animals? I happen to be able to turn into many, that’s my earth witch specialty right there,” Rio says cheerily. Her grin displays her pearly whites. You turn to her, making Agatha’s heart clench.
Your eyes light up, “really, wow. I personally work with herbs and plants more but that’s incredible. I do love animals, what kinds?” Agatha internally groans at having lost your attention so marvelously.
Rio beams with pride, “All kinds, but crows and wolves I’m particularly fond of.”
You ooh, “I love birds a lot.” You add, “maybe you could show me sometime?” Rio grabs your hand, making Agatha bristle, her hair practically standing up in outrage.
“Of course beautiful, it’s a date.” Your stomach does flips at the thought but you try not to read too far in it.
“Sure,” you chirp.
***
After another day of exhausting walking camp is set up again. Agatha cannot truly remember how long the trip was originally, but it seems about right. Much to Agatha’s surprise, you ask her to talk alone with you. Rio wants to join but she knows it would affect her chances with you.
You take a deep breath. This area of the road seems darker, but the magic lull does not cease.
“Agatha, may I ask you a question?” You start. She’s suspicious but nods. “If Rio was the one on your list, why did you bring me?” She shuffles, exhaling.
She knew she would have to tell you eventually… “well, I know there’s no excuse for allowing you to be in so much pain in Westview, but I felt awful. And Rio can be more manipulative than me. Don’t trust her too much. I know I couldn’t. But… I know you can’t trust me either. You’re a bright witch Y/n. As much as it kills me to admit it I truly am sorry. For what it’s worth I was having so much fun with you that I forgot you weren’t completely there.”
Her admittance was spur of the moment, but it made her feel better nonetheless. That may have been the first time she apologized in a very very long time. To her surprise you smile at her.
“That means a lot actually. And I kinda left you there for three years, so… I guess it’s safe to say you paid the price. Even?” You say, Agatha can’t honestly believe her luck tonight. She’s starting to think that genuine apologies are some sort of witch craft too.
“Thanks. Even.” She states, but she notices the frown on your face. You glance in the directions of the camp.
“Hey,” your brows furrow, “what do you mean I can’t trust Rio?” Agatha internally squeals at her luck.
“Well, Rio has been known to flaunt around the pilgrimage if you know what I mean. It’s half of the reason we broke it off,” she switches to a mumble, “the other half was me.” Your eyes widen.
“Oh…”
“Besides she’s using you to get back at me.” Agatha says too nonchalantly. Your eyes widen even more.
“What?” Your tone is angry. You kick yourself for getting too hopeful. Of course, they love each other still. How could you not realize. You’re just a stupid pawn. Again! “Oh…” you say dejected. Agatha was expecting to enjoy watching your relationship with Rio burn, but her stomach develops a pit.
“Well, hey now… I mean she was, b-but-“ Agatha would rather die than admit to you that it could be real.
“Let’s just go, we have a big day tomorrow. Just try not to fight each other too much.” It’s safe to say Agatha was in deeper shit now.
***
The journey continues and both Rio and Agatha have noticed you avoiding them the best you could.
“What did you tell her,” Rio grits and Agatha sighs.
She responds with, “the truth,” reluctantly. “That you were talking to her to get back at me.”
“Well did you tell her just that or the whole truth. Did you tell her of our feelings cause right now she’s all emo like the teenager,” Rio objects, her hands grabbing Agatha’s shoulders.
“I may have omitted that part yes,” she says unashamed (she was very shamed).
“Oh my god you don’t change do you! You always were so cryptic. It’s one of the reasons I love you but-“
“Love present tense?” Agatha interrupts. She’s internally freaking out a bit but she plays it off with a smirk and a teasing tone. “Oh that’s so sweet hun. Couldn’t get enough, could you.” Rio groans and rolls her eyes.
“Oh baby- one can hate and love,” Rio smirks.
Agatha’s about to give another witty reply when a scream breaks out in the distance. They know it’s you. They break into a run… well Agatha does. Rio teleports.
You’re on your elbows trying to get away from some sort of invisible force they can’t see. What they can see is an ugly gash on your arm.
Rio immediately calls upon some vines and they thrash around. Blindly hitting something
Agatha grabs a big stick and tosses it at the creature. She holds her breath, internally freaking out. She feels so helpless, the full effects of her being without magic getting to her. Thankfully the creature lets out a yelp.
You back up more, the invisible beast swipes at you again. Alice sends a protective shield over you, giving you enough time to get away. Right as the beast is (presumably) stunned, Rio stabs a sharp root right through it.
Everything stills. Agatha kicks it carefully and there isn’t a reaction.
Now that the coast is clear both Agatha and Rio focus back on you. Lilia is holding you. The gash doesn’t look too deep but you don’t look good. You feel the cold of the road run deep through your bones.
“Oh shit,” Agatha murmurs, kneeling down.
“Jen, tell me you can find something to help her. There’s mushrooms and roots up the wazoo!” Rio stresses, her arms flailing. Jen’s eyes search the ground for any herbs or mushrooms. As if the road felt like it’s done enough, Jen spots a cure.
“Agatha, Rio, I need two rocks, preferably one pretty big and one small without dirt on it,” she says, frantically de rooting the herbs. Rio looks around and spots a rock. She frantically tosses it to Agatha who barely catches it.
“Did you just throw a rock at me!” Agatha yells. She brings the rock to Jenn. Lilia had already given her the small one.
Rio runs her fingers through her hair. “Relax bitch, you just need to work on your hand-eye coordination!” She sneers. The volume makes you wince.
“Guys- if I die please don’t let your loud-ass bickering be the last thing I hear,” you speak weakly. Jen grinds the roots and herb into a paste, using the dew of a leaf to bind it. Agatha and Rio shut up, both a little embarrassed.
“I mean seriously you both still love each other.,” you add, hissing. Jen is applying the paste to the gash. It’s chilly, but healing. It’s magic of course so the healing process quickens. Jen smiles at her work. Both let out huffs and give one another a begrudgingly hopeful look.
“No,” Rio speaks, “We just both have our eye on the same thing.” You scoff, able to sit up.
You argue, “Are you kidding, I see the way you sneak glances at one another when the other doesn’t know they’re looking. The same thing is each other.” They mull over your response but Agatha sighs and looks down.
“Perhaps that is true…” she starts, “But Rio is right too, we both want you.” Your eyes widen.
“No, you’re using me. I just want you two to get along.” You rebut. You feel as if it would be too good to be true, but you did see that you were being used. You stand and wince. “The witches road is dangerous, it’s best to get these feelings out now when we may never be able to later.”
Rio crosses her arms defensively. “No, we really do like you, each other is debatable but you my dear are the poisoned apple of our eye.” You actually give a giggle.
“I’m flattered I suppose… but Rio, that’s the cheesiest thing you’ve said to me in the time I’ve known you.” Your laugh makes Rio want to escape, but she can’t resist the fact that it completed her in a sense.
“It was,” Agatha adds, “and yes you’re part of this.” She gives you a pointed look. You smile.
“So you both mean it? No witches tricks?” You double check. if you’re about to achieve your life long dream you better make sure you’re not getting punked.
“Yes,” they sigh, exasperated and in unison. You embrace them both, putting them eye to eye between your arms.
“Well thankfully I’m still here…” you turn to Jen, “thanks to you Jen. Glad I was able to grow those herbs in time.” There’s a certain pride in your voice.
“That was you?” Agatha says surprised. You nod.
“What can I say I’m an earth witch.” You curtesy goofily.
“All I can say is that I’m glad they’ll stop the bickering now,” Lilia adds. “You lovebirds have fun with all that messed up shit.”
“You mean Agatha?” Rio chuckles.
Agatha’s eyes widen, “Why you-“
“LADIES!” you but in. “Stop that. You like each other, remember that before I force you to hold hands the rest of the way.”
“Fine” they both huff. You smile. They’re a handful, but they’re now your handful.

Can you plz do a Bridget x reader??? Perhaps super fluffy. Like a sunshine x grumpy trope?
Without baking soda
Bridget x reader.
You are making something for Bridget and suck at it but she can’t refuse you.
Warnings: not proofread! Sorry this is so short!
Word count: ~800 words
~~~~~
Bridget was the best at almost anything she set her mind to, baking, baking was where she really could shine. Y/n didn’t know why out of all the ways to be a supportive girlfriend, she chose Bridget’s thing. She would just huff and say it was more personal. That she wanted to prove to Bridget she could do more than-
“Sit there and look pretty.”
Of course Bridget didn’t mean it, that Y/n couldn’t, but she still wanted to be a help. So, to prove that, Y/n would make muffins. They didn’t require any fancy filling or frosting and she always saw her mom making them when she was younger, it looked easy!
“Add… what’s a tsp?” She muttered to herself. She needed to add salt. She stood there for about five minutes trying to figure out what the cookbook people meant. She was about to give up at the start when she remembered the tiny tools also had labels on them for the amounts. So far she had sugar and flour, maybe too much of each but those required the bigger tiny tools. She quickly went onto the next thing… baking powder. Again using the tsp spoon thing.
You’d think she would’ve remembered from all her times watching Bridget bake but then again, all she was doing while Bridget was baking was gaze lovingly at her girlfriend’s face.
Okay then, “baking soda?” She puzzled. “Wait but what the hell’s the difference?” Y/n, prior to baking had gotten all of her supplies ready… except she forgot the baking soda.
“Is it like- baking powder and soda maybe, I don’t remember seeing anything…” Y/n glanced at her drink…a ginger ale. “No… it couldn’t be…” she got the brilliant idea, just a splash of soda in baking powder aught to make baking soda.
So she put just a dabble of ginger ale in her baking powder. It started bubbling but stopped.
“Perfect!” She said. Y/n went through the rest of the directions practically perfectly. the oven was the right temperature, she was extra careful with the butter and oil. She was doing great. She thought so too… until they came out of the oven rock solid. They still were delicious, but far too crunchy for anyone’s liking.
Nevertheless, she wanted to give them to Bridget, how much she wanted to changed.
She went on her grumpy little way to Bridget’s dorm, each step making her rethink the whole thing. Poor thing shook the whole way.
She knocked on the door. Bridget had said she didn’t have to, but it was always a safe measure.
“Come in!” The door creaks open and closed. Bridget gets up off of her bed and skips over to you, her arms wrap around you.
“Hi there,” you say. Your cheeks heating up.
“Hi!” She looks down. “Ooh what are these?” She points to the covered tray. You shrug.
“Um, just something I made for you” Y/n mumble, looking away. Bridget smiles and squeals.
She’s practically buzzing, “oh my, for me?” Y/n coughs, rubbing the back of her neck with one hand.
“Well… don’t get too excited, they’re not the prettiest. And um, I didn’t try them.” She laughs bitterly. Bridget smile softens. She takes the tray from you.
She unwraps them and while her frown doesn’t falter, the baker-in-the-making sees a small twitch in her eye.
“Nonsense love, these look edible.” Bridget pries one out of the tin and holds it in her hand. “This looks delightful even.” You scoff.
“No need to sugarcoat. I know it’s not that good. But even if you hate them could you try it please?” Y/n’s voice is soft. She tried not to wince as she takes a second look at the muffin.
“I was planning on eating it anyways” she rebuts, biting into the baked good with a crunch. She powers through the chew. Y/n is trying not to show she cares, when in reality, she is on the edge of her proverbial seat.
Bridget swallows and hums, “there’s a certain taste to it, but I can’t place my finger on it. It’s like lemony almost. The texture is certainly interesting, but it’s no different than snacking on a pretzel. It’s still lovely my heart.” Y/n’s shoulders relax as she huffs out a relieved sigh.
“Glad to hear, um yeah that’s ginger ale… it’s uh… an improvisation.” Y/n shyly rocks back and forth.
Bridget sets the rest of the tray down and pulls Y/n if for another hug. The heat returns immediately as Bridget thanks you.
“This was a lovely surprise thank you.” Y/n shrugs in her arms.
“Yeah no problem, I definitely need more practice. Surprised you didn’t chip a tooth.” She grumbles but smiles softly after. Overall she’s just grateful Bridget liked the effort. She squeezes Bridget once more before pulling apart.
“Harder har, no of course not. Anyways, to show you how grateful I am, why don’t we go cuddle my love?” Y/n nods. She’d never verbally admit it, but being held and holding Bridget was her most favorite thing in the world.
Catch me if I Fall
Chloe Charming x Red x Pan!Reader
Requested by @carcarrose2020
Synopsis: your dad Peter Pan visits you on family and friends day. It embarrasses you and leaves you at the mercy of cruel teenagers, but your girlfriends are here to help.
Warnings: not proofread, the tiniest mention of death, anxiety, fear of heights. Angst. Peter sucks as a dad.
Word count: 2.8k
~~~~~
Your life was so great, you had the best girlfriends in the world, your grades were pretty good despite your head constantly being elsewhere and you were happy! That is until the other kids found out you were Peter Pans daughter. You loved your dad, but he was too goofy and blunt at times.
It all went to hell on Family and Friends day. Your dad was fashionably late to it, which put you in a sour mood. For the majority of the day you stood in the corner watching Red and Chloe catch up with their families. All you had was your shadow, who was just as sad as you were. Several people kept looking at you weird, making you debate whether or not you should just leave.
Before you could, a thin green blur came hurdling down from out of nowhere, landing directly on one of the snack tables. He landed on his feet but ended up kicking off everything in a big crash. He whips his head around in search of you. His hat slips a little in doing so.
Once he reaches you his eyes light up. “There’s my little lost girl!” He yells. You feel your palms grow sweaty from all of the attention that now fell on you. He hops off of the table and runs to you, giving you a noogie on your head.
“D-dad you’re messing up my hair!” You whisper shrilly. He just laughs. He steps away with an exaggerated frown.
“What? Not even a hello first? Oh well, I’m happy to finally see you” he says. You grit your teeth a little.
“Well you could have responded to my letters…” you sigh, he hates reading.
“Oh those were from you! I thought it was just a report card, you know I don’t care about any of that boring stuff.” Even though it wasn’t your fault, he manages to make you feel that way a little bit. Maybe if you put a smiley face he’d be more inclined to open it.
“Yeah, just- it’s not like you’d get a report card every week.” You cross your arms and slump a little. “And I know you don’t care about stuff that involves effort, but all A’s and B’s is pretty good.” He’d be more proud of you did a stupid magic trick. His shadow gives you a thumbs up, making you crack a little smile. “Thanks Shadow.”
He pretends to think for a moment, “Well, next time I get a letter, I’ll open it. After I’m done reading we can recycle it into drawing paper!” He starts bouncing. You feel a deep rage pool in your stomach.
“Dad you aren’t supposed to do that,” you object. He huffs and holds up his pointer finger.
“Come on, I’m not supposed to fly but I do that anyway. You should try it you know? It’s fun.”
“No dad, no flying.” You say, this is like the third time you’ve had to tell him, he knows you’re afraid of heights.
“Anyways I gotta go soon, but shadow here was so excited to see you I had to let him!” His shadow waves shyly. Sometimes you liked him better than your own dad.
You wave back but stop as your eyes widen.
“B-but you just got here!” You say. He smiles awkwardly in response.
“Y-yeah, sorry about that, I promised the boys that I would play hide and go seek, you know how it is on neverland…” he excuses weakly. You scoff.
“Dad, you cannot be serious-“
“Usually never,” he interrupts, “but this place is no fun so I better get going.” He scratches his chin. “But I’ll read your letters.” He agrees. You know he feels bad but he shouldn’t be choosing that over seeing you anyways.
Well thanks but-
Bye!” He gives you a quick hug and just like that, flies away. His shadow tries to stay but gets pulled up with him. Now that he’s gone you can see everyone looking at you still and just book it. The whole thing was humiliating. You know not growing up is his thing but every second is a painful reminder you will never be his priority because taking care of you is no fun.
You find your way to your shared dorm, just deciding to sleep away the rest of the day. When your girlfriends get back to the room they get worried. They had no idea your dad was so… young and foolish. They come in to see you asleep.
“Red, we should let her sleep,” Chloe says. Red reluctantly agrees.
“Fine, but tomorrow we should make sure she’s okay. Her dad acted like he wanted nothing to do with her. Which, doesn’t make sense!” Red’s fist clench. She wanted to go and talk to you but even now that her mom is nice, Bridget still had a very possessive nature.
“I agree but please keep it down, she probably wants to sleep anyways.” Chloe gives Red a pat on the back. Red frowns.
“Come to think of it he came like really late, it felt like we were with our families for hours before he showed up and then he said like two things and left.” Red crosses her arms.
“She never mentioned him being like that, like we knew he was her dad but I didn’t know he was still doing that boy wonder act. He should be well into his fifties by now and he acted like he was six,” Chloe adds, pacing.
“He looked like he was 20 though, so he’s older than he was in the stories about him but still. Y/n’a like 19, they’re already pretty much the same age physically.” Red scrunches her face.
“I guess that makes more sense why she’s always seemed to act older. If I had a dad like that I wouldn’t want to be so careless either, she probably had to parent herself” Chloe and Red start connecting the dots.
“Well, let’s keep an eye on that I guess,” Red sighs and starts making her way to her bed.
“Yeah, for sure.” Chloe nods and starts putting her hair up in a bonnet and takes her makeup off. Stopping Red she says, “Y/n might already be asleep but you’re not missy. Take off your makeup before you are.”
“Ugh fine.”
*****
The next morning, when both Chloe and Red wake up, you are nowhere to be found. You weren’t in the bathroom getting ready, you weren’t at breakfast… Chloe and Red were getting nervous. The only thing that calmed them down was when they noticed you took your homework that was originally on your desk, meaning you’d be in class later.
Until then, you roamed the halls trying to get your dad off of your mind. He was more like a brother if anything. Right now would have been a great rock kicking moment but you were inside. You know it wasn’t a good idea avoiding Red and Chloe… you’d see them in your castle-economics class later anyways. It’s not like you were royalty but you took it so you could be with them.
You pause when you hear a snicker and look up. There was a group of kids pointing and whispering at you.
“I can see you, you know that right?” You raise an eyebrow.
One of them replies, “Oh we know.” They weren’t anyone important, some snooty royal kids. They weren’t even the popular ones.
“Hey, what’s it like having a squirrel raise you? You must be pretty nutty!” They all burst out in laughter. While you love a good pun that was cruel.
“I’m just- I’m gonna go” you start walking and another yells,
“Here we go! Make sure you hold onto your pixie dust, lost girl!” You say loudly,
“I don’t even have any.” You start walking a little quicker.
Thankfully none of them are in your castle-economics class which is next. But… Chloe and Red are so you’ve got another thing to deal with.
You walk in and pick a seat in the farther back, not too many kids are there. As they trickle in one by one you get more nervous to see your girlfriends walk in.
“There you are!” Chloe gasps, yanking Reds hand to sit next to you. You swear you hear someone say-
“Ooh trouble in Neverland.”
“Hey guys,” you smile, “sorry I wasn’t there this morning. I was taking a little walk.” The pit already in your stomach starts to grow.
“Yeah…” Red gives you a suspicious look.
Chloe just looks worried, her head tilting a little. “Did you eat?” You shake your head.
“No, but I’m not that hungry either.”
“Alright class, pipe down! Today we’re going over budgeting for a ball. I trust you have your homework, please pass it up.” Your teacher, Mother Goose asks. You give the person in front of you your homework and they do so too. But right after they turn back to you.
“I’m surprised you even know what a ball is, where you live they play on stick banjos and logs.” They whisper, snicker, and turn around. You just look down, not wanting to see your girlfriends’ reactions to the dig.
“Hey asshole-“ you hear besides you, it’s obviously Red. You grab her hand underneath the desk and look her in the eyes in a silent plea for her to stop.
“Quiet all of you, now onto today’s lesson…”
Eventually class ends, despite you barely retaining anything it seemed to go on forever. You slowly get up and walk out with your girlfriends. Before you can walk too far away Red grabs your shoulder and turns you back around.
“Hi there-“ you squeak.
Chloe looks at you very worried, “are you alright? We saw what happened yesterday-“
“Yeah everyone did!” You snap, quickly after, you take a deep breath and apologize.
“It’s alright we can tell something is up. Have a lot of people been saying things like what Laury said in class?” She asks. You shake your head no nervously.
“That’s bull babe, come on, tell us” Red puts a hand on your shoulder. You look away.
“Just like a few things so far, it’s no big deal. Can we please talk about this later? I have to get to my next class, I don’t like being late.” You mumble the last part.
“It is a big deal but yes, you can go, we’re walking you there!” Chloe objects, you actually break a smile.
“Thanks.”
The walk there is a little silent but with a farewell you won’t have to face them till after school.
*****
It’s finally the end of the school day, you just have to put something in your locker before you can relax in your girlfriends’ lovely arms. You put the last book in when someone behind you says your name. You turn around.
“Yes?” You question, the person happens to be one of the meaner kids at the school. They are giving you a wicked grin that causes a twist in your stomach.
“I heard you’ve never flown like your dad before, figured I’d help out!” They yell and before you can register it, they blow a fistful of pixie dust on you. You think you’re okay for a second because if you don’t believe you don’t fly. The notion is immediately turned down by the bully and the fact you are starting to float.
“Oh and uh, this stuff has certain buffs to really make sure it helps.” You rise higher and higher till you’re about 8 feet off the ground. Your stomach goes into a fluttery sick kind of feeling and you get dizzy with fear. You let out a little shriek.
“S-somebody please, please get me down.” Your feet dangle back and forth- while you thank god you don’t go any higher, you feel like fainting more with every second. A bunch of thoughts of falling and twisting or breaking something and even the question could you die runs through your head.
“Please!” You gasp. A few people start laughing at you and you start shaking more. Why is no one helping me?
You’re so frozen with fear you don’t see your girlfriends’ come see what the commotion was about. Before you can see them, you feel yourself start to become heavy. The dust wears off completely right after and you plummet with a scream. As it feels like time slows down, you close your eyes and embrace as much as you can from impact. Instead, you feel strong arms catch you. You’re still in shock until your name is said by Red who stands next to you in Chloe’s arms.
You carefully peel an eye open, “I-I’m safe.” You say in disbelief. “You saved me.” You blush as you look around and see everyone go quiet, they clearly didn’t know you would just fall like that. Red turns at them angrily.
“Scram!” She yells and everyone awkwardly scatters, the culprit among them.
“Are you okay!” Chloe frets, setting you down gently and checking you over.
“I-I guess, I- I’m terrified of heights, can’t stand them,” you admit. So badly does Red want to say duh, but she holds it back.
“Yeah, that’s understandable, and even someone who wasn’t afraid of heights would be scared in that situation babe,” she says instead, speaking with her hands a little. You exhale and try and mentally regulate.
“Yeah, um, can we please go back to our dorm,” softly ask. Both of them nod vigorously and rap an arm each around you. You get there, just barely holding back a sob that unleashes once inside. You turn around and bury your head in their shoulders and hug them. Red is a little shocked but pats your head. Chloe rubbs your back and coos.
She sighs into your hair and softly says, “It’s okay baby, let it all out.” Red nods.
She tucks a strand of your hair behind your ear and continues petting your hair. “We’re here for you.” The two glance at one another, not actually saying anything till the sobs subsided.
“Do you wanna talk about it baby?” Chloe asks, pulling away to look into your eyes.
Your voice is sniffly; “no… but it would be good for me.” They don’t say anything to signal that you have the floor if you want it.
“I- I don’t really get along with my dad that well and he’s a lot, as you now know. I just feel like he’ll love me regardless but I’ll never come first. And I just wish he’d grow up instead of embarrass me acting like a child. And I can’t fly with him because of my fears, it makes it hard to bond. And I guess everyone just likes making fun of the fact I’m basically the same age as my dad or that I’m some kid from some random island.” You take a deep breath. A weight was taken off your chest, you’ve never really voiced any of your troubles to anyone. They hold your hands.
“Oh Princess, that must be so hard. I get being ashamed of your parents, my mom used to be awful. But I’m here for you, Chloe too. We just want you happy and we can make sure other people don’t mess with you.” Red replies, trying to connect with you. All she wants is to see a smile be put back in your face, a good one.
Chloe nods. “Yeah sweets, we’ll make sure they don’t. And you can talk to us about this anytime you need to get something off your chest. Wanna watch a movie and cuddle?” She puts a hand on your cheek and you melt into it. Your heart flutters.
“Thank you both, you do know how to make me feel better.” You manage a smile. “And I would love nothing more than to do that.”
Red smirks and leads you to the bed, making sure you’re all cozy before dragging Chloe in too.
“I think a comedy is a good theme for tonight!” Chloe suggests, to which you give a hum of approval.
“As long as it doesn’t have anything to do with flying or heights in general” you say, but you’re still happy.
“Can do!” Chloe selects a comedy all three of you had mentioned wanting to watch. It was a romantic comedy too.
Red puts her hand on Chloe’s arm quickly. “Before you click play Chloe there’s something we should do.”
She smiles at you before capturing you in a kiss and a bunch of pecks. Chloe clears her throat, causing Red to stop and look up. She takes the opportunity to kiss you deeply too. You smile into the kisses. Everything’s gonna be alright after all.

Sugar, Spice, Not Nice
Bridget x Demigod!reader
Requested by @ladyqueenxoxo
Synopsis:You are hades niece. No one knows you are a demigod or that you are staying with Hades. You hang around his group but don’t fit in at all. You try your hardest but sometimes you crave the sweetest things in life. You are handpicked to mess with Bridget in order to prove yourself. No one knows you are dating her either.
Warnings: not proofread! Bullying. Uliana’s an asshole. I’m not sure how much I like this one, but the endings nice.
Word count: 2.3k
~~~~~
The Vks all sat around one of the courtyard tables. You had to try your hardest not to gag at Hades and Maleficent. It didn’t end well the last time you did. You were lost in thought, thinking about your wonderful girlfriend Bridget.
What kind of sweets will she make today? Maybe I can help her after-
“I’m bored, someone come up with something interesting to do” Uliana demands.
Maybe Bridget will bake-
“Uh hello, earth to Y/n!” Uliana screeches. You immediately focus.
“Oh uh, sorry..” you trail. You know you’ve messed up again based off of the look on Ulianas face.
“What have I told you about apologizing. Seriously for being the only one to care about those stupid honors classes you sure are a grade A imbecile,” she responds and the others laugh at you. You just nod and shrink a little.
“Hey Uli,” Hook starts. He’s looking at you menacingly. “I think the honors girl here needs some sort of extra credit. Let’s give her something evil to do!” The panic is growing exponentially. You haven’t had to actually do anything evil yet, mainly sending some half-assed insults.
Uliana’s grin grows. “Why do you look so nervous Y/n? Scared of doing a little bad? I guess you do need it. The petty thievery and cheating doesn’t cut it anymore.”
“No, I’m just having an off day,” you excuse. You gulp. You’ve also tripped a couple of people and maybe driven Ulianas car as the getaway driver while they stole a hamster from the store. You felt so bad for the little guy. It’s not like you were the meanest but looking back on it you sure as hell were bad a lot.
“Well… in that case” Uliana’s voice gets high pitched. “We should give you something easy! Why don’t you prank Bridget for me. I have yet to do it this year, with the fresh meat and all that.” You get confused and terrified. “You’re new, but Bridget happens to be my favorite target. I always typically set aside the nastiest of my plans for her.” She cackles, making the already cavernous pit in your stomach bigger.
“Oh really?” You say. You can tell any strength in your voice is gone.
“Yeah, so… this year we were planning something a little more personal. We know Bridget takes those stupid honors classes too. That makes you the perfect candidate for this particular prank,” Uliana chuckles darkly. “That brat is always trying to make friends, so let’s give her exactly what she wants. Once you manage to do so you are to hide these magic beans in her room.” She held out the beans and they shimmered. Magic beans were totally illegal and would get Bridget expelled if anyone found it. You twiddle your thumbs as a slight sweat breaks out.
“But- what if-“ you’re cut off.
“Come on y/n don’t be so chicken!” Hook laughs. You look at hades and he sends you back with a raised brow.
“Okay, I’ll do it.” You say. Uliana breaks into a wicked grin. The bell chimes.
“Great. It’s almost first period, why don’t you hop along,” she finishes and motions for you to leave with her hand. You nod, grab the beans, and rush to class.
You decide you have to tell Bridget, even if it might leave you without any friends.
You get to Honors Alchemy 2 just in the nick of time, meeting Bridget at the front. She squeals and gives you a hug. You awkwardly pat her back and look around.
When she pulls away her smile disappears. You take a deep breath.
“Bridget…” you start with a gulp, “I may have gotten myself into trouble.” She gasps.
“Not yet,” you continue, it’s- well. Uliana gave me some magic beans and told me to put them in your room as some sort of prank. I know how evil it is and I’m really sorry.” You said it so fast you had to take a big inhale. Bridget softens.
“Sugar, it’s okay,” she grabs your arm.
“I just don’t know what to do. I mean, they’re my only friends other than you and- well I fear going against- he won’t like- oh.” You pause, realizing Bridget deserves to know of your situation eventually.
“It’ll be okay! But I might be a little confused, who’s he?” She gets that adorable big stare you love whenever she needs help. It makes you melt a little.
“Hades is… my uncle. Only him and Maleficent know. He is technically my guardian while he is on Olympic probation. My dad added me onto the punishment,” you whisper before chuckling bitterly. “I just worry he’ll get even more angry at me when we’re home.” You look down. Bridget stops it with a hand tilting your face to look at her.
“You should never have to worry about that. But wait, dad… as in?” She questions.
“Zeus… I’m a demigod…” you squeak. Her eyes bulge for a second.
“Do you have powers too!?” She almost yells. You shush her.
Professor Merlin clears his throat,
“Ladies, class must begin. I do hope you’ll keep the chatter to a minimum.” He grumbles, not too angrily, however.
“Yes, um could we maybe talk more about this after school? I still have no clue how I’m to go about this,” you request. She nods enthusiastically. The rest of class you focus on getting a good lab grade and do in fact keep the chatter to a minimum. Bridget seems excited the whole time but you just feel awful still for getting mixed up in this mess.
***
When you were done with your classes for the day, you met up with Bridget in her room. You waited nervously before knocking.
When you did she opened the door with a smile.
“Come on in!” She says. She looks adorable in her pink pjs, they fit her personality to a t.
You walk in and she grabs your hands to lead you to her bed.
“So…” she chuckles awkwardly, “do you know what you’re gonna do?” You look down and sigh.
“I had an idea I guess. I was thinking maybe I hide the beans and just try avoiding the group as much as possible. If they say anything I’ll just match their energy and tell them I don’t wanna do the prank or hang out with them. Does that sound good?” You question. Any input would be useful.
Bridget yums but nods, “As long as you’re safe I don’t see why that plan wouldn’t work.” She taps her fingers on her leg.
“Thanks B, I’m a little nervous but everything will work out. Um, anything you wanna know about the whole demigod thing. I’m really sorry for not telling you. I just wanted to be somewhat normal.” You admit sheepishly. She gives you a soft smile.
“Normal is boring, but I understand. Just tell me anything you want to” she resolves. She grabs your hand and holds it.
You take a deep breath, “Well, I age normally, I have these little sparky things when I get really angry but other than that I get hurt the same as everyone else. I don’t really have any more powers than that though. I’m not magic like you are,” you add.
“What about your family,” you get a little bit more sad at that.
“Or, y-you don’t have to tell me!” Bridget fixes.
“No I can tell you. I’m not really allowed on Olympus that much. My mother died when I was really young, hence why Hades is hosting me. He can be chill. He likes doing evil things a lot but he usually doesn’t have a care about anything.” Bridget looks at you and gives you a hug.
“I’m so sorry Y/n, it must still be hard. But the sparky thing is really cool. Maybe I’ll get to see it one day!” She says. You smile.
“Maybe.”
She gasps making you jump a little with how loud it was.
“Hey I have an idea,” she says, “why don’t we go out and get some ice cream!” She squeals and stands up. She pulls you up with a sudden strength, twirling you into her. You both start giggling.
“That sounds very nice Princess B. You know all the ways to my heart.
****
Gapetto’s Gelato was in walking distance in the nearby town. You and Brigette talk about school and a bunch of other random things, giggling and having such a good time. You didn’t even realize you were there.
“Okay I’ll get the ice cream, Strawberry with rainbow sprinkles still?” You ask and she nods.
You go up to the window and go to order it, as soon as you open your mouth you hear very familiar voices behind you. You whip around to see Uliana holding Bridget’s purse way above her head.
“Relax Bridgy, we just want some money to buy icecream! You should understand since you love sweets so much. You should be careful anyways, you might be looking chubby!” Uliana spits, waving it just out of her reach. Your skin prickles. You walk away and shout out a sorry to Gapetto.
“I’ll be back.”
“Uliana come on, just give me my bag. You’re gonna break it!” Bridget stresses. She’s stopped trying to jump for it.
“What, too much exercise? Told you you’re getting chubby!” Hook cackles. Your skin now feels like it’s on fire and you tense up. A faint buzzing can be heard.
“Give. It. Back.” You grit through your teeth. Bridget looks at you, you can’t tell if she wants you to stay out of it or not but either way you’re helping her.
“Oh! Looks like you were doing what you were supposed to, for once. Well, i rather mess with her myself. Your services are no longer required.” Uliana says while another one of her tentacles pushes Bridget hard on the ground.
“The moneys not even in there,” Bridget whimpers. As if lightning courses through your vains you stand up straight and try to hold back. You can feel the sparks forming up your arms.
“I’m giving you one chance Uliana, leave now,” you stomp your foot.
“Ugh, why are you acting like this. Here; take your ugly bag pink piggy,” Uliana says as she hurls it at her. Bridget looks so scared but you manage to catch it by the strap just in time. Uliana cackles. Bridget looks like she’s about to cry and you look down to see it completely ripped.
“Oops… oh well, it was almost as ugly as y-“ before Uliana can finish what she says, you blast a huge lightning bolt at her feet causing her to yelp. “Oh you little shit!” Uliana tries to slam a tentacle into you, you grab it and it spasms away. She lets out another yelp. You hold up your burnt fists at her.
“Try it again fish for brains. I never want to see you around Bridget again. I’m done being your pawn. Bridget is more genuine and beautiful than you could ever be. She’s smart and kind and the best goddamn baker there is and even if she were to get chubby, which she’s not! She would be so much hotter than you on any given day!” You scream. She just rolls her eyes and backs up.
“Fine freak,” she says and walks (stumbles) away with a cackling Hook. You whip around and make sure all of the energy is dispelled. Since you aren’t raging right now it is but you hold out a hand to Bridget. She grabs it and you try not to wince at the sting when you pull her up.
“Woah that was- thank you! No one’s ever done that for me before.” Bridget says incredulously. She pulls you by your arms into a kiss. “I love you- Y/n?!” Is the last thing you hear before fainting.
***
When you awake you are in Bridget’s dorm, feeling sore as shit. Bridget here’s shuffling and immediately rushes over to your side.
“Hey there sugar,” she says softly. “I take it that your powers did this?” She carefully picks up your bandaged hands. You chuckle.
“Yup, cursed with a painful gift. I’m sorry for them. If I had known they were always such assholes to you, I would’ve made her into fried calamari sooner.” You giggle. Bridget smiles.
“Well; I hope you never have to do that to yourself again. But… you were- ARE amazing. I love you so much already.” Bridget kisses you on the cheek.
“Can we cuddle. I feel so much better and I just want cuddles please?” You whine, give her your biggest puppy dog eyes. Despot looking very disheveled, Bridget can’t deny how adorable you look. She chuckles and nods, carefully peeling back your blankets and getting in next to you.
“I’m sorry about your bag,” you sigh.
“Don’t be, I’m a princess remember? I can get another one anytime,” she chuckles. You feel like smacking your head. Of course she can, she’s rich.
“Oh. Well, can we make out until my headache goes away?” You instead ask. Once again, making the puppy dog eyes.
“Of course my heart! How long do they usually last?” She asks. You sheepishly grin.
“A couple of days,” you reply, trying to wiggle your eyebrows.
“Well, we better get started then.” She grips your chin softly and gives you a peck before going into the real kiss. Her lips taste like the color pink and sugar and you can’t help but feeling you only ever need her. Princess Bridget will forever be known as the love of your life.
Hi! I saw you were asking for requests and stuff. I was wondering if you could do a Red or Chloe x fem reader? Where the reader is having nightmares and is scared to go to sleep and so she’s really tired all the time and has lost a lot of energy, and Red is really worried about her and confront her about it. So like a hurt/comfort.
YES, and here you go!!! Sry this took so long but I had to rewrite part of it because I didn’t like it as much. I hope it’s alright I did both because I had such a hard time picking!
Sweet Nightmares
Chloe Charming x Red x Snow White’s Daughter! Reader
Warnings: Angst, eating issues, Apple Allergy, I don’t know a lot about allergies but I do know this might be semi-unrealistic. I’ll just say it’s a side effect from the curse that was passed down. Nightmares. Not Proofread!
Word count: 2.4 k
Ever since you can remember your mother has had her food tested for poison. You were never allowed to receive food as gifts, go to restaurants, or to eat at another’s house. In addition to these rules you couldn’t have apples. The rules annoyed you at times. You understand where she was coming from of course, but just once did you want to be able to go out with some friends and have something.
When you were at the age of 16, your mother let you finally hang out with your friends alone. It was at Auradon’s annual fall fair. She let you go out on the same condition you did not eat any food there.
Normally you were so good. You would have followed that rule if it weren’t for all of the exotic foods there. It was harmless really. The food your mother had the royal chefs prepare were always healthy. Too healthy. She was obsessed with the title of ‘fairest’ in the land. It mirrored that of the Evil Queen. You wouldn’t dare tell her that though.
You were able to stay away from all of the food for the most part, the cotton candy would be too much sugar and you knew you’d get sick but the fried foods were too greasy. And then you saw it, a caramel apple. It was truly a two in one package deal. You would finally get to taste the literal forbidden fruit with a sweet twist.
All it took was one, “you should get it,” from your childhood best friend Chloe Charming. You didn’t tell her about the Apple rule and you hadn’t really hung out much outside your castles.
You felt a rush as you bit into it. It was gooey, then crunchy and the flavors exploded fantastically on your toung. The tang left a little tingle and your breath was taken away. Literally. You could feel your airways start to tighten and you spit out what was left on the ground. You fell not soon after. It traumatized both you and Chloe. She had to scream for help.
Turns out the that since you’ve never had apples, you didn’t know you were allergic to them. But all you could think of in that moment was that you were poisoned.
***
Fast forward a couple of years and a lot has changed. Chloe became Red’s girlfriend and then they became yours. You were allowed to branch out, so long as it came from a credible source, now that you weren’t living from home. You still steered clear from apples, however. Everything was going great. Sure you had a stressful work load. You were the heir and only heir to the White throne and you needed to be as good as you could be.
“Y/n?” You were lost in thought so you didn’t hear Red calling your name. “Y/n?” She called out louder and it broke you from your reverie.
“Oh,” you turned from your homework to her,” sorry my love. What’s up?” She flustered a little at the name. She liked to pretend it didn’t affect her still. It was a newer relationship but the ‘I love yous’ came pretty quickly.
“It’s okay, I picked up those granola bars that I saw you love. It’s the ones with the funny sun drawn on the front yeah? Here have one.” You nod enthusiastically and take it. They were your favorite new snack.
“Oh thank you so much!” You smile, absentmindedly taking it out the wrapper. You take a bite and start chewing.
“Yeah these are a new kind. I thought you would like them,” she says and you’re now realizing why they taste different. Something is off about it though, and as if to spell it out for you Red says, “they’re Apple cinnamon flavored.” You spit it out immediately as you feel the looming tingling sensation start to take over your tongue. She looks confused and concerned at your face.
“I— front pocket—,” your throat starts closing up a little and tears start falling, “purse—- epipen!” You choke out. She immediately realizes what that means and goes and grabs it. Red is trying to stay calm but she’s kicking herself at how she could have missed this. She is very on top of things when it comes to her girlfriends so she’s trying to figure out how this slipped through the cracks.
“Baby it’ll be okay.” She hands you the pen. You immediately take out the needle and jab it in your leg. You struggle but manage to get a good inhale finally and start to level out. Red looks like a fragile puppy but immediately grabs the rest of the bars and throws that in addition to any of the already eaten bar in the garbage. She does so with a lot of anger.
She turns to you heartbroken, “baby I am so sorry I did not mean to! I didn’t, I swear I- if I forgot I’m so sorry!” Shes crying now and you feel so bad for her. You realize now that you never actually told her. You never brought it up with Chloe because you didn’t have to.
Speak of the devil she comes in right then.
“Hey girllls- are you guys okay?” She questions puzzled.
“Yes!” You start to answer before Red can, “it’s okay I promise it was my fault I didn’t tell you in the first place! You didn’t know it’s not your fault.” You reassure, grabbing her hands.
“Oh…” Chloe sees the used pen on the floor.
“I-I’m so-“
You cut Red off, “I know it’s fine I promise, I’m okay.” You give her a hug and Chloe joins in.
“It’s okay Red. I technically am the reason she found out she was allergic,” Chloe says awkwardly laughing.
“Again that was my fault too,” you groan. You just need to be more careful. “Let’s just move on, please. Chloe how was your practice?”
***
You thought everything was fine, you didn’t go to sleep until you knew Red had stopped blaming herself. Unfortunately for you, your subconscious couldn’t fully move on.
You were in a small cottage in, what seemed to be the middle of the woods. It was neat and tidy and then you heard a knocking on the door. It was some nice older woman with a basket of apples, you could swear you recognized her but you didn’t know from where. She offered you an Apple in exchange for some bread. Something was telling you not to eat it.
But you did and then all you heard was terrifying echoing cackles as you fell down. Your body lay there, eyes almost falling to sleep as everything grew dark.
In the shadows a twisted version of the woman loomed over you with the widest smile you’ve ever seen, it was as if she had extra teeth. Her eyes were hollow and bubbled with black tears that burned as they fell onto your skin. You felt like you were drowning as you spluttered. The tears came out of your mouth too, burning your throat. You wanted to scratch at your throat but couldn’t move. The tiredness creeped up until you couldn’t stay awake anymore. As soon as your eyes closed in the dream you shot awake.
You were panting and sweating but remembered where you were and tried to stay quiet. You didn’t like how the darkness in the room mirrored your nightmare but chose to stay awake regardless. You couldn’t get the image of the old woman’s face out of your mind.
***
Those nightmares had been reoccurring for over a week now and you were feeling the effects of the lack of sleep it cost you. Every morning you had to down two coffees just to manage to stay awake through your classes. You were the class president, elected due to your commitment for planning, fundraising, and motivation. It was a motivation that you now clearly lacked. Your grades suffered. You couldn’t get anything done anymore.
Your girlfriends noticed it got really bad when you started falling asleep when you all had an indoor date night. The movie was pretty loud too so when you started slightly snoring into Chloe’s shoulder, they were confused. When you couldn’t be woken up they let you stay asleep until they made you move to your bed.
The nightmares still came that night.
The very next morning they decided to talk to you.
“Good morning Princess,” Chloe said when you sat up before resuming tying her other boot.
“Morning,” you grumbled.
“Morning,” Red copied.
Chloe sat up straight after she finished and she patted next to her for Red to sit down. That way they both faced you. You rubbed your eyes and yawned.
“Glad you got a little sleep,” Red says. She sounded more concerned than usual.
“Enough,” you yawned once more. Chloe and her shared a look.
“Are you sure about that? You seem really tired recently. You fell asleep during an action film last night.” Chloe notes. You tensed a little, you couldn’t tell them because then you’d have to admit that last weeks ordeal actually did some last harm and you really didn’t want Red to feel bad again. You had something similar the first time the reaction happened to you but you could hide the nightmares from Chloe easily back then.
“Yeah it’s just- well I’ve been really feeling school kick my ass but that’s it. I’m sure it will thin out the rest of this week,” you lie. They don’t look like they fully believe it but trust you for now.
***
They start to lose that trust when you pass out while getting ready to go to a ball.
You were helping dry Reds hair in your cramped bathroom while Chloe styled hers at the vanity. It was really heating up on there and you were so hungry. You weren’t eating a lot recently either. The fear of having your food be poisoned or contaminated overtook your mind whenever you thought about eating, so you were avoiding it. You had gotten a couple dizzy spells but the heat was not helping you right now. You knew you were gone as soon as the dryer slipped from your hand and fell to the floor with you.
“Y/n!” Both Red and Chloe screeched. Red unplugged the dryer to turn it off immediately lifted your feet up, but did so carefully just in case you got concussed. You weren’t thankfully.
“What happen,” you say waking up.
“We should be asking you that, you just fell all of a sudden!” Red screeched and making you wince.
Chloe sighs, “We know you haven’t been eating or sleeping, you are really worrying us. Please tell us what’s happening to you. We really want to help.”
You start tearing up. You know you can’t hide it anymore.
“I know, I’m sorry. It’s just- I’ve been getting horrible nightmares and I’m scared all the time now.” You concede and close your eyes.
They both put a hand on your arms.
“That must be scary, is it about anything in particular? Maybe there’s something causing them we can prevent?” Chloe offers. Both of them look at you so lovingly and you’re tired of hiding throngs from them.
“I- just there’s this old woman. I’m in this random cottage and this old woman knocks on my door. She needs something and trades an apple for it-“
“But you’re-“ Red is smacked my Chloe lightly.
“I know… but for some reason in my dream I don’t. And then I always take a bite from it. I start failing and she morphs into this monster and all I can see is darkness and her horrific face and her laugh isn’t human and I just- it’s terrifying. I can’t stop it but the second my eyes close I wake up!” You explain through sobs. You cover your face in embarrassment. Two hands come and pull your arms down. Chloe and Red stare back at you with sad faces and Chloe is tearing up too.
“Oh, babe. That sounds-“
“Awful.” Red finishes for Chloe. They both hug you tightly as you sob. They let you cry it out for as long as you need.
You pull away eventually and look down.
“It’s why I’m too afraid to sleep or eat. I can’t help it. I know it’s irrational, but ever since…” you close your mouth suddenly. However, they’re both pretty smart and can put two and two together.
“Since you had that allergic reaction. Is that why you didn’t tell us?” Red asks, caressing your hand. You nod.
“I didn’t want you to feel like it’s your fault. I got them before too, the first time it happened. Please don’t feel bad. My mind is just stupid sometimes,” you argue. They glance at each other and Chloe gives Red a questioning look to make sure she doesn’t feel that way. Red feels bad yeah, but she would never want you to hide something like this.
“I understand, but it’s not your fault either. You were dealt some shitty cards alright,” Red responds.
“This whole situation is bad, but never feel like you can’t tell us something this big because you don’t want us to feel bad. You are more important than one uncomfortable moment. Besides we get nightmares too occasionally, it happens to the best of us. We tell you about ours when they’re bad. You are amazing!” Chloe says. You tear up again at the heartfelt words.
“Well, you’re right. I’m sorry for making you worry though.” You feel a little ashamed at that. Red swoops you in for a kiss, you gasp and feel your cheeks heating up.
“Don’t be, we always worry about each other.” She says. You smile and see Chloe waiting as excited as a dog waiting for a treat. You giggle.
“Come here Chlo-“ as soon as she gets the go ahead she kisses you excitedly and then Red after. You sigh contently.
“Thank you both so much,” and you pause, “You know, my family got my dog so I could have someone to sleep with. The cuddling made them go away. Maybe we could try that tonight?” You bite your bottom lip and squeal when they nod yes. You squeal and hug them, only pulling away after you give them another peck each.
“We’d love to!” Chloe and Red squeal before getting a mischievous look. They both tackle you and smother you with kisses. As you giggle, you can’t wait to snuggle in with them
It’s safe to say you had a lovely nights rest in the warm embrace of both your adoring and beautiful girlfriends.
That’s Not You
Bridget x Reader x Daughter!Red
Based off of @agggtmggbbagad ‘s request.
Synopsis: Bridget looks through the looking glass and sees how awful she could become. She confronts Red back in the present. A lot of doubt comes up and you both want Red to know just how much you both love her.
Warning: angst again 😭. Fluff tho! Lots of feels. Not proofread.
2.2k words
Bridget stood there in shock with the looking glass in her hand. She had typically been so sure of herself. Something about how earnest Red had been for her to open the mirror put her off. She had rationalized that it was a quick peak and that even though she loved surprises, she needed to look. She opened it to see a terrified Red sentence what looked to be Ella as an older woman to treason, and her own face staring back maliciously. She slammed it shut. She thought Red looked like they could be related. And when Chloe called Ella mom, she did find it weird.
Red was her daughter it seems the duel red hair all but confirmed it. She would have to confront Red about it… Except she couldn’t. She didn’t get to Red before she left for her own time. The day haunted her for a long time and she didn’t tell anyone, not even you.
The introduction ceremony was beautiful. She had worn her favorite pink and red gown and everything was going alright. Other than Red disappearing right before the speech started. She worried Red would miss it.
You caught the look in her eyes and rest a hand on her thigh. You were worried for Red too. Bridget took out her deck of cards and nervously starting shuffling.
“Do you mind?” Principal Uma asked and Bridget blushed and stood up. She knew doing a card trick for all these people was silly but she knows it’s a fantastic one.
“Mom no, stop!” She here’s Red yell. She tenses and turns around but continues.
“I’m just playing my favorite game; hearts!” The cards burst into lovely pink hearts. She saw a tear leave Reds eyes but something was a little off about her. She decided to apologize and rap up with an extremely quick speech about her not-so- little Red. Everyone burst into dance and congratulations for the new year.
Something was off about Red the entire celebration. She looked shocked to see you there, her own mother and was quieter than normal. She was usually giggling with Chloe but Reds girlfriend was clinging to her mother.
You also picked up on this and took Bridget to the side.
“Um, Bridgy, can I have a quick word with you?” You ask, guiding her to the corner of the room. You asked Red to go get some punch.
“Yes, of course” Bridget nodded.
“Um, have you noticed anything off with Red? She seems a little madder than usual but not in the normal mad way. I just, I know we have to let our little girl go out by herself but… is there a chance she might be taking this transition just as difficult as we are?” You finished, a worried frown etched on your brow. Bridget thought for a second be for it hit her. That was the same outfit Red wore when she saw her all those years ago. You saw Red but sometimes had the memory of a pickle so it just seemed like a funny coincidence to you. More bizarre things have happened in wonderland.
“Oh no.” Bridget muttered and you grasped her hands in yours.
“What, what is it?” You question.
“I- I don’t know how to say this without sounding completely crazy. Um, so did you ever remember when we were just a little older than she is now, we met those transfers that left so quickly? You were sick that week but you saw them briefly the day Uliana got flamingoed. Well, they were Red and Chloe.” She says and you froze.
“I- what- I, that’s impossible” you pale.
“Nothing is, and I know for a fact it’s Red because- well I looked in the looking glass.” She admitted.
“But you love-“
“Surprises. I know, but I’m glad I did. I think the Bridget Red remembers somehow became completely evil. I don’t know how. But it was true,” Bridget explains. You start shaking a little.
“So I- I’ve met Red before, before she was Red?!” You gasp when you hear Red sigh. She comes over and puts the punch on the table next to Bridget and you.
“So, you do remember,” she whispers.
“Uh-“ you say panicked. You didn’t, and now you do. You need to sit down you’re so confused. You can’t, so you lean against the table.
“Yes my sweets,” Bridget lovingly answers. “I know that you aren’t the same Red from before. I know that I’m not the same as your mother from before.” Bridget smiles sadly.
“That’s for sure,” Red scoffs sadly, “but since you know now. Why is Y/n here?” She asks and it’s like a cosmic joke just punchlines through your heart.
“What?” You say, eyes widening.
“Who was she to you originally?” Bridget asks, now worried about another thing too.
“She was the head maid,” Red cautiously continues, “who is she now?”
You choke back your shock, “I am your mother, adoptive but- were we close? Please tell me we’re close.” Red turns sheepish.
“You were nice to me” is all Red says. She feels bad. As awful as Bridget feels for you, she needs to get to the bottom of the original problem.
“Red, after you left I did take a look at the looking glass and I know I was… rotten. Did- was that why you went back in time? Why?” As soon as Bridget says it Reds eyes grow, ever so slightly, harder.
“Yes, you staged a coup today and killed Queen Ella. On the original castlecoming day, Uliana turned to into a monster. No one helped you and it made you twisted, vengeful, and cruel in every way imaginable. Chloe and I stopped Uliana before you got pranked and we came back. Though, we still don’t seem to know anything from this new timeline.” Red admits and Bridget is brought to tears.
“Oh my, I was awful wasnt I? I remember you talking about your mother- me. I am so sorry, I don’t know what could have happened to make me do those things to anyone but especially you. You are my most precious one. I love you for infinity. I realize you will have a very difficult time believing this but truly I love you so much and- and mother and I will try to prove it every day forward” Bridget finishes with tears streaming down her face, “I know you aren’t a hugger, but could I at least hold your hands for now. I love you so much!”
Red nods, still not used to that. It was one thing when young Bridget was being so nice but this now that she actually was her mom it felt even more insane and dreamlike. She wanted to have this so bad. Red gives her hands to Bridget and smiles softly.
“I’m glad your you again.” She says.
***
Since it’s the weekend Red is supposed to be visiting her mother… well mothers. She is still getting used to the whole going from no good moms to two good moms thing. The messages she got daily as well as the magic mail sent cookies were fantastic and love filled. But this would be this first actual ‘family bonding’.
Bridget and you were a bit of a reck. You were trying to make this visit as welcoming as possible. The two of you stayed up the night prior having an entire stress bake-athon. Bridget got Red a couple of gifts and you made her a fun little photo book and journal of her life to help her catch up on things. It was bittersweet seeing all the photos.
In a sense you both lost the Red you knew. She was withdrawn now and sheltered. She still made an effort to get to know you two and would reply with honest answers. She even opened up about how she liked Chloe and how it was shocking to find out they had been dating for months.
You all tried very very hard. Maybe too hard. You were panicky tidying up the main lounge room, while Bridget made sure Reds Room was perfect. It shouldn’t have been taking her this long. You went to go find her when you heard soft crying from Reds room.
You knock and enter, “Honey, are you alright?”
She looks up at you through bleary eyes. “No.” She whimpers. You immediately go and embrace her.
“It’s gonna be okay. Talk to me.” You urge. She exhaled shakily and it takes everything in you not to start crying with her.
“How could I treat her that way? I just, if I am truly capable of hurting her that badly on purpose what kind of mother am I. I’m an awful person,” she sobs into your hair and you caress hers.
“Shh shh, no of course not. You aren’t her and you never will be. Red said so herself that something awful happened to you. It must’ve altered your brain because you would never do those things willingly no matter how beaten or bruised you are. That’s not you. You’re the Bridget that would read stories to her every day and made sure to go to all of her dance classes. You’re the one who had movie nights with her and happily watched the same movie over and over because it was her favorite. You are the same woman that proposed with a cheesy card trick while dancing to music. I love you and I’m sure Red loves you still and will grow to love you more and more as she sees how kind you really are!” You finish with exhale, now you’ve started crying too. She just holds onto you tighter.
She whispers a soft, “thank you,” before the comforting moment is interrupted by Maddox who has a soft smile.
“Your majesties, Princess Red has arrived.” You both break the embrace. You straighten your top.
“Thank you, Maddox.” You turn to Bridget, “Now come on, we have a daughter to love.”
When Bridget sees her daughter come in she grabs the cookies on the table and immediately offers Red one.
“Chipper chuckle chocolate chip!” She says excitedly. You all grab one and take a bite. The three of you moan in contention at the sweet flavor.
“Red, sweetie, do sit down!” Bridget says and sits next to her but at a respectable distance. She sets the platter down on the table.
“So, first of all. We got a little insight from your messages on how school is going but, please do tell us anything about it. What’s your favorite subject so far?” Bridget continues.
Red hums, “well I’m always one for a good art class. The teacher is pretty nice and we will get to work with our favorite medias for the most part this year!” She starts off, surprising herself with how excited she is to talk about herself for once with her mom.
“Spray paint still?” You ask, leaning against Bridget’s side of the sofa.
“Yes… did I also…”
She starts but you cut her off, “Spray paint funny mustaches on our family portraits around the kingdom? Don’t worry, it was pretty funny actually and the whole town got a good laugh. They were so bushy,” you giggle. The fact that the two of you aren’t mad at her for that speaks volumes to Red already. She smiles.
“Good, but I’m now going beyond just a ‘stache and have moved on to pretty symbols and portraits themselves.” Red says somewhat proudly. Bridget coos.
“I’m glad you’re developing such a wonderful skill! Do you have any photos of your works?” Bridget asks. Red nods and pulls out her phone. She scrolls past a selfie of her with Chloe that she blushes for and shows her painting of a gorgeous white rose dripping into red and a very detailed portrait of the family friend, the White Rabbit.
“Ooh!” You say, “such beautiful shading!”
“Oh this is absolutely stunning work Red,” Bridget adds.
Red grins and puts the phone down. “Thank you Y/n, thank you Mom.” She says in a little awe.
“This does remind me though. Y/n and I have some gifts for you! One second” Bridget stands and grabs two decorated boxes from behind the couch and hands it to Red.
Red rips the first box open with haste, immediately pulling out a couple of new high-end spray paints. “This is totally awesome thank you!” She holds them closer for a second and rips open the second package to reveal a massive book with a picture of little her on the cover and a title reading, ‘Red’s story’. She starts to tear up a little and flips through the first pages.
“We wanted to make it easier for you to keep up with everything that may be different in your own life. This is a picture book that outlines every major and or sweet moment of your life,” you say, dropping your head a little. She stands up and immediately hugs the two of you.
“Thank you moms, this is everything I ever wanted.” She cries softly. You internally squeal that she called you Mom again and Bridget internally squeals because she felt comfortable enough to hug her again. The hug was short but it was a major step, one to be remembered. Maddox certainly thought that way as he took a photo of you three. It was definitely going into the book. After all, it had so many blank pages to fill
When will my life begin- Pt2
Chloe Charming x Red x F!reader
Synopsis: you are adjusting to school life with your favorite roomies and unknown feelings quickly pop up. Castlecoming is around the corner and you aren’t sure what’s happening with it.
Warnings: still a little angst but really cute. Not proofread. I think that’s it. We’re learning guys!
Word count: 3.4k
Pt 1.
“Y/n please, sit down, dinner will be brought shortly,” Rapunzel-you mean, your Mom says. She glances at your fingers nervously tapping the chair.
“Yes, of course.” You sit down at the long table. At least two feet to your left sits your new brother. He’s pretty young still. Your parents told you he was ten but he was decently tall for his age.
“Hey Y/n, I know you are still adjusting like mom says but do you think you could come to my tourney game tomorrow?” He exclaims. Your mom looks nervous at the mention but quickly smiles. You are too. Your younger brother William is surprisingly very sweet already.
When you first met he seemed impartial to you but quickly found out your shared love for birds. It was one of the only books you had. You have no idea what tourney is though.
“I would like that very much,” you respond. He grins but doesn’t say anything else as the best looking meal you’ve ever seen comes out.
You wait before taking anything, trying to gauge what is an acceptable portion. Even then you avoid the deserts. Once you got a cupcake for successfully getting your powers to work. You had only a bite before it was snatched out of your hands when you failed but it was the best thing you’ve ever eaten until now.
During dinner it was nearly quiet save for the occasional question about you.
“Y/n, what do you enjoy doing?” Your Father asked.
“Uh… I like reading and drawing. I’ve always wanted to work with paint but um…. she said it was too messy,” you swallowed the lump in your throat. Your mother gave you a bittersweet look before an idea popped into her head.
“I too like those things, in fact painting is my favorite hobby. We should try it together sometime!” She suggests it and you think you’re life couldn’t get any bet-
“Your majesty, I apologize for the interruption but I have two letters. Both are for Princess Y/n, one from Auredon Prep,” some footmen says.
“Very well,” the queen says. He walks over and hands you the two letters. Your father raises an eyebrow.
You open it and read,
“Dear Princess Y/n,
Auredon prep must notify you that, due to extremely limited space, you must either start your school year this following Monday or be forced to stay behind.
We understand your particular circumstances and will offer free tutoring, exemption for all assignments during the two weeks you have missed, as well as counseling. We hope we see you early.
In addition to the limited space you will end up rooming with two students who have requested you. Red of Hearts and Chloe Charming.
Thank you,
Auredon Prep Staff.”
“Oh dear,” your mother says. “It’s up to you sweetie.”
You think about it, while you’ve had zero to none experience with the real world the offer of school and rooming with your two saviors is tempting. You don’t know what to do.
“If it’s alright I think I need the night to think on it?” You ask.
“Of course,” your Dad responds immediately.
Your mother nods too.
****
You get to your room, a stunning and very spacious purple room, and flop on your bed with the other letter in your hand. There is no address or name besides your name.
You tear it open.
“Hi Y/n, Sup,
We wanted to write to see how things are going. OH it’s Chloe, and Red!
We hope it’s okay but we heard you might be coming to Auredon prep and wanted to see if we could room with you.
You haven’t missed too much here. The classes are wonderfully boring. Not all of them! And if you are worried I can totally help you out.
This school is actually interesting on occasion, apparently they brought back some elective magic classes to “better teach the students control and the dangers of it all” but sometimes it kicks. I managed to make the teacher breakdance. It was cool.
That and the food here is not bad.
Anyways we respect your decision very much, but we would totally want you to be our roomie. Yup!
Chloe, and Red.”
The letter makes you giggle and your feet are kicking in the air weirdly. It seems like you’re excited about it now. It’s decided, you’ll go.
***
It’s your first day at Auredon. You were amazed by how magical everything looked. Your suitcase was heavy from your books but you lugged it in fairly easily, the stairs were a bit much.
When you opened the door Chloe immediately jumped up and squealed.
“Y/n you’re here! Come in, come in!” She drags you to what you presume will be your bed and sets the suitcase next to it.
“Good to see you,” Red softly smiles and sits on her bed across from yours.
“I’m glad I’m rooming with you too, thank you!” You reply cheerfully.
“Oh it’s no problem, we did promise we’d be there for you and besides I get how hard this whole, new world thing, can be. We got your backs Y/n” Red says. Her sincerity makes you blush a bit internally.
“Yes, and if it makes you feel better, we all are still new to the school. I’m sure barely anyone will notice you” Chloe adds.
***
She was in fact very wrong.
School was hard; as expected when you don’t know anything, but what was harder was the rumors that got worse by the day. You were this celebrated princess when you were missing apparently. You had a festival that took place on your birthday and everything! But when you turned out to be not that smart and without anything that set you apart in a good way, you were talked about a lot. Loudly too. It’s not even that you’re an idiot, you just legitimately do not know basic algebra or history.
Today was bad. The daughter of Mirabel Madrigal was a massive gossip and she did not inherent her quiet aunts nature. She saw you get an D minus on your first test and was in your history class when you were called upon and completely forgot the name of the school. Mariposa wasn’t a complete jerk about it, in fact the worst part was you can’t get too mad because she sounded worried when she told the entire school.
Chloe was the first to find out, Red didn’t have too many other friends unlike Chloe who was the best in Fencing club. Chloe didn’t exactly know what to do but it’s now she realized she should make good on her promise and help you out. Red was supposed to get help from her too. She felt a little ashamed. So she decided to remedy it the next night.
“Hey Red, Y/n?” You were so lost in the equation muttering to yourself about the different variables and how the heck some pig would need 18 pieces of coal per day for a random project.
“Uh… Y/n?” Red asks too, she gave up on the same problem a minute ago and was doing all the easier ones first. You now look up at them.
“Oh, did you say something? I’m sorry it’s just, I’m having a bit difficultly with some of the language here. What even is a square root? Pigs are mammals not plants and if I remember correctly, neither is this coal stuff!” You groan, flopping back onto your back.
“Want a little help guys? That problem does look difficult but I am fairly confident I can explain it better than the two year one math teachers. They aren’t very thorough. Don’t feel bad.” Chloe’s offer has you sitting up again and Red flips back to the question.
“Yes please,” you whisper, grateful Chloe is able and willing to help.
“And for the record….” She starts, “failing a test does not mean you’re dumb. Bookish intelligence is only one trait amongst thousands that can make a person good.” Now you know she knows which embarrasses you, but does Red? There’s no way she doesn’t.
“You’ll find what makes you tick tock tick,” red adds. She definitely knows too. “For me it was dance and art.” You sigh.
“Thanks, a lot truly. Anyways, please oh wise Chloe show me your brainy ways.” You say, causing all of you to giggle.
“Wish pleasure!” You weren’t perfect still but at least by the end of the night you found out what a square root was and even worked through the hardest problem. The teachers at the school are actually really bad because, while it wasn’t immediate, you could understand what Chloe was explaining. Red could too!
***
You start feeling like a third wheel by fifth week. You couldn’t understand the burning ache came from everytime they talked about castle coming. They were secretive beyond belief about it. They talked about it incessantly but you only caught bits and pieces. You yearned to know why they weren’t excited outwardly while talking about it. You couldn’t tell why it hurt so much and you felt bad about it. Whatever it was didn’t seem so healthy and you hadn’t felt like it since your time locked up.
You often shamefully stared at them while they were interacting. It was interesting to see such affection and how they felt a little more comfortable with you being there.
At the moment you were listening to them talk about dresses for castlecoming. Over the few weeks that and dance proposals was all anyone could talk about. You were told everyone could go but you didn’t want to be alone. You also didn’t want to ask to get a fancy dress. Your parents paying for your school supplies alone felt like a massive gift.
You didn’t want to see them have fun without you and it made you feel guilty as heck.
You stayed awake the majority of the fifth night from castlecoming. The next morning you looked like a zombie. Chloe had to go into practice early but when you awoke with a groan before realizing you had roommates again, Red looked at you funny.
“Y/n you don’t sound so good, and pardon me if it’s blunt but you look dead. Are you okay?” Red comes over to you. You sit up.
“Oh yeah I’m fine, it was just a weird night. Anyways um, so. Can you tell me more about your hobby’s? Chloe told me all about hers and it sounded cool but not something I would enjoy. Other than her gardening club. I might join that one.” You rub your eyes and yawn. Red sits on the edge of your bed.
“Of course. I like to work with spray paint the most, but it typically requires more room so I stick with regular paint nowadays. There’s actually an art club here, I joined it. The people there are pretty quiet and it’s relaxing. But when we show each other our work everyone is really supportive. The club ranges from people who don’t have any experience to those who are really good. I like to think I’m on that side.” She says wiggling her brows. You smile, it sounds like it’s right up your alley.
You shuffle a little. “Could I maybe join you sometime? I don’t want to intrude, but I do love art,” you admit. She nods enthusiastically.
“Yes! That would be so fun! I got to admit I was feeling a little jealous over you and Chloe spending some time together at a club. I wanna hang with you too!” She says but you’re confused again.
“If this sounds stupid, forget about it. What… what is jealousy?” You softly ask. She looks a little surprised but not completely aghast.
“Oh uh… it’s like an icky feeling within your soul. Like you want something and because others have it you get a little sad? Chloe could probs tell you better than me. Jealousy is normal but in some cases it could complicate things and if you let it get the best of you it could hurt your relationships. But again, it’s completely normal!” She finishes, sure of her explanation. It made her feel good that she could answer one of your questions and not just Chloe for once. You kinda are frozen now.
“Oh, I get it now. Thank you,” You say. Red doesn’t want to make you feel stupid and you already look uncomfortable, so she decides to drop it. Something she later realizes, she shouldn’t have done.
***
The weekend finally came and your roommates worried about something. What you didn’t know was they wanted to ask you to go with them to the dance. As far as you were concerned, however, couples went only with each other. You were avoiding them and the dance was this Sunday. Friday night they had to ask you to give you enough time.
Despite everything that happened during the original castle-coming at Merlin Academy, Auredon Prep would be much better. They knew that. They were still nervous about it and could tell you wanted to know why they were talking about it so quiet but they couldn’t tell you what happened yet. They also couldn’t agree on how to ask you to go. There was no time now, they needed to just get it over with and ask you to not only go to the dance as friends but as their third.
It was wild for both when they figured out they both liked you a lot. They think you are sweet, kind, funny, and the hardest worker they’ve ever seen. Your refreshing take on life reminded them of young Bridget and Ella at the same time and while they didn’t want to think how weird it sounded, they loved those traits.
After you got back to the room, as soon as curfew hit they were a little worried. As far as they know you only did two clubs and had two besties so far. You walked into the room and saw them staring at you.
“Hi guys!” You switch up. You know they know you’ve been avoiding them at this point. It will be okay because everything will go back to normal after the dance…. You hope.
“Hi Y/n” they both say In sync. You smile but it’s whiped away after Chloe says,
“Could you sit down for a sec? It’s nothing bad, we just wanna ask you a few questions.” You tense a little but comply.
“Are you going to the dance?” Red starts off. You shake your head no. Both Chloe and her look at each other with slight frowns.
“Why?” Chloe questions. You fiddle with your hands.
“Well, aren’t you not supposed to go if you don’t have anyone ask you or friends that aren’t going single. Nobody told me the rules but so far that’s what I’ve observed. And also, I don’t have anything fancy to wear. I don’t want to ask the king and- I mean my parents. I don’t know, I’ll go if you want me there but just… I don’t want to be left alone.” You admit and their eyes widen.
“No we really do want you there and you can go or not, any student can go. About the dress thing, Chloe has hers but I’m an insane last minute shopper. We were gonna pick it up tomorrow. You can pick yours out too!” Red says frantically.
“Yeah and you haven’t been here all day but your parents sent you an envelope with what seems like a pretty fat stack of cash in it and a letter. I’m assuming that it’s for the dress anyways.” Chloe adds, you are a little shocked. You are so close to saying you’ll go but then they grab each others hands and your heart drops.
The real reason you’ve been avoiding them was so you don’t show them you’re jealous of the both of them. You don’t know why but you assume it means wanting both of them. Why you have no idea. They’re awesome but it’s not like you know what love is when it comes to you experiencing it.
“Hey, what’s wrong? You zoned out a little, you don’t have to go if you don’t want to that bad.” Chloe offers.
“I don’t want to lose you,” you start sobbing and both of them look very confused from what little you can see through your bleary eyes.
“Hey, hey you aren’t what’s wrong?” Chloe rubs your shoulder. You sniffle. Red looks a little frozen now. Unsure of what to do with herself.
“I think I’m jealous but I don’t know why and I really don’t want to lose you. I’m sorry for avoiding you but I didn’t want you to know about it and now you know anyways! I don’t even know what I’m feeling but I really like you both and-“ Chloe comes over to you and kisses you on the cheek. You freeze. Thinking that Red was gonna get really angry. Chloe kissed you to make you feel better and now it’s such a mess and it’s all your fault.
“Shh, Y/n. Deep breaths. We aren’t going to leave you, we like you way too much!” Chloe soothes.
“The both of us do.” Red adds with a nod and she leans closer to you.
“I do have to apologize though, I may have been a little hard when explaining jealousy to you. It’s not that big of a deal unless you were screaming angry about us and sometimes it can be justified.” She pauses, your sniffling has lessened. “I am gonna try to be more careful when I say this but… I think you like-like us Y/n. And thats okay! I mean it’s like really obvious but we understand you don’t even know the signs yourself. I get it’s a lot, I had to have this conversation with Chloe around a month ago myself. But Chloe and I have talked and-“
Chloe interrupts Red, “We like you too. So much! We can take things slow but tonight we were gonna ask if you wanted to be our date to castle-coming romantically. Do you?” Everyone is frozen now with bated breath. Your brain is on overload now and even though this is everything you could have wanted it’s so much.
Red tries to break the tension, “No presh.”
It snaps you out of it.
“Yes! Yes, yes, yes, yes! I would love to!” You cheer and hug Chloe tightly before jumping up and hugging Red. She flinched but seems to melt right into it before you notice.
“Wait…” you stop, “does this… how does this work am I like your girlfriend or is this just me hanging with you more than platonically or- do we kiss for real? Do three person couples exist. I’ve heard of the seven dwarves but that’s it…” you trail and they giggle.
“It means that yes we kiss, and yes you are our girlfriends if you want to be” Chloe answers.
“And don’t worry they exist, especially in Wonderland!” Red says. “Maddox my old tutor was once in one.”
“Oh, girlfriend. I really really like the sound of that.” You say it softly as if it’s a promise. You’re stomach is replaced with fluttery sensations and instead of your heart hurting it feels as if it would burst into giggles.
“Can we maybe, kiss you?” Red asks, face flushed. Chloe nods too.
“Please-“ you make out before reds soft plump lips are on yours and it’s the best sensation ever. It’s hard and impactful. It gets replaced by an equally as awesome feeling when Chloe kisses you, it’s still strong but soft too in a way that tickles. They kiss each other and it’s not long before you are all covered in Red’s signature lip color. You giggle.
“So this is love,” you say dazed and they both burst into full on cackles. “Wait- what did I say?” They both just kiss you on the cheek and continue making out until you somehow manage to fall asleep all in your bed. Thankfully it’s fit for royalty. You are left excited for whats to come, especially getting to dance with your new girlfriends.
Princess-Posals
Bridget x Cheshire Cat!Reader
Synopsis: The first dance of your second year at Merlin’s Academy is approaching. You have yet to ask Bridget to go with you as more than just friends and are losing time fast.
@ludoesartandstuff this is for all of us girlies in love with Bridget!
Warnings: not much! You are going through it but like it’s not really angst. Not proofread.
1.8k words
~~~~~
Castle coming was around the corner. Y/n Cheshire, you, were preparing your princessprosal for Bridget. She had been your longtime crush and an even longer time friend. She was everything you wished you were and more. She was the sweetest, prettiest, most fun girl in all the realms. If you had one wish it was to be hers.
You had just one problem, managing to get the courage up to doing it was harder than you originally thought.
There was that time you wanted to just ask her but bailed because it wasn’t good enough for her.
Then that time when you prepared a song you would sing to her and then got sick.
There was that time you planned to bake her favorite dessert, unbirthday cake. But you lost track of time and burnt it too a crisp.
You were running out of options and time. What was worse was Ella knew of your whole debacle and was constantly teasing you about it.
This would be it, today was the day. You had to ask her. So you met up with her after first period. You had a love letter you wanted to personally deliver.
Just then Uliana and her gang of misfits came by, watching at you awkwardly stand there. You try hard to not make eye contact. It doesn’t help you though.
“Well what do we have here? Is the little kitty cat waiting for her owner? You’re pathetic. I have have a mind to return the favor for causing me so much trouble last year.” Uliana fakes you out, making you jump a little. It does not sound good. Then you see pink coming out of the corner of your eye.
“Let’s just say this wont be the last you see of us,” Uliana threatens before ripping the letter out of your hand and stuffing it into her pocket, “bye kitty witty.” She saunters away with her crew behind her and finally Bridget stands in front of you, a little worried by the shocked look on your face. So much for today being the day.
“Are you alright? I saw you talking to Uliana. You snap out of it with a forced smile.
“Oh, it’s nothing too bad, she just,” you fiddle with the hem of your top, “stole my homework. But it’s okay, I already had that class today so it’s been graded. 100!” You cheer while holding up jazz hands.
Bridget smiles softly, “Well yay! You’re lying though… why?” She squints her eyes.
“Okay, you got me! The homework was for next class and I now will most definitely am not getting a one hundred.” You cease the fidgeting, she’s always to good at noticing things, better to cut the self-sabotaging now.
She rubs your shoulders, “I’m sorry about that. Maybe we can bake something together later to make you feel better? Chuckle chocolate chipper chip cookies perhaps?” She wiggles her eyebrows making you giggle.
“I think I would like that,” you sigh in relief now you have an excuse to see her again. This time your plans will not be thwarted. But how? You’ve gone the poetic, musical, and tasty route, what else would be good enough for Bridget? You stand there staring at her again, getting lost in how beautiful her pink hair is, how white her teeth are despite the copious amounts of sweets she consumes and how perfect she smiles.
“Are you sure you’re okay Y/n?” She asks again. You nod. “I’m getting a little worried for you; you’ve been getting distracted more easily, letting Uliana pick on you when you usually would just turn invisible and run away, and you look a little tired every time we hang out. Which is a lot.”
You sigh, “It’s just… its- I… the dance is soon.” You end with really not wanting to elaborate. You really don’t want to let out anything else so you make the hard decision to skedaddle and turn invisible.
“Y/n Cheshire! You can’t runaway like that! I better see you after school!” She calls out, chuckling to herself despite the worry. She think she knows what’s going on now and she intends to help out.
You spent the rest of the school day tryna think of good ways to ask Bridget to go with you. You think you have it though.
Bridget had missed her home dearly, as did you. She had a passion for exotic tastes, her favorite being a rare wonderlandian truffle she left behind at her castle. She told you the day school started up again how devastated she was she forgot it. All you had to do was take an unauthorized trip to wonderland. Which would be laughably easy for you.
So you decided to slip out during your fourth period and left.
The woods were thick but you didn’t mind. You liked the outdoors. Before Bridget, trees were your best friends. You got close enough to the guards that you could see the sides of them from pretty far. You turn yourself invisible and slowly walk towards it.
Once close enough to them you pick up a rock and throw it the other direction. They whip around and start walking towards the sound it made. You start booking it towards the portal and make it, falling hard on the wonderland ground.
“Ouch” you mutter, turning visible. Thankfully wonderland doesn’t guard the portal. You get up, dusting yourself off. Then you head towards her castle which isn’t too far but you need to hurry if you want to make it to Bridget’s dorm in time.
You get into the castle by turning invisible once more and quickly find her room, thankfully easily. Her room is adorable with baby pinks everywhere and cookbooks galore. It’s like her dorm but even more her somehow. She has a recordplayer too. You remember listening to fun pop ballads with her.
You quickly find it in a box on her nightstand and put it in your pocket. You, still while invisible, leave and run back to the portal.
When you get back you realize you don’t know if you can stay invisible when you go through it. You take a deep breath and go in, feeling lightheaded but still managing to land on your feet.
“Hey!” A guard yells right next to you. Apperently the answer was no still.
You turn invisible and run even faster than when you ran to the portal. You manage to only trip once but lose them.
You are terribly out of breath because of the running but check the time and it reads that you are five minutes late! You gasp for air and again sprint to the school, managing to get there in an impressive 2 minutes from the edge of the woods. You knock on the door.
“Oh there you- are you okay? You don’t look very, um, good,” she awkwardly says, standing there with a cookbook in hand.
“Yeah I,” you inhale, “good. Just, can we maybe sit down for a second?” Your palms are a little sweaty and it’s not just cause of the running.
She grabs your hand and leads you to her bed. “Of course!” You sit next to one another.
“Thanks, sorry I’m late I had to… grab something.” You decide to go with that for now.
“It’s no problem, just maybe next time shoot me a text and not run a marathon.” She giggles. You smile. You nod and sit there in an admittedly awkward silence for a bit.
“Can I ask you something?” “Can I ask you something?” The both of you say at the same time. You both break down in giggles.
“Yeah, you go first,” you say, maybe you were stalling still.
“Uh, sure!” She surely looks insanely nervous which is kinda making you more nervous. “Well, even though last year was a little weird I loved castlecoming so much. Last year I wanted to do something but was too chicken and I’m gonna do it this year.” She pauses and you nod, rubbing her hands for support. She inhales, “Y/n Cheshire, would you be my date to castlecoming? Like not just as friends?” The wind is most certainly knocked out of you again and you kind of malfunction a bit.
“Y/n are you alright? If it’s a no that’s perfectly okay, you don’t have to feel like you have-“
“Yes! Oh my, Bridget that would make me the happiest in all of the realms! Can I- can I kiss you?” You ask, you feel your face warm. She doesn’t answer. But before you know it you feel your stomach explode with pixies and your heart leap out of your chest. Bridget’s soft pink lips touch yours and it has to be the best feeling in the world. You don’t mean to break the kiss but after a couple seconds you gasp.
“What what’s wrong?” Bridget says.
“No no no nothings wrong it’s just, I was planning to ask you too. I was gonna ask you like about two weeks ago but I chickened, and then that time I got sick I had planned a whole cheesy song out, I baked something for you and it got burnt another time, then I had written a poem for you but… but… that’s what Uliana stole today.” You chuckle awkwardly. You technically just admitted you lied to her.
“Wow… I I appreciate that you would do all those things but don’t worry, I don’t need anything big, just you. It is funny you were gonna ask though! I too was a little chicken recently. You are so sweet.” She says lovingly, her smile brighter than a thousand suns.
Then you dig in your pocket for the truffle and pull it out.
“I still managed to work something out. I went to wonderland to get that truffle so you could use it before it goes bad.” She grasps it out of your hand and looks at it in awe.
“So that’s why you were so out of breath! You seriously got this for me? You are- you’re just so amazing.” She pauses. “I know it’s soon but I feel in my heart that I love you, and I have loved you. I don’t know if it’s weird or not but I’ve loved you as a friend and it’s already become so much more. Thank you truly.“
“I love you too Bridget, have for a long time.” You answer. She grasps your collar and pulls you in for a deep kiss once more. This one lasts a lot longer. You both only break it for a second, where you two say I love you once more. The two of you laugh at the fact you said it at the same time. Bridget is truly the queen of your heart.

When will my life begin-pt. 1
Chloe Charming x Red x f!reader
Synopsis- you are Rapunzel’s daughter but don’t know it because Mother Gothel survived and took you too. You possess similar powers to your real mother but they don’t work as well. Red and Chloe are visiting wonderland for the first time since the time travel and Red is nervous. She decides to take Chloe her new girlfriend to a mysterious tower from her childhood and they meet you.
Warnings: not proofread, angst, mentions of abusive parents, anxiety, fluff, slower burn, you just meet so no relationships until at least part two.
Almost 3.5k words
I really hope you enjoy!
~~~~~~~
You awoke in your cramped tower, another lonely day. Mother says you can’t leave, you mustn’t. Evil people will hurt you just like your real parents. “You are weak and helpless and they’ll eat you,” is repeated daily.
You have a special gift; you can bring life and healing when singing. Mother loves your tricks but they are somewhat rare and you have a hard time making it actually work. She gets so mad at you, she says harsh punishment is the way to make it work. So far you still screw up.
She barely leaves you alone, the only time you can relax is when she takes her daily naps. Her “Beauty sleep”. Or when she goes on supply runs. You only ever let your thoughts drift then. To that one time you saw a flash of red outside. You were only 13 then and it’s been years but you always did wonder who it was.
***
Red was beyond nervous, Chloe a little too. She had to be strong for her new girlfriend, however. Red was dealing with healing from the trauma still and this visit was making her sick. She knows her mother is better but the whole time travel being dangerous thing has her waiting for the other ball to drop.
“It’ll be alright, promise Heart,” Chloe said it, trying to soothe her. She holds her hand whilst keeping the other on the steering wheel.
When they get there it’s a lot less gloomy than it was originally and the kingdom sits in the midst of a massive ring of roses. Red holds a smeck of comfort that the change brought her home some real peace, but the gnawing feeling never ceases.
“Yeah… I know” Red sighs. “I feel as if-“
“This is just a facade?” Chloe interrupts. “I realize how scary this is; I, myself, worry something went wrong but for now we have to play the part. It’s okay to be scared. You grew up with the most terrifying women I’ve ever seen.
They got to the entrance.
“Well… let’s face this then.” Red decides. She gets out and waits before entering.
Queen Bridget stands ready to greet her daughter, coming in for a bear hug. At least this time both her and Chloe are squished. She still flinched a little but was quickly soothed by a comforting tap on her wrist from Chloe.
“It’s good to see you… Mom,” for the first time.
“It’s so good to see you too my muffin cake!” Reds mom squeals. She starts to see more similarities to Pink haired Bridget by the second and she’s still weary, but relieved.
They pull away and Queen Bridget turns to Chloe.
“Oh where are my manners?! Chloe it is so wonderful to see you here again!” Bridget smiles. Not sickenly to Red’s mild shock.
Chloe glances at her girlfriend and they both smile too and shrug.
“Glad to be back too” Chloe replies with a chuckle. Time travel is weird.
“Now as much as I want to talk your ears off you girls must want to settle in first! I’ll have the Tweedle brothers carry your stuff to your room so you can unpack. Now… I wanna hear about any cute dates later but I understand. I’ll wait dears,” she actually GIGGLES and walks away. Not without giving a little squeeze to Reds shoulder.
They both stand there a little awkwardly and Red exhales, feeling like she can fully breathe again. She feels like she needs to get out when an idea pops into her head.
“Hey wanna go see something cool?” Red says excitedly. Chloe nods and red grabs her hand to drag her back out into the wonder woods they passed through on the way there.
“Where are we going?” Chloe whispers when they hit a particularly thick part of the forest.
“I would go into these woods a couple of times when I was younger… around the third time I came across a massively tall tower. I heard pretty singing. I sadly had to leave but when I came back for the seventh time I heard it again. I never really figured out what or who it was but maybe we’ll see if we go again.
And so they trekked further into the heavily wooded area for a few minutes until finally there was a small clearing with a large tower.
Just by luck did they happen to hear a soft melody coming from it. There was clearly someone home and Red couldn’t not pass up the chance to figure it out once and for all. She used to think about this for years after her last encounter.
“Oh no…” Chloe whispers and whips her head, “I know that look. We are not about to do what I think you’re thinking.” Chow huffs
With a role of her eyes, Red replies hushed, “Fine, just me then. I’m gonna figure it out.” She jumps up on the viney stone and finds it stable. She starts climbing and soon after Chloe groans and follows her.
“Does it have to be this high?” Chloe whimpers, daring not to look down. Red is already far enough up that she doesn’t hear her.
***
You finish sweeping when you hear climbing you don’t think much of it, it’s just your mother. You still tense but remain sweeping. You should’ve finished awhile ago, but you enjoyed the free will of being able to daydream while she was on a trip a little too much. You hear footsteps hit the floor and try and finish up faster.
“I’m sorry mother I’ll be better next time, let me finish first!” You hurry out. When there’s a second pair of feet hitting the ground you focus on the window. Two girls stand there.
You drop the broom and scramble back, falling on your back and hitting the wall.
“I- I- who are you?” You question breathlessly.
Red and Chloe both share another look.
“We aren’t here to hurt you!” Chloe hurried out. Red nods and slowly steps forward.
“No, we just heard the singing and wanted to check it out. Are you up here alone? How do you even get down every day?” She questions and you still cower but decide to answer them.
“I’m not supposed to speak to others. Mother will be furious, I- who are you?” You repeat.
“This is Red and I’m Chloe.” The blue haired one speaks. “I am from Auredon, Cinderellasburg specifically and Red is from here in Wonderland. Do you know why you are in this tower?” It’s almost too much but you answer honestly for fear of angering them.
“My parents were killed when I was a baby and my Mother took me here for my protection. This place is called wonderland?” You question. If you are gonna be killed maybe you can learn some stuff. Although, these ladies seem harmless enough and quite pretty. Nothing like the grotesque monsters your mother warned you of.
“Yes, you don’t know?” Red says, you shake your head. Your curiosity is quickly getting the better of you now.
“Please don’t lie what’s it really like out there?” You softly question.
“Well… there a kingdom just past these woods. my castle, oh by the way I’m the princess” Red casually throws in there making your jaw drop “but it’s very…. Beautiful.” She goes for. “There are roses everywhere now.” She adds.
“Oh… your majesty” you bow. You read a book once with a king in it and you knew you were supposed to bow.
“It’s only majesty for kings and queens, it’s- you know what that doesn’t matter you don’t have to be so formal, I am also a princess as well. Again though you don’t have to be so formal.” Chloe urges. You are completely awestruck by the fact that two very lovely princesses happen to be your first real life interaction besides your mother.
“Well… thank you Chloe and Red. I am still honored to be in your presences. Tell me, are these kingdoms violent at all?” You interrogate farther.
“Not too much honestly, like the occasional violent coup but day to day life can be lovely,” Chloe replies. Red looks to be deep in thought.
“So your mother locked you in here? That’s… that’s crazy” she realizes. Then her face lits up.
“Chloe, a quick word in the corner.” The two huddle leaving you to finally pick yourself up from the floor and dust off.
“Are you thinking what im thinking?” Red asks. Chloe bites her lip.
“Unfortunately. This poor girl needs our help. I can’t help but feel she looks familiar somehow.” Chloe frets. She thinks you are beautiful truly, but she can’t figure out for the life of her who you remind her of.
“Okay well I think we need to convince her to leave-
“I’ll do it.” You say, causing them to jump up from the huddle. “You two are loud by the way and this room is pretty small,” you giggle. It feels good, you don’t know the last time you’ve laughed. They both blush.
“That easy?” Red questions and Chloe slaps her lightly.
“What she means to say is, we understand how terrifying this could be and that we are glad you are allowing us to help you.
“I’ve wanted to leave everyday, my mother isn’t even my real mother and yeah, I’m terrified. You two are living proof it’s okay out there.
“So how does your mother get down?” Red asks.
“The vines”, you shudder at realization you will have to climb down. Chloe seems to have an equal reaction.
“Well let’s go get you somewhere less cagey.” Red smirks.
After a very fear filled climb down your bare feet touched the hard ground. The gravel admittedly hurts your sheltered feet and you wince.
“What’s wrong?” Chloe notices.
“Oh, I guess I’m not used to standing on such rocky ground.” You admit shyly and wince again when you take another step.
Red hums.
“Wait a sec.” She starts taking off her boots and hands them to you.
“thank you! I’m sorry if I’m a little slow with all this.” You relent, still very great full.
“Don’t be.” Red smirks.
Chloe turns to her, “is you giving people shoes a habit now?” She snorts.
Red rolls her eyes. You finish putting the boots on and get a little nervous.
“We better go, mother could be back any second.” You say.
“Alright then, let’s go” Red leads.
The walk is so terrifying every sound muffled from your time up high is so much louder. Each cherp, squeak, and buzz makes you jumpier.
It’s all worth it though when you see the red castle.
It’s the grandest thing you’ve ever seen, lit up (it’s now darker outside) and the roses are so stunning and fragrant you want to cry. And you do.
“Hey,” Red says. They both come closer.
“I’m fine it’s just so pretty.” You sob.
“If you think this is pretty wait till you see my room. It’s so cool” Red says excitedly and leads for you and Chloe to follow again.
Reds castle looks so much brighter than she remembers. It’s so well lit she can actually see the high ceilings now.
“Right this way, I need to check in with my Mom… she’ll know what to do.” Red decides. It feels so weird asking her mom for help.
The lounge room is very ornate and there is satin cushioning and mahogany wood everywhere. Reds mom is setting out some tea and snacks, enough that they are clearly for the girls too.
Red clears her throat, “mom I have someone I need you to meet.” She says. Bridget looks up and immediately drops the teapot.
“Oh my,” she tsks, “very sorry dear I just thought you were someone I knew. You look so much like her. Um who are you? It was now that both Red and Chloe shamefully realized they didn’t ask for your name. They were so focused on getting you out they didn’t even find out who you were.
“Y/n your majesty.” You curtsy. The queen inhales sharply.
“You don’t have to be so formal but uh… You wouldn’t happen to have hair that glows when you sing would you?” she questions. You are immediately scrambling to figure out how she possibly knew that.
“That’d be a coincidence, we found her in a tower. She’s like repunzel!” Chloe adds and then immediately gasps. Chloe feels so stupid for not putting two and two together. Meanwhile both you and Red are clueless of what’s happening.
You squeamishly give a “yes”.
“Oh you look just like her.” Chloe realizes.
You want to curl up in a ball. This is already so overwhelming.
“Like whom?” Red nods her head in confusion.
“Well, there was a princess named Rapunzel locked in a tower by an old hag, she would use the girls powers to rejuvenate herself. She originally pretended to be her mother. Her now husband Eugene found her and allowed her to see floating lanterns that appeared on her birthday. Turns out the whole kingdom was setting them off for her. They thought mother Gothel turned to dust but she reappeared and in turn stole her baby. They had no idea where she went and searched the lands. She wasn’t ever found…. Until maybe now?” The queen finished the tale, hope growing on her face by the second. Both you and Red were utterly gobsmacked.
They all turned to you only for you to get extremely lightheaded from the attention and the fact that other than the lanterns, the story completely paralleled yours. You didn’t even know when your birthday was. Your thoughts wage a war and you feel as if your legs are giving out.
Before you hit the floor Chloe catches you.
“Oh rabbits,” The queen exclaims. “You girls be a dear and make sure are guest is alright. I believe I really do have to make a phone call now.” She turns to you, who is still conscious but out of it. “Sweets, I promise you are safe now. This castle is heavily guarded. No one gets in that wasn’t supposed to and while you are technically free to leave at any moment I believe you understand you have to stay for a little bit longer.” She hums and turns shaking her head in disbelief as she heads to the phone in her room.
“I-I” you stutter. The two others give a concerned look.
“Hey it’s gonna be fine, even if you aren’t the lost princess we can keep you save. We promise,” Chloe soothes, Red is now hunched down to your levels.
“Promise” she agrees with a curt nod. You take a deep breath, it comes in more broken but it helps ever so slightly.
“Thank you, thank you both!” You exclaim, wrapping them in some sort of embrace, you don’t know what it’s called though.
“Ha no problem maybe-princess,” Red jokes. She earns a glare from Chloe.
“So if I my parents are alive, am I gonna meet them?” You question in disbelief. This feels like a scary dream.
Red bites her lip before replying, “Well I’m assuming that’s what the call was for, she is most likely calling them now.” You are more confused.
“How will they hear her voice from all the way from the castle?”
“There are these machines that let you call from any land so long as the other has one too” Chloe responds, sharing yet ANOTHER look with Red.
“Sheesh, you need to get out more” Red tries to lighten the situation and to be fair it makes you laugh a little.
“RED” Chloe scolds.
“She laughed!”
“It’s okay, I’d rather joke about it than have it still happen” you add but now they both look sad for you again.
“Do you think they still want me? Like what if they have other children and don’t need me as a child anymore. And I’m not really a child at all, I don’t know how old I am yet but I seem far too big to be one.” You start picking at your nails in worry.
Red sighs, “I know what it’s like to have to worry whether someone likes you or not. Trust everything will work out.” She says.
“From what I heard they never stopped looking for you. They did have another child but they actually did kinda do the lantern thing every year. It’s just that they didn’t understand you were sent to wonderland. The whole time they’ve been looking elsewhere but I know for a fact they never fully stopped and that shows they will want you.” Ella offers. You just nod softly, the fear was still there, but if it’s true then it makes you feel a little better. They were good at that. You think you’d want to be their friends. Best friends even someday if you still manage to hang out.
Before the awkward tension breaks naturally the Red queen burst through the door with two others. They also look like royalty to you but that’s not what makes your chest pound. They woman looks so painstakingly like you it makes Chloe curse herself for not getting it immediately. You all stand up, Red and Chloe help you first. And you all how your head.
The woman nearly runs to you and pulls you into another embrace of sorts. This time it’s a little tighter.
“Oh my, you’re really her aren’t you, you’re my baby girl!” She gasps. You blush and stand there terribly awkward. Red can feel your uneasiness from next to you so she coughs in attempt to break Queen Rapunzel from her stupor. It works.
“I- you’re my real mom?” You question.
She pulls apart just enough to put one hand on your cheek and another on your shoulder.
“I know for sure, yes. You are everything I dreamed you to be, my beautiful baby girl. Oh you must have so many questions.” She says. She smiles like the sun and has tears pooling in her eyes. She’s dress so elegantly in purple, but she’s shaking quite a bit.
“I’m here, you’re here” you say. Rapunzel turns to the man.
“Eugene Flynn Fitzgerald Ryder, come over here this instance,” she beckons and slowly a man steps forward. You notice you have his eyes and hair color. You’ve never had a dad before, it’s almost too much. He certainly doesn’t seem like he’s an evil man.
“That’s really her my little buttercup?” He says and when he gets a good look at your face he breaks into the loudest sobs you have ever heard in your life. You honestly don’t know what to do but stand there. You are also overcome with emotion but this is quickly becoming too much for you. He steps forward again.
“Bathroom!” You exclaim and haste fully walk past them and into the halls where you start running.
“Y/n-“
“Flynn give her some time,” Rapunzel sighs.
“We‘ll make sure she’s safe,” Chloe interrupted, grabbing Red to follow you.
After a couple turns they hear sobbing down an otherwise empty hallway. You sit there with your head tucked into your knees gasping for breath. They slowly walk up to you.
“It’s a lot, I know” Red sighs. “Meeting your mo- family for the first time. You start thinking of what can go wrong when you don’t know them and they don’t really know the real you. It’s hard.” She pauses, “but take it slow. I promise that they are also overwhelmed too. But after not getting any affection your whole life it seems like even the tiniest bit is too much.”
“If you want, we will stay with you as much as allowed. I know we just met but it seems like maybe you trust us the most and that’s precious, the trust,” Chloe states. Her eyes are truthful and earnest. Red shares that earnesty.
“I- supposed if it’s alright. I would never want to impose and you’ve done so much for me. This is all just- well you said it” you gesture to Red.
“We’ll be here.” They both say in unison and it makes all three of you giggle. Maybe your new life won’t be so bad. At least not if they’re in it. Your worry is replaced with a similar fluttery feeling but you don’t know exactly what it is.
This is your happy beginning. Your life has finally begun.
