the one time i'll ramble about something grown-up like this cuz it's a heavy issue where i'm from (and everywhere, if we're being honest). nine times out of ten, a person that claims to hate their country hates the way it's being operated: problematic government, constant occurrence of injustice, the huge disparity between the rich and poor and the emphasis on the rich utilising the poor to get richer (all while keeping the poor exactly as they are or worse)... not everyone can afford to immigrate and not everyone wants to. for most people, they want to stay and be the catalysts for change or witness the change happen right before their eyes. yes, that sounds highly idealistic and almost unrealistic considering the world's status quo, but change is the one thing that is inevitable and permanent. it's all just a matter of everyone in every country choosing to be on the right side of situations, but the fact that people don't is what's driving people to say such a thing. "i hate my country" because it's difficult to leave it and live in it, "i hate my country" because the people with the supposed governmental power abuse their power and continue to only fulfill their interests instead of national interests, "i hate my country" because of how normal it is that people are unable or refuse to educate themselves on why certain people should not hold certain positions and why it's so gross that people have parasocial relationships with politicians that can so easily abandon or ruin the entire nation at the drop of a hat

Padded regression is valid!

Wearing diapers/pull-ups is something many sfw littles do for two main reasons: 1) need and 2) comfort.

Some regressors have certain medical conditions that make these items a need. Regression can also affect some people’s bladder control so dips/pull-ups would be also be a need for them.

Dips and pull-ups help many littles regress and stay regressed. The release of responsibility, the sensory experience (using or not using), the nostalgia, the intimacy of a cg changing you, the feeling of safety, the comfort, the cute patterns, everything. It all just makes us feel so tiny and safe and comforted. Some may even wear them when they aren’t feeling smol just because of how comfy and safe they make you feel!

How’s you like the pull-ups, by the way? And what kind were they? Also, out of curiosity, how much did they cost?

Two kinds: i got packs of the largest available size of ones aimed for the youth (the youth... i sound like i'm from the medieval days😭) the brand i found had quite a sizing range so there's a size there that's able to fit me (i only truly get these for the design aspect)

edit: please please please don't force kiddie ones upon yourselves... i see all the horrible sides of social media that would tell you to force it but for the love of everything, DON'T. i just got lucky cuz this brand's sizing is so huge, their largest size is almost basically my usual size if i were to get adult pull-ups

and packs of adult ones which are drugstore/medical ones

and they cost me around like... almost 10-15 usd (but in my home currency) cuz i got them online with vouchers🤭

and as much as these aren't my ideal options, i'd rather these than just ONE piece of a good diapey for now

edit: cuz of being so worried for y'all and all the possible interpretations of my first answer, i forgot to answer the FIRST question😭 i like them a lot! they're soft and convenient as they are, even if i know there are brands softer and more functional. also, if you're in a situation wherein you're hiding your usage, pull-ups are the way to go cuz there's no loud tapes to fiddle with... makes you wish existing diapey brands would release pull-up counterparts of their diapeys. but still, don't bother purchasing and using if you're running a bunch of risks; better to stay safe than be sorry later on.

Noticed you included dips in that squishmallow moodboard. Are you a padded regressor, or just think they’re cute/wanted to add them?

the answer is both (⁠◕⁠ᴗ⁠◕⁠✿⁠) aesthetically, the vibe suited the colours and the goal of making it look as soft as possible cuz of the squishmallow theme (edit: i've also done this for other outfit/mood—boards when i feel like it adds to the overall energy; i've been doing so even before i started using pull-ups myself)

me being me... the story here is funny cuz i just impulsively purchased pull-ups like... a few days after posting rants about it; though i'm not on the fun and comfy side of things cuz the dips that are most adored for functionality and design are dips that are quite inaccessible when i think of numerous factors like pricing and shipping
