This may very well be the worst thing I have ever drawn.

the most important thing about bank teller care is to have a steady stream of clientele.

slow days are necessary to their development of course, but too many in a row can understimulate your teller(s) and leave them bored and dissatisfied.

on the other hand, a non-stop stream of customers can make your teller(s) overstimulated, leading to later exhaustion.

i find the best mid-point to be a slow stream of customers with a slow start in the morning, trickling pace throughout the day, and rush hour around four or five.

as always, though, its important to make sure you pay attention to your individual bank teller(s) and adjust the workload to meet their needs. no template beats real-time attention and observation to your teller(s)!
