I just realise i never introduced myself, I’m Pauline and I’m from Kota Kinabalu Sabah, I’m currently 20 this year and throughout the Covid season a lot of things happened that shaped the person I am today.
Firstly, right after SPM i fully worked as a dancer for a group called Kumpulan Budayawan, i worked with them since i was Form 4 and the working experience was the best i could ask for as a first ever official job. We mainly danced traditionally but sometimes we do modern dances to if requested.
Moving on, I planned on being a stewardess but Covid happened and my plan was completely ruined as we were stuck at home but after a while i started another job as a barista at a Korean Cafe. Work experience 5/10. The environment was really toxic and i even started to feel to burnt out and frustrated because i was being overworked and one of the staff really said some things that made me struggle to accept and love myself for who i am. So for a few months i really was fighting with myself to see the bright side of my situation at that point because it seemed like my future could go nowhere with the covid cases getting worse too.
So as an escape plan, I tried to search for a college or university to go to so i had a valid excuse to quit the job. And here i am in KPM Indera Mahkota learning about new interesting stuff. I’m taking a diploma in Creative Digital Media Production. I met new friends that share the same humor as me and i really feel great talking with them.Â
A few fun facts about me, i really love cats, I have 2 cats back at home in Sabah, they’re called Gumi and Gege. I miss them so much!! Just look at them!! I melt every time my mom sends pictures of them. Ahh i want to go home just to cuddle with them. They tend to jump up to your chest when you lay down and sleep there. :3

Running this blog for the time being has opened my eyes to truly self reflect on myself as I encounter various interesting ways and pointers on how to grow as a person and love myself and the people around me, I even picked up a life principle of always admitting your mistakes and acknowledging it instead of burying and hiding it. Although our natural instinct is to be scared of judgement, it is the core point of growth. In a way judgement can be accepted positively and act as pointers in our life to better ourselves, by knowing where you are wrong, you can start to fix yourself in that particular aspect <3Â

Quote
Take a shower, wash off the day. Drink a glass of water. Make the room dark. Lie down and close your eyes. Notice the silence. Notice your heart. Still beating. Still fighting. You made it, after all. You made it, another day. And you can make it one more. You’re doing just fine.
