She realised she was an age regressor after arriving back in the human realm.

Not wanting to keep more secrets from her girlfriend than needed, she told Amity who supported her and offered to be her caregiver.

Over time the others found out and we're eager to help Luz in any way they could, like looking after her little self when Amity or her mom weren't there.

Things that usually have her regress- stress from school and finding a way back, nightmares of Belos.

She's pretty comfortable voluntarily regressing on days off.

Her little ages go from 3 to 6, often in the older toddler zone.

General Headcanons ✨

When upset she's very cuddly. She likes to nuzzle her head into you like ecat to indicate she wants comfort.

She's very talkative. Will yap your ear off about Azura if you like it or not. Even putting her paci in her mouth won't stop her- believe me, Hunter's tried.

Along with that, she's extremely energetic. Her caregivers usually let her go nuts in the garden to burn off all that energy before she naps.

Loves making up imaginary games and getting her cgs to play along.

Has an otter plushie that Amity bought for her that she loves to bits. She takes it everywhere with her.

Type of kid to sit in front of the washing machine waiting while her stuffies are in there.

If she's not just wearing her regular clothes, when she's little she wears overalls and a jumper or t-shirt.

I literally love your deltarune age regression art so much. It’s also nice seeing age regression spaces normalize diapers, considering how often people group us with you know who. Anyway, I’m looking forward to more from you!

The reason I have tenna be a padded regressor is because I am too and I relate to him so much so I kinda projected a lot onto him…

It’s still VERY MUCH embarrassing to admit to that but I dont think there should be shame regarding something that brings you comfort! Especially if it doesn’t harm anyone including yourself!!!

It really is a shame how regression and the OTHER stuff get lumped in together and how everyone sees padding as something taboo that must not be talked about at all… I can’t speak for anyone other than myself but I have autism and it causes my emotions to be extremely overwhelming at times and go out of my control but I’ve found comfort items help so much with my emotional regulation… one of those comfort items just happened to be padding!

No one should be shamed for things that help them! And maybe by having real constructive conversations and discussion everyone can move forward to being a happier and healthier community! Please be safe everyone love you lots!!! 💕

"Close your eyes for me, baby." Heather Chandler tells Veronica while holding Veronica's chin gently. "Good girl," she cooes whilst applying pink eyeshadow to her eyelids.

Veronica didn't really do makeup very often, and as much as the Heather's thought she was beautiful without, they loved doing Ronnie's makeup when she's little. She's just so fricking CUTE. Also she'd do no matter what if it gave her a new toy. This time is was a fuzzy blue cat that jingled when you shook it. Veronica moves the cat to suck on it's ear. Heather Chandler gently shifts it away from her mouth.

"Ah, ah. That's yucky, Veronica. Also I need to do your lips."

Heather Duke frowns, "hey! I was gonna do her lips! You can't do everything!

Heather Chandler rolls her eyes. "God, Heather, do you have to be so childish?"

Veronica begins to fuss, she really doesn't enjoy arguments when she's little, especially ones that remind her of herself and JD...

Heather McNamara notices this immediately.

"How about, nobody does her lips? I think Veronica wants her paci anyway, don't you, baby?"

Veronica nods and whispers,"yes", quietly. Heather Duke immediately dashes to be the first to give the blue pacifier to her, which Veronica accepts immediately.

"I think that's enough make up for now," she says before reaching to gently tickle Veronica's cheek. "Isn't she a pretty girl in her pretty pink dress and pretty pink makeup? Yes she is!"

Veronica giggles, a little embarrassed at the attention and hides her face behind her teddy. This isn't one of Veronica's usual little outfits. Usually she's wearing a pair of overalls and a dark blue jumper. But her girlfriends convinced her (bribed her with toys...) to dress in a pretty pink dress they brought and let them do her makeup. She didn't really mind as long as it made them happy, also she quite enjoyed the attention.

Whilst the Heather's were busy cooing over Veronica, Heather Chandler turned to Heather Duke while gently pinching Veronicas cheek.

"Hey, Heather, what'd you get for dinner?"

"Spaghetti leftovers, why?"

Heather Chandler groaned.

"You really think all this stuff is gonna stay on while this little monster eats spaghetti?"

Heather Duke winced.

"Sorry, Heather."

Heather McNamara sighs.

"Come on, guys, it wasn't gonna stay for ages now was it?" She turns to Veronica. "You want your overalls, baby?"

Heather Chandler leans down and picks up Veronica, if going to the gym was useful for one thing other than keeping her figure, she was pretty strong. "Okay, let's go."

About 20 minutes later, Veronica was sat in Heather Chandler's kitchen with a bowl of spaghetti infront of her. Sauce all around her mouth since she insisted she could do it all by herself. Heather Chandler winces, trying to hold herself back from helping after a conversation with big Veronica asking her to give her little self more independence if she doesn't want help.

"Maybe, try to get more of it in your mouth?" Heather Chandler offered. Veronica spoke with a mouthful of spaghetti in her mouth,

" 'm puttin' in my mouff!"

Heather Duke nodded.

"Of course you are, sweetheart." She said sarcasticly, earning a gentle slap from Heather Chandler. Once she was done she looked up at the Heather's innocently.

"Napkin, p'ease?"

Heather McNamara handed one to her.

"You need any help with that, baby girl?" This earned a large pout from Veronica.

"NO!"

She tried to wipe herself for about half a second.

"Hewp, p'ease?"

So ✨️💅

If the Heathers are out in a public place like a mall and they split up, sometimes, Chandler subconsciously starts slipping in and out of little land.

She gets bored of looking at regular items and wanders off cautiously to children's stores or aisles

Then, as she slowly lets herself regress just a little, a stranger walks by and she immediately tries to pull herself out of little land by muttering stuff like, "she, uh, she- she'll- she'll like this" (to make it seem like she was looking at the children's stuff because she'd buying them for a kid)

Then she leaves the store and tries to find the other Heathers before she goes in too deep

Usually she'll look for Heather Duke first, although she hates herself for that because she always has this fear that Heather Duke likes seeing Chandler regress because it's 'embarrassing' and Duke likes seeing Chandler in vulnerable situations, but somehow, regressed Heather's favourite cg is Duke

Duke usually sees Chandler's worried look as she looks for her, and then she sort of has the idea that Chandler is regressing, but she knows that Chandler is regressing for sure when she goes up to her and takes hold of her hand and looks at her with somewhat fear

Sometimes, Duke gets annoyed when that happens, so she rolls her eyes, sighs, grabs Chandler by the wrist and starts marching out of the stores, dragging Heather behind with her

In fact, Duke gets VERY annoyed that her shopping trip or their outing gets cut short

She'll find the other Heathers (Mac and V) impatiently and when they get to the car, Duke will shove Chandler in the backseat and strap her in angrily, not allowing Mac or V to do anything to help, and she'll start driving and the car ride is awkward and tense because no one says anything.

So Duke drives, Chandler and Veronica are in the back and Mac is in the passenger seat, although she really wanted to be at the back, but Veronica forced her to sit in the front because none of them wanted to sit next to irritated Duke: Veronica, because annoyed Duke was annoying and aggravating, Mac because she was scared as heck

Anyway, while Duke is wordlessly driving and Chandler is scared too, she puts her feet on the seat and hugs her knees and rocks back and forth slowly, trying to comfort herself.

Veronica will cup Heather's cheek with one hand and stroke it with her thumb and try to cheer her up

And Mac reaches in the cubby, pulls out Chandler's ✨️ emergency pacifier ✨️ and hands it to her

And the moment Chandler sees it, she gasps happily and snatches it at once

Before they go home, Duke grudgingly asks who wants anything from a drive thru and obviously Chandler wants a happy meal for the toy only and that slightly amuses Duke

General coping headcanons :)

She tries to distract herself by talking to others

She constantly reminds herself how much longer she'll have until she can go home and regress in peace

She subconsciously fidgets around by either twiddling her thumbs, rubbing her thigh with one hand under the table, tracing stuff with her fingers, or holding Veronica's hand

She sometimes becomes irritable and even meaner

She gets extremely jealous if she's in a place other than school and sees a kid because THAT SHOULD BE HER RIGHT NOW (yes, yes, this isn't a coping thing but I'm throwing that in)

What the Heathers + Veronica do (in general):

Try to go home or find a private place

Just like make sure she knows that they're there

They sort of try to keep other people away from her

She was the first out of the Heather's to realise she's an age regressor.

She found out about it when she walked in on Veronica looking after little JD and they explained the concept. And a conversation with her therapist made her realise how much better it made her feel.

The only person who knew for a while was Veronica and JD (kinda) because she was too embarrassed to tell the Heather's about, she worried they wouldn't get it and make fun of her.

But on one occasion she accidentally regressed in front of Heather Chandler and started crying.

Surprisingly Heather Chandler is a very grounding caregiver and Heather McNamara later found out that Heather Chandler already knew about age regression so it was no problem.

General Headcanons✨

Little age is usually around 6-5 or 3-2. Usually she's the older age.

Her caregivers are Heather Chandler and Veronica. She's sometimes babysat by Heather Duke or even Kurt or Ram if the girls are away for a bit.

When she's regressed to a kid age she's quite vocal. Talking a lot about drama and what happened at school.

She enjoys compliments and seeks affection a lot.

She loves wearing flowy dresses because they make her look pretty.

She usually plays with coloring books, dolls, dress up, anything considered girly.

Very hard to say no to.

When she's regressed to a toddler it usually means something has upset her.

So she really wants to be near her caregivers or babysitters.

Once calmed down in this state she likes quietly playing with her toys and baths (for some reason.)

She has a yellow pacifier she decorated and a stuffed yellow dog as comfort items (this is based off the Heather's jr musical line where she describes Kurt as cute like a little dog lol)

Enjoys bottles when very little because they make her feel warm.

One time Heather Chandler was busy for a moment so she asked Ram to give Heather McNamara her bottle. A very pouty Heather McNamara basically had to guide him the through it.

Heather's Age Regression AU

Basically a fix-it au.

Veronica manages to de-activate the bomb outside of the school so JD survives. When the teachers come out Veronica explains that they found the bomb underneath the school and they managed to de-activate it in time. JD just stares, tears brimming in his eyes. The teachers mostly believe them but they're still brought into questioning and are believed. The police do find out about JDs dad and take him away from him. Veronica manages to convince the care system to let JD live with her and her parents. He starts therapy and begins working through his mental issues and finds age regression as a coping mechanism. Veronica is his caregiver.

A few weeks later they find out Heather Chandler is still alive. She went to the hospital and drank "some medicine" that cleared the poison from her veins. She's only just joined school again. One night Veronica and JD wake up to her standing in Veronica's room. JD gets up and immediately explains everything and apologises. Heather Chandler doesn't exactly forgive him, but agrees not to call the police on him mostly because she still likes Veronica and doesn't want her in jail. Heather Chandler along with Heather Duke and Heather McNamara reluctantly start therapy because of everything they've been through and start to unlearn their toxic behaviour. Through therapy Duke and McNamara realise that they find age regression as a good coping mechanism, Chandler and Veronica are their caregivers.

JD and Veronica find out from Heather Chandler that Kurt and Ram are also still alive and in hospital. The two got surgery and the bullets managed to miraculously miss fatal areas. Wanting to get it over with, Veronica and JD visit the two in hospital. The boys stare at the two in shock the moment they walk in. Ram looks like he's about to yell something when Kurt suddenly starts crying. Ram awkwardly gets out of bed and tries to comfort him, JD and Veronica are just staring in surprise- Veronica hasn't seen Kurt cry since 4th grade. Ram looks a little embarrassed and explains that since the incident Kurt seems to start acting childish whenever reminded of it. Ram was shot before he realised what was happening, Kurt was awake to see that and get chased through the woods. Veronica and JD explain the concept of age regression which seems to make sense to Ram. About a week later the two get out of the hospital and the school forces their dads to let them start therapy and the two start to unlearn their gross behaviour. Ram also discovers that he finds age regression to be a good coping mechanism.

After a while of therapy, Veronica makes the Heathers, Kurt and Ram apologize to Martha for their behaviour. Not wanting to make Veronica mad, the Heather's agree and drag Kurt and Ram along with them. The group says sorry and Martha immediately forgives. The group assumes they can leave now but Veronica convinces Martha to go harder on them so everyone apologises thoroughly. They're not all best friends but Martha eventually finds out about the regressors in the group and offers to be there when needed.

I probably will write more for this au in the future like headcanons and stuff.
