Losing weight can be difficult, okay let’s face it will be difficult. Few tips I am trying out is to set small goals and find new ways to stay motivated and stay healthy! So I set a goal of losing 26 pounds by March and so far I have lost 6 lbs. Another tip I am trying out is journaling, this is my plus size notebook. I write all about my weight and how I’m feeling with the changes to my health. Furthermore to stay motivated I decided to tie a piece of ribbon to the top of the notebook for every pound I lose. So the healthier I get the prettier my notebook gets.

I know it’s a bit late but happy New Year ! Enjoy 2016. This year I want to focus on my word of the year CONFIDENT, I want to be confident in my self and inspire others to be confident and love their selves. Being “plus size” is not easy, but I learned if you learn to care for yourself and love yourself no matter your weight, the rewards of a good journey are ahead.
