    hm. dodgy. but she moves on with the subject with other questions having already filled her head about their current surroundings. fishing her cellphone out of her pocket she aligns the shot with herself and her comrade behind her and takes a selfie for good measure. now that’s going on Instagrim! ❛ ooooh shit. you think he knows the head honcho? i mean, he probably does. didn’t Lucifer commission a pitchfork from our company at some point or something? ❜

   the thought lingers briefly. and she takes another sip of the acidic cola on the bar counter. Demencia swivels in her chair, a leg over her knee and neon green locks being brushed back to check her text messages. the last one sent by Black Hat had been of her latest target. as she had already suspected, he wouldn’t send message about this matter.

    there’s nothing more unfortunate than crashing into the room of the person you hate most. entering through Black Hat’s office window covered in glass would have been more exhilarating considering the chance of getting scolded but commended for her work nonetheless, but to end up in a familiar cockpit has her groaning not from the pain she doesn’t feel despite the shards of metal and glass in her skin, but for the inevitable rant that the doctor would be up her ass about later in the day.

    ❛ ah , fuck . fuck that guy ! ❜ she sits up, ripping the alarm clock that happened to tangle around her person during her ungraceful entry, along with the other fixtures that were disturbed in the wake of her literally shaking the plane. a loud moan emitted from the added destruction of the doctor’s plane and the assassin proceeded to get up, crawling to the hole she had made and peaking out of it prior to looking back inside. she looks to the scientist, taking him by the shoulders and shaking him.

i think the fact that black hat let’s demencia get away with a lot of shit ties in with my own hc of how i saw black hat when i used to write for him, and that’s whether he likes somebody or not if they’re evil enough he can see potential. demencia is a creature of chaos, just how flug is a sadistic mad scientist. black hat acknowledges both of these things and sees growth in those areas. the only problem is that they’re both human and they have emotions, an unconscious moral code and he’s.... an eldritch being. he doesn’t need certain things that demencia and flug might need which is the constant affection and validation humans need.
