So, u can get used to it. By filling yourself up, and later u will stop wanting . to eat, like not hungry at all. Always hot beverages like tea (in my case) fill u up. Cofee or whatevs, but hot. Cold water burns calories, hot water fills u up.

i may want to be skinny, but i will NEVER slate someone else’s weight or compare bigger girls to smaller ones, weight is ONLY an issue on my self because of my DISORDER and i do NOT find fat people less attractive or less worthy than skinny people

(Total of 138 crunches)
Cardio work out machines are actually best in intervals. It allows more fat to be burned in between intervals while your heart rate is still up.
20 min elliptical
5 min stretch
15 min elliptical
5 min stretch
10 min elliptical
5 min stretch
10 min stationary bike
If you don’t have a work out machine at home or a membership to a gym, you can also jump rope, which is great exercise, walk, jog, or dance. Look up all the ways you can mindlessly burn calories such as tapping your foot.

My “best guy friend” who nows how much I’ve struggled, and he himself has an eating disorder. Told me once i got from a trip how FAT  I had gotten and i felt so bad because I had gained and I knew but I was ok that day and he messed up the rest of my day. I cried that whole day in my house, and I’ve come back to restricting. He even told me it was gross and how big I had gone.
I jsut don’t trust anyone with ths ED information, it’s so fucked up that the only way you can be you is from behind a computer and not with face to face people.
