How do you document your plushies?

Hi plushblr!! I’m looking for some ideas on ways I can document and keep track of my plushies! I was curious what other people like to do! Do you keep a journal? Scrapbook? A google doc?

Can I ask you a random question? Atlas the Charlie bear he's supposed to be a Atlas bear an extinct bear species, but he has a long tail and his face looks more like a sloth so I think of him as a giant ground sloth. What are your thoughts? He just doesn't look like a bear! XD also I bought my first Charlie bear today!
