the effect the sides spending too much time in anxiety's room might have on thomas:

anxiety + logic: pushing yourself too hard, working non stop but still believing you're not working hard enough, obsessive, competitive behavior, feeling like you're not enough, valuing work above your physical and mental health

anxiety + morality: fear of disappointing others, never speaking up because you're scared you might say something wrong, letting people get away with being mean or rude because you don't want to bother them, letting yourself be a pushover, doing things you dont want to for the sake of others

anxiety + princey: self esteem issues, body negativity, self consciousness, creative block, procrastinating, having difficulty expressing yourself and creating any type of artistic content
