The waves are almost lapping up against the rocks! What a peaceful sound! I haven't been near the ocean for 47 years. When we left, I never dreamed I'd never go back. Makes me sad...

Max just turned 13 years old! He’s a wonderful long-haired dachshund and he’s favorite toy is a pinecone.

The magnificent fountain, the buildings behind the statue of a soldier on his horse, the archway to the sky, and oh, the Castle. I'd have to visit every room! The ghosts would have to be scared of me!

You look like the happiest little fella! You look like you skip around, all the live long day! We have a 14 year old puppy, Gibson. He's got aches and pains, but, we give him meds from his Dr, and they help his pain. About an hour after he takes his meds, he skips around like a happy, fit 3 year old. He still goes 2 miles for his walk every day. And, he smiles. A lot. He weighs about 90 pounds, but he's great friends with all the little dogs, because the big dogs are afraid of him. He's a German Shepherd/Black Lab/Border Collie. He looks like Lassie, with a very fine bonied head and face. Like a Sheltie. And, he's got the personality is as wonderful as his looks...

I thought they were howling! Our dog howls, in his own distinct way! It's hilarious!

When you have a frustrating day at school and tell mom and she gets all frustrated too.
