I wanna participate in the furry fandom more because it used to be a really fun outlet for creativity and socializing but after getting shadowbanned on Twitter (I for taking a hiatus ig) it feels like every time I post or try to interact in the fandom anymore it’s like talking to a brick wall.

Nobody replies to posts or reposts, they just scroll and like in silence. Oftentimes it feels like people only participate in the fandom to engage in the latest discourse or dunk on the newest Bad Guy instead of, you know, actually participating in the fandom itself.

Idk. I thought moving to BlueSky would give me a new opportunity to rebuild my following but I post and literally get 0 likes or replies. It’s disappointing. I feel like it’s not even worth being a part of anymore
