they couldn't put Gabriel and Crowley in the same scene because they would just make out violently on screen and CW couldn't have that 💔

i think crowley was a good addition to the team bc you have cas (has to take everything so so seriously all the time or he'll die), dean (trying really hard to live his life but is the human equivalent of a crash test dummy), and sam (christ figure). and crowley's also going through it but he's at least silly abt it. SOMEONE has to b wine drunk and flirting w everyone during the apocalypse and u cannot find a bitchier queen than the king of hell can i get an amen

and when Cas refused Dean just started yelling that he was a pervert and that he couldn't go around with a belt with his little brother's bite marks on the street

Since then Dean has tried everything possible to destroy Cas' belt or simply get rid of it, Castiel and Dean are in this silent fight over the belt and Sam is just worried about his mental health

sometime in later seasons someone glances at cas’s belt when he’s not wearing his trenchcoat and is like “are those fucking teeth marks?” and cas is like “hm? oh yes those are from when i had sam bite down on my belt to muffle his shouts when i entered him with my fist” and whoever asked is like

Sastiel instead, man destined to be evil and the king of hell, but still prays for forgiveness and salvation, in love with an angel who was told to hate him but finds himself in those flaws. A connection formed because of their shared burdens and flaws and not despite them
