*He glared at the action but didn't comment on it. He had asked for this after all.* That's fine with me.
*Alfred shrugged and smirked a little* I can't help it if you're infatuated with me. I have better things to do than argue. And you want a kiss so bad? I'm sure one of your goblins will oblige. *With that said, he grinned and turned to leave with a mocking wave.* See ya at the castle, your highness.
I shall, then. If you don’t mind, I can set the time forward another hour. So, enjoy that challenge.
This is what you did before, you know. You told me to do whatever I wanted, then made me take it back. I deserve a kiss at least, dearest. But aye, you’d better be off. Hurry up, there’re only five hours left, now.

You're the ruler of the labyrinth too! Actually, you know what? Just throw all that you can at me. I'll still make it through.
I hope I do. And don't call me-- *shakes head* Whatever. Call me what you want. It's not like it means anything. But yeah, until we meet again, with my brother in my arms.

But you're the Goblin King and it's your labyrinth!
--What? Shit. I got to go. And stop calling me 'love'.

You do cheat! You sent the goblins after me and possibly the caterpillar too to trick me.

It's easy, not short. But I'll be through in no time, with or without you cheating.

*Alfred was already a fair ways down the corridor, so he didn't hear the caterpillar's final words. He would never of guessed the creature had said it either. After all, he was a caterpillar, and a nice one at that. Why would the creature want to do him harm? Alfred nodded and continued on, his doubts fading away. Yes, this must be the right way. Though it didn't seem that way, as he eventually found out.*
Haven't I been here before? I could have sworn...
*The teen looked around, unsure. Everything did look the same. He could have been walking around in circles for all he knew. He needed to know for sure though. An idea struck him then and he picked up a nearby stone and scratched an arrow on one of the tiles on the floor. Satisfied, he kept doing the same as he moved forward, unaware that tiny creatures were flipping and moving the stones.*

*Alfred hesitated before glancing back at the corridor, to the caterpillar, and back again. He wasn't sure. Could the creature be trusted? Or was he sent by Amos to trick him? Maybe not. Maybe the King only controlled the goblins. Besides, the caterpillar seemed nice enough.*
I don't know...
*He pondered for a little longer before seeming to come to a conclusion. He looked down at the caterpillar and nodded. He'd do what the caterpillar said, but he'd keep his guard up. And if the caterpillar had lied, then he'd just somehow find his way back. Hopefully.*
Alright. I'll take your advice, except I still can't stay for tea. Like I said, I have a time limit. But I'll be back if you're wrong. *He turned to the advised direction and began to walk down that way.*

*Alfred blinked in surprise and stared at the creature before him, a bit of an incredulous look on his face.*
Ah, thanks for the offer, but I have something that I need to do and I’m strained for time so…see ya.
*The boy then turned to walk off and head down the corridor he had previously picked out as his next destination before he’d been sidetracked by the talking caterpillar.*

*Alfred continued walking but then started at the creature's exclamation. He stopped and turn back around to face the caterpillar, but not moving closer to it.*
...Why? What's down that way? It can't be any worse than what I just came from.
*He was still wary of any more goblins suddenly appearing around a corner. But this creature obviously wasn't a goblin, so maybe he could be of some help. The American would still tread carefully though.*

*Alfred looks at the stairwells in frustration. They didn't go anywhere. Just another dead end. Well that figured. Thankfully there was another corridor right there. He was about to head down it when he spotted something out of the corner of his eye. Was that a person? No, something else, but not a goblin. And the thing was ushering him over. Alfred raised an eyebrow and cautiously walked over.*
Did you...uh...need something?

*Continues down, holding his hand out for any more passageways*
We must be getting closer at least.

*Alfred continued walking down the hallways, worn out and even more furious than he was before.*
Dammit! I should have known that he wouldn't play fair. Stupid King. At least I made progress...I think.
*He shook his head and continued on, eventually coming to several odd stairways.*
Yes. I've definitely made progress. Thank god for that. Seeing the same corridor all the time was getting annoying.

*Laughs lightly*
Neither did I. Good news for us though.
*Stands up and brushes himself off*
Well, let's keep going. There's no time to waste.
*Heads down the passageway.*

*Alfred raced along the corridors, breathing heavily as he turned corner after corner. He couldn't seem to shake them. He turned another corner.*
Please don't let it be a dead end... *And it was a dead end, but then he wasn't? Before him now was another corridor, and he couldn't hear anything chasing him. Alfred looked behind him and a wall greeted him. No goblins were in sight.*
What a lucky break. *He breathed a sigh on relief and continued on.* But now I've wasted time. I need to hurry.

*starts to lean against a wall in frustration*
I'm not--WOAH!
*promptly falls through the wall into some type of opening*
Well. That worked...
