I have had a phone since 2003. I don't honestly understand how people can look at the phone driving for texts. Pull over for calls, pull over for maps. If someone can't understand you're driving, that's on them. Turn the volume off and stick it somewhere you can't reach it. If you answer the phone driving, crash, you not only hurt people physically, but the person who called or texted becomes afraid of texting. And it's also a damn shitty thing to do to blame them for the crash.

Been sayin all week prepare. I compared the current numbers to that of 1997. That included a two week summation of weather , inflow and outflow. The current currant even. A week behind, a week ahead. #OrovilleDam itself is fine. It will stay that way because that's how everything was built. As if the designers took account for #OrovilleSpillway to possibly be damaged in the future. I mean seriously, you can't expect concrete to withstand the weather we have, the water forked out and it not crack under pressure. I never said a levee would break, I said I was concerned about them, but it was due to water going over the top. Where's the Levee that keeps water away from the Montgomery overpass? There isn't one. So no flooding is possible,yeah? Rat holes in the levee won't cause leaking, no? We have another storm coming and no way to tell how much run off it will cause. Take a look a this picture and tell me the authorities have been %100 honest from get go. I've been calling bullshit for five days and will continue to call bullshit until %100 of honesty comes from #DWR. Not half assed shit so they don't scare the public. I'd rather be prepared, thanks.
