Sorry not sorry, but I absolutely will judge anyone that mods their game so Astarion looks younger. I think the smile lines and eye wrinkles are evidence that he laughed and smiled and was happy before Cazador ruined everything. To mod that away feels like yet another theft of something good in his life.
