And how the fuck do you plan to enforce that? "Vibes" is not a legal argument or a good way to measure how good or bad something is. Where do you draw the line of what you consider "too bad" to depict? Or what makes it so you can tell it's for kink? What makes it so you can tell it's a vent? Who do you decide has trauma "bad enough" to be allowed to make vent art of it? Who is the one deciding if it's romanticised or not? What do you do if someone is coping/venting by using their art in a sexual way? The legal system is terrible at actually catching rapists and abusers, do you really think they won't punish vent art anyways? What do you do if someone vents in a way you find too romantic or sexual?
