Riker's transport barge loses his luggage on his way to shore leave and he's forced to borrow from Picard on Risa. Those French bathing suits look even tinier on his ever-expanding hips . . .
I think this'd make more sense if his luggage was lost in a transporter accident. Riker was pretty comfortable in his Space Babe V-Neck Tunic ensemble that one time - seems like he'd flaunt the Speedo if the occasion arose.

The enterprise transports a group of Klingon delegates to a diplomatic conference. Worf stages a traditional tea ceremony in their honor. In the aftermath, the surviving diplomats offer him a place in their delegation, and he has a heart-to-heart with Guinan while considering his future.

The personality of the Enterprise manifests in the form of a beautiful woman and is seduced by Riker, and the emotional turmoil of their affair causes strange malfunctions throughout the ship. Meanwhile, Picard attempts to introduce Worf to horse riding as a means of relaxation, but it all goes horribly wrong when Worf interprets the horse's disobedience as a challenge to his honour.
