there's a post on reddit about a woman who was asking for relationship advice cause she fell in love with a character ai chatbot and started falling out of love with her boyfriend.

later she revealed that the bot was Arthur Morgan.

putting the ai aspect aside... yeah, yeah. yeah, that makes sense actually. arthur does that to you.

I met this guy who was also playing bg3...

but he stopped playing at some point after Act 1. He said the game was "too hard", so I was like, sure, there's a learning curve, but keep going-

No. Turns out "too hard" meant that Shadowheart rejected him at the tiefling party and he rage-quit. Went into a whole rant about how she was "too hard to please".

Now listen i know Shadowheart has her moments in Act 1 but she generally approves of just like being a decent, non-pushy person, so i was very surprised to hear that she wasn't approving of him at all?

Few more minutes and the conversation suddenly turned into "games are too woke nowadays". Suddenly i understood.

thinking about what if arthur went with charles to help the wapiti move.

like the fact that he WANTED to go with them?? and charles rejected him even though he probably wanted him to, because he knew that the others needed him as well??

like i can't stop thinking about the unseen moment of charles hearing about his death. like i am so unwell about this--
