Cannot believe I have to do this but... 2020... AMRITE?!

Today I was contacted on IG by “Aaron Tveit”, now, when I tell you I had a minor heart attack... I kid you not...

It appears as:

“A A R O N T V E I T wants to send you a message”

BUT the account looks like this when clicking on the info:

It is aaron__tveit with 2 underscores and clearly not the real Aaron Tveit.

The person on the account absolutely pretended to be Aaron and even tried to get me to go off the IG Chat and into a google hangout.

I reported the account as an impersonation. Just wanted everyone to know so they can be on the look out, especially in case this account disappears and another imposter shows up. ALWAYS look for the blue check mark!

It’s not Aaron. Aaron is not DMing fans, sorry friends.

Friends— don’t talk to strange celebrities from non-verified accounts. Don’t move the chat off the site. Celebrities will not ask you for money or credit card info or anything like that.
