I’ve been starting my day with moments of nothing but me🧖🏾‍♀️Chill, quiet, me time. I pour myself into everything and everyone easily, abruptly and quite effortlessllay at the beginning of the day, meanwhile sometimes it’s tough for me to remember me lol. Mondays are for motivation...or is it for lovers?🤔 Bit of both, shall we? - - I strive to be a well rounded person just like my man. He grinds like no other even when he doesn’t need to. He’s a mama’s boy (which is sooo cute!) but you wouldn’t be able to tell just by looking at him, or by how hard he goes for his wife. He’s a hands on daddy that makes it a point to spend time with the kids no matter how hard he grinds for us. He’s very intelligent and packed with knowledge as well as street smarts. I love watching ppl underestimate him and then listen to him kill a conversation without blinking 😏. He seem’s quiet cuz he keeps to himself if he doesn’t know you but, on top of all that he’s far from a boring stick in in the mud and can definitely hang. . . His love for sporadic living was and still is one of my favorite things about him. Like a box of chocolates.. never know what you’re gonna get, but you can’t put anything past him. . . #nationalbestfriendday . MEET Nyemah💃🏿 . Me and Nyemah have also been friends over 10yrs now! We met at @morganstateu ! While in college we bonded over dance, did everything together and the rest is history😄This girl right here is a true ridah! 🙌🏾We have so much in common we started calling each other “Twinn” before it became so popular lol. We have twin souls and can literally tell what the other is thinking at all times😂. It’s kind of crazy we can still do that because we live so far from each other, our schedules never intertwine 😩and we rarely get to link. Despite all that our love for each other never diminishes and or twin- telepathy somehow has gotten stronger 😯💁🏽‍♀️ . . Out of the 3 besties, Nye and I have the most in common as far as activities we like. The major one being dance and choreography, but we also love the lounge scenes, vacations, a good drank( something my other two besties def don’t do lol) , doing our hair, doing our make up, going to the mall only to complain about how much we hate shopping at the mall and going to eat instead and order online instead😂 etc etc. . . Nye has also been there through some really scary times, sad times and def the happy ones. I love her so much. Even though we don’t get to see each other as much.. I know she knows that ...cuz that twin power ain’t no joke boiiii 😂 . . Ways we’re different: I’m the one that will literally start a convo with people out of nowhere. She’s a lot more shy than me. #nationalbestfriendday Meet Myleka!🌻 We’ve been friends for 2 yrs now. The way I met Myleka was semi random. I say that because she lives right next door😂. The way and situation that led us to meet was random though and actually a big part of our bond. Like I said in my last post, I have 3 besties that all identify parts of my personality. Myleka and and I are both mothers☺️ and on a hot day we both were just trying to catch that random ice cream truck visit to our new neighborhood for our kids😉🤣. We’ve been inseparable ever since lol . . I high key was sad about posting this pic because I don’t have any new ones with my OG besties😩. However I love this pic, all of are schedules are crazy, I live far from them and dangit I said this chick lives NEXT DOOR🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ so it’s quite often and easy to get her crazy self in a pic or two. I’m rambling now but.. in the short time that we’ve been friends Leka has shown truth in my belief that “God puts the right people in my life at the right times” and you should “surround yourself with people who uplift you instead of break you down” . . Myleka is from Louisiana... ayee!. She is the most “woke” friend have! The one that ain’t scared of sh* and will pop of if she needs to. “Sweet but ready” 😂 She’s very intelligent and teaches me things about everything every day! Most organic things she suggests, work. She loves to cook and is good at it. She’s a wife a mother of 2 like me and she’s the one that twerks on que and bring the ratchet side right outta me😂 Leka is Genuine and is always there to listen and offer advice. We’re so tight I EVEN witnessed the birth of OUR son Tre 😂☺️. . . Ways we’re different: she’s consistent with researching and implementing healthy eating and living��🏾.
