This is a good example to gag someone with a ball gag. Ball fits and filling the mouth perfectly, and the straps have been tightened enough to keep her gagged. In contrast what we see in some movies or tv series.

In case she is able to push the ball out, don’t make the straps more tightly, but start using a ball gag harness, very effective and impossible to push the ball out.
