Just some life update stuff!
Started a new job at a bakery and started eating more! I hate it so much. I thought I was finally getting somewhere after so many months but now I've gone and ruined myself. Thankfully, I also have a boyfriend now and it's been a lot easier to rationalize what I will and won't eat because I don't want him to leave me over becoming fat. Not that he would because he's lovely, so I should be lovely as well <2

Hello!!
I started fasting just today for 18 hours, then I ate a small-ish salmon and a little bit omelette. I also ate some salad with with lemon juice as dressing since it doesn’t have many calories. Later I ate four grapes for some reason. Idk if I’m gonna eat dinner. I don’t want to. But my mother might force me to eat some anyways. I’m determined to continue and I’m just wondering (I’d you have an answer) how long it would take for my thigh to get smaller if I continue just like this. It okay if you don’t have an answer, I’m just desperate right now. Especially since it’s summer soon. Have a good day :)

I'm so sorry this was late, I took a break from being on Tumblr when I started my new job but from past experiences and from what I heard from other's as well, you should start seeing results after 2-3 ish weeks and see drastic improvements after 6 weeks! Good luck, thighs are my biggest insecurity on my own body so I hope things work well soon! And remember to stay hydrated and supplementary vitamins really help if you're additionally working out (even if it's not that much/not that intense)! <2

Do you ever have days where you don’t even try to restrict and just eat everything but not in a binge way? Just in an over eating way and then you feel really invalidated because you didn’t restrict and you didn’t binge or purge you just ate almost normally?

First day of Bupropion and I feel so unmotivated! I think it's because I got three hours of sleep because the psychiatrist said I shouldn't be seeing results until like a week in, but I wanted to log it just in case!
I got through my first 24 hours fast and then ate way too much :' But today's a new day and I'm gonna make up for it!
