80 Calorie Pancake Recipe~✨💛
Y’all ain’t even READY FOR THIS….
Here’s the ingredients:
¼ tsp baking powder - 0cal
¼ tsp salt - 0cal
2 tbsp flour - 50cal (the one I use is all purpose and 25cal per tbsp)
3 tbsp egg whites - 25cal (I use egg beaters but you can choose to use whatever you want)
A couple packets of a 0cal sweetener - 0cal
1 tbsp Mrs. Butterworths sugar free syrup - 5cal
^^(THIS SYRUP IS A BLESSING, it’s 20cal for ¼ cup but I only used a tbsp so the calories are SUPER LOW💕)
Directions:
Heat up a pan of your choosing, doesn’t really matter the size.
Measure out your ingredients and put them into a bowl.
Mix your ingredients, I prefer to use a rubber spatula over a whisk because I can scrape off the ingredients that like to stick to the bowl.
Use water, 0cal cooking spray, or whatever you like to make sure your pancakes don’t get stuck to the pan.
Put some batter in the pan and YOU’RE COOKING, BABY
With this recipe, I made 3 pancakes of a satisfying size so don’t fear 🙌
Once you’ve finished cooking all your pancakes, add your syrup and BOOM!!! BREAKFAST~~
Finished product:

THIS ENTIRE PLATE IS 80 CALORIES. IM SERIOUS. WHOLE BREAKFAST. 80 CALORIES. YOU CAN EVEN ADD SOME FRUIT TO MAKE IT MORE INTERESTING.
I love this recipe so much because even on bad days I can cook up an easy satisfying breakfast without making myself want to cry because of the calories. Hopefully you guys like it too, stay safe and happy cooking!! ✨💕

The other people I cook for like meats, so I look for low cal substitutes. S wanted sausage, but 290 calories is an absolute no. I took 2 and sliced them into 1/2 inch coins. I cut up 3 medium red potatoes, and I had a bag of oven roaster veggies.
1 link is 160 calories and it’s soooo good. A 4 pack of sausage is $4.52 at Walmart

You guys know I love sharing food. I made this last night. I used mushrooms, onion, peppers, carrots, and broccoli. I followed the directions(except had to use regular spaghetti), but I feel like their nutrition information is incorrect. I ate about a cup so I’m guessing around 300, but it was soooooo good.
You can cut some cal by using cooking spray instead of olive oil. I don’t know how it would work with shirataki noodles, but I will probably experiment eventually.

These wraps make on the go meals so much easier. They are slightly gummy feeling in your mouth if you don’t heat them up, but they’re still better than I’d expect for being low calorie!
So far I have used these for breakfast burritos(egg whites, turkey bacon, veggies), tuna wraps (lite Mayo, onion, celery), hummus wraps (spinach, cucumber), quesadillas (reduced fat cheese, fresh salsa, lite sour cream), and tacos (ground turkey, reduced sodium taco seasoning).
1 Tortilla is 50 calories! I got these at Walmart for a pack of 8 it’s $2.68

I got this for someone I live with who likes spicy food. I wanted crackers but wanted to give them some extra filler. But man it’s got a kick. And the crackers are soooo good i could eat these everyday honestly
1 wedge of cheese is 30 calories - $2.87
1 serving of crackers is 120 calories (38 crackers) - $2.18
I got both of these at Walmart.

If you have an air fryer, these nuggets turn out delicious! About 11 minutes at 400°, turning halfway through cooking.
5 frozen nuggets is 160 calories. (That means each nugget is only 32 calories!!)
I found these at Walmart for $4.97
