Giulia has learnt to deal with a lot of weird sea monster habits. Finding shed scales on the couch, shells of old claws stuck in the wall designated for their need to scratch, their odd noises and glowy eyes. She’s even learnt to accept the bathtub eternally covered in a thin film of salt and whatever nasty liquids they produce she doesn’t want to know what is.
