i think all in all the ncy series and fundraiser's a success. even if tommy didnt meet his goal of $100k for afc. in the first place i think he set that up thinking his bigger cc friends (mrbeastbitchass) would help donate but well, my guy he puts too much hope into the world... over all though for a completely new style of content i thinkthe videos did and is doing well? i am excited to know what other big projects he plans to do (bc acc to phil this one has been an idea since forever). NTM $54k is already a huge amount of money on its own. idek if hes publicizied donting out of pocket but more importantly, the series gave great exposure to this charity org. im really glad he did his research abt local struggling ncy lgbtq+ youths and did not just donate to any charity just bc it is one for the sake of doing it.
